I have to disagree on your theory concerning the next PR. He will put something out concerning the floaties or the landmines, something that keeps that ball in play. We might even get a little pop from that, or at least I hope so. If not, look for a substantial sell-off that will not be able to be contained with more self serving rhetoric from posters, including the use of names of prominant individuals who have absolutely nothing to do with Dean Bradley, or my personal favorite, a picture of an airplane.
This is from 2002. Google GPSAR and you'll see this tech has been around for years.
Paper Abstract
In order to detect buried land mines in clutter, Planning Systems Incorporated has developed a Ground Penetrating Synthetic Aperture Radar (GPSAR) system for the U.S. Army CECOM Night Vision and Electronic Sensors Directorate. The GPSAR system is a wide-band stepped-frequency radar operating over frequencies from 500 MHz to 4 GHz. Our GPSAR uses multiple transmit and receive antennas to acquire data at 58 across-track locations separated by 1.47 inches. Along-track data sampling is provided by the forward motion of the system. Multiple radar channels and high-speed radio frequency switching are used to accelerate the data acquisition process and increase the system's maximum speed of advance. Synthetic aperture, near-field beamforming techniques are used to reduce clutter and enhance the signature of buried objects. While the system is designed for mine detection it is capable of locating deeper objects such as buried utility pipes. Tests conducted in December 2001 at U.S. Army facilities indicate that the system can detect both metallic and plastic landmines at depths up to 6 inches. A description of the PSI GPSAR system and test results are presented.
115 million shares comes out to about $1,725.000. You can buy one heck of a lunch and take a pretty nice trip for that amount of money. Obviously, knowbody had the bolagna.
I think that's a little too conservative. Or the flip side of that, I think you may be overestimating the total shares that SHs do not trade.
I heard about that this morning John while I was reading a story about the Phillies in spring training. The nice weather will return soon though. That's a nice short hop from ORL to Clearwater. I have a few friends in ORL and I was thinking about taking a quick trip down for a few days when the EG games start. If I do I'll be looking forward to 70 degrees and sunny, I'm tired of 30 degreess, cloudy, and snowing.
Here in NJ the spring birds are pecking around in the snow. That's much tougher pecking, requires a longer beak!!
Lucky, you mean that Republican Senator from Mass. 2010 seems to be a year of miracles, USA wins Hockey Gold.
Yes, I have had that feeling myself a few times.
You no what, that's how I feel. If I had a few million shares and had some info that I was comfortable with, or even if I had 10 shares and was comfortable, I wouldn't worry about what was said, pro or con. I have made thousands of trades on listed stocks and never read a peep about them in a forum. I had a plan and carried it out, sometimes it works, sometimes it don't. But never has the success or failure been caused by what someone has said
Persistent bashing, for "altruistic" reasons, to be "right", or to drop the pps is lame.
What I think you are seeing is that some of the level headed types who do neither starting to get upset with those who do the opposite of what you said above. I understand it's purpose but some take it at face value and it builds unrealistic expectations. Then when you have the PPS react differently from what they are told, and told in a way to make it sound factual, frustration and anger set in. I'm not saying they are wrong or don't have a right to feel that way, because I believe they do. I'm just trying to describe what I think is happening.
I always understood the share situation, I just hope it doesn't end up playing out the way you described. There are so many people who have their hard earned money in this thing in addition to becoming emotionally involved. There are some big promises being thrown around, and I would love to see all that come true for people, I just would hate to see those promises not come true and people lose money on top of it. Hopefully they will keep their eyes open and listen to their heads and not all the nonsense thats posted on here.
The only problem with that John is how far down you going to go after you sell those additional 750M shares. You see what happened the last couple of days when they unloaded 10M into the mix. It stops any buying pressure from building up because the supply outweighs the demand. There's still about 670M left to go, so unless they stop selling or create some news to get this thing rolling, it's going to be hard to get the PPS up.
Yes, I know, the 40% restricted is in addition. That's a heck of a lot of shares when you add it all up.
The way it reads, the 40% class b restricted is in addition to the increase in OS. The only point that is not known is if we are talking about 40% of 750M or 1.5B.
That's about an 8 mil. increase. 8 mil. sold at an average of .0175 grosses you about $140,000. Not bad for a days work.
That's what some people would like you to believe John. In reality, the PPS reflects the confidence level buyers of stock have in the info that is available. Past, present, and future. Unless the transparency issue improves the perception will stay the same and it will be reflected in the PPS. But thanks for the offer, if this thing hits .50, I'll be a seller.
