the answer is at least 50million shares at a cent(I dont see any connection to Zevotek here-ive looked up the owner and can't see a connection i.e. I dont believe these to be a note-however doesnt Jason Ryu have 50million shares for sale???)for some calcs...-50million shares at average 0.003 is $150k plus their 100k gives 250k and then for sale at 1c would give profit of 250k-if they owned more than 110million I believe they have to fill out a 13G so dont expect that- obviously if they expect the PPS to push past 1cent in the next few days they will need less than this-Im expecting a massive pump this week- why else would Serendipity pay so much for this "Alert" from HotOTC? DO NOT BE SURPRISED to see close to a penny this week based on PRs issued from the company!!

they werent lying- they arent goin to pr fluff- guess its up to the shareholders to find out these things- this must be for the retail- the more its on the air the more people will have seen them- the more exposure we will get in shops

the 10K shows "O/S of 703,885,307 shares of our common stock were issued and outstanding". While this website shows "Shares Float 703,847,307 Total Shares Outstanding 2,168,557,653".... I think they may have right figures- could be wrong though... As regards the Common Stock one- my understanding is that common stock can be both restricted and public- we dont know which is right really- im thinkin(hopin) we may only have the 700mil float

shows our float as being 700million odd something which surprised me a bit as this essentially means that 1.5billion of our O/S has very little effect on our PPS( thats presuming that they can't be released onto the open market)- you're usually a web of info on this sort of thing??This also means that Interstellar holdings are still in possession of the 1.5billion shares and pretty much have complete control over the company- am i right?that must have been a sickener for intrieri

yeah i agree- they are clearly restricted in some way-im just wondering how they come to have 6.9% of the company with 150,000 shares- how is this possible? that would total 2.5 million shares O/S- and we have an O/S of 2.5 billion(roughly) this would hardly be a mistake and actually be 150million shares?which by the way would explain the massive buyin on the 25th of February which brought the shares from 0.0023c to 0.0039c in one day on 180million volume?

folks ive been looking at website traffic stats for newionic bulb website- http://www.trafficestimate.com/newionicbulb.com shows that we have had only 5700 visits in the last 30 days and alexa shows that there has been no information for the last 7 days- how is that possible considering we have had the big advertising campaign over the last week or so- can u hide your website stats or is newionic bulb not gettin many visits at all?i personally have visited probably every day for the last 30 days as im sure many investors here have and i havent bought anything as i am in ireland?