T. nothing I have seen makes me believe that those companies have been acquired. What it takes to convince you of something is not necessarily what it takes me to be convinced. Different people, different perspectives, and different ways of looking at things, especially when it comes to those PRs. That's OK though, as long as everybody is comfortable with their decisions, that's all that matters. Hopefully, everybody here has a game plan and an exit strategy, and understands that both are the main ingrediant in a trade.

I'm sorry, my opinions are not formed by what Dean tells me or by what anybbody on here tells me. When or if these acquisitions can be verified in a manner that is considered acceptable to the general public, as opposed to a poorly run CIA covert operation, then I will believe something has been acquired. You on the other hand can believe whatever it is you choose to believe, thats your perogative. I'll stick to doing things my way wether it's acceptable to the pack or not.
You heard correctly. There were no formal agreements. According to Dean these companies agreed to sell to him at a certain price and then was to go out an secure financing. When asked about the non-binding agreements, Dean stated that he had to depend on the company or companies keeping their word that they would sell to him if the financing was secured.
That's pretty low, it would take a lot of people to start pulling the ripcords to go there. BUT, if the next PR doesn't produce credible and verifiable information, I think a lot of those sitting in the plane will head for the door. Should be interesting.
Did the OS go up again from thursday to friday? The last time I looked it was 808M or so, now I see it is 821M.
Based on this volume it doesn't appear anybody is anticipating anything. No buying pressure for whatever reason. Numerous 500k, 1M trades would be apparent if traders were on to something. Something is going on here and I think it would be wise to keep a real close eye on this thing about 2PM to closing.
Don't jump, but keep your eyes wide open, and if you get to the point where it's obvious somebody or a group of somebodies are gonna make a bundle based on your faith, do to them first what they intend to do to you.
That's a pretty good idea. If you were going to buy around 3 or 4M shares and put out about 60K, investing about $250. to take a RT flight to and from JAX would give you an oppurtunity to check things out pretty good.
thanks, I didn't see that one.
r u referring to the 1st or 2nd PR?
For my own info, where did you read that the pinkies are being looked at by congress?
This is a good post Fink, it really sums the whole thing up well. When I looked at the chart wednesday morning it said "time to go" so about 9:45am I was out at .025. It went to .028 and I said t myself, "maybe I was a few hours too early", but said "the hell with it" and went about my business for the day. When I checked in later in the day I was surprised at the developments, but the trading activity prior to wednesday pretty much shouted out loud and clear that something was up. It was just a matter of staying ahead of whatever move was about to happen. You can either trade this thing or invest in this thing, it depends on what you are looking to do, but in the end it all comes down to doing one of those things well, and using a good, common sense approach.
BigF, give me the short version, is all that good or bad??
Good work SS, those volume indicators are all you need to look at for trading this stock. Buy when oversold, sell when overbought. Timing is also key, but you usually get a 2 day window each way.
Good answer, I was going to say the same thing but it would of been in a lot more words. You summed it up well. Pinkyland tactics work to a limited degree in PL, but if you want your stock to be bought by those who buy, trade, and invest in listed stocks, your transparency must be up to the standards people expect.
Please do Manti, obviously something is up, all those shares bought avove the ADV cost in excess of, 200K so somebody or a group of somebodies is out to make a quick chunk of cash on their investment. Maybe DB will read the post and do it right.
I'm with you until you got to the AHs thing. The worst thing that can happen to this stock is a PR being AHs put out that is written in the same manner as the others and it's contents creates more questions rather than providing factual info. The last one that went out created a little pop that lasted for about an hour or so, and after the content was digested, down went the pps. If a similar PR is put out AHs and peeps are given overnight to digest it, and come to the conclusion that it's nothing but the same manure, just a different mule, this thing will tank tomorrow morning. There is very little margin for error left with this thing, so if something comes out it better be good, and it better be done correctly.
Small, steady pps increases are a good thing, especially for QASP. That last quick vertical pop was good for trading, but at the end of the day we were back close to where we started at 9:30AM. I hope you got in at a reasonable price in 12/09. Save your posts, I'll assume you did.
i know, actually if I wanted to buy a little more discretely, it would be better to by smaller lots. with commissions being a few bucks it's not a lot to pay if you can grab 10-15% on about 40K or abuot 2M shares. I'll take one of them a week, all I need is the 40K.
what kind of news? be specific!
within the last 2 days have there been many 500k or higher buys? I don't have L2 for pinks.
I hope it works out for you and all of us.
Now here's a classic pump, with a little color thrown in. Very creative.
