Great point Trader
NO ONE HAS TAKEN UP MY OFFER TO BUY THEIR SHARES.
And my pal Flyfisherman must have gone fly-fishing or something, since as soon as the company called his bluff and offered to help us complete our private transaction.... he has disappeared
The folks that don't understand why many of us are so optimistic...simply don't have the information that we have... and they know that...and they want us to spill the info out here on this message board.
That will not happen, so stop trying.
-Dan
Not if I can cut the deals first!
LOL
Hey Buddy.... stop trying to cut in on my action!
LOL
-Dan
That was what I was getting at in post #3356
Then I will be more than willing to offer you the same deal for your shares that I offered Fly. Are you interested? If yes, great, I will PM you my private email... if not... well, I guess you can just keep venting your displeasure with the company.
It should be noted that Fly has yet to respond to my email concerning such transaction. I will keep the board posted as to if he and others actually "put their shares where their mouth is"... or if they just like to jump up and down for attention sake.
-Dan
HEY JRT!
Pipe down, please buddy!
He does not need to take that trip!
... at least until after he sells me his shares! LOL
(I just finished locking up my position in #14 and #23... so I'll see you at the barbecue next year!)
-Dan
Fly,
check you private email...
The folks at the company were actually very helpful in explaining how such a transfer can happen, and they are willing to assist in any such transaction... especially if it pleases both the shareholder that wishes to buy... as well as the one that wants to sell.
-Dan
Thank you Trader
Please note the typo in my original post: the float is around 68M not 6M
Folks seem to keep talking about a "big seller".
That sounds like bull to me, the outstanding is around 94M shares, and the float is around 6M... to have a "big seller" you would think that we would see some big volume... but the volume that knocks this stock back down each quarter is paltry... look it up for yourselves.
It takes less than a few hundred thousand shares to knock this back from 11 to 9 cents.... THIS IS NOTHING.
I do not think that this is the work of some "big seller" trying to make money on some tiny penny flips. This is the work of one or more smaller players (probably from this board) who can easily manipulate the price up and down due to the low volumes traded... and are more than happy to make a few cents on each round trip.
The issue with this stock is simple... it is still on the pinks, and has not been discovered by a wider audience. It is as simple as that.
-Dan
I'll take them
Who is your broker, I will get moving on this right away.
I will PM to you my email, you can send your contact info to me there.
-Dan
I'm trying to buy... not sell
Thank you Fly
You have completely proven my point
You are contradicting yourself.
All is lost... But you still won't take my 11k?
How about 12k?
Per your logic, buying them makes me a fool. Why don't you help a fool get parted with his money. You can then laugh at me all you want.
Any other takers?
Many folks on this board have voiced their opinion that the company never intends to relist, and that the public shareholders from before the revocation will be left with nothing. They may prove to be 100% correct. With no offical word from the company, it is a logical conclusion to come to.
That said, it seems odd to me that no one has consummated any of the private offers to take shares off of unwilling holders hands?
It seems to me that these folks may not actually be interested in selling. Some say that they still want to get the last recorded public price (3+ cents). This is strange since if they really felt that the shares they hold were worthless (and since they are illiquid at any price), they would jump at any offer?
I will toss this out: Does anyone wish to part with 3.3 million shares… for oh…. Let’s say $10,000?
-Dan
So the two oil guys everyone was so excited about having on board are now gone.... and replaced by a real estate guy.
Too funny.
Note: "Interim management"
If anyone has shares at TD Ameritrade and wants to sell them they can let me know... I have already spoken to TD, they would handle the exchange of shares and cash between my account and the account of the seller
Thanks
-Dan
Very true JH
If even half of what I suspect is going on, $2.25 will be a LOW price in two years or so.
-Dan
No sir... you are not the only ones
Yeah, I know
But it was a nice dream while it lasted. LOL!
-Dan
I'm with you JRT !
I would like to see some mass panic selling if this thing starts trading again.
-Dan
Hi SE, I'm pleased to see you back.
I too am very content... and patient.
-Dan
Geo,
If they issue their development plans as noted in the 8k (along with the necessary 10k's), and they are what we suspect them to be.... then we will not need any chart analysts to help move the stock up.
Good point.
By the same token, how could they possibly expect to pull a fast one on the commons (by dumping them) while directly under the SEC's spotlight?!?!? That is just madness, and thus highly unlikely.
-Dan
I could live with that too JRT
I already get around 50 K1's each year to fill out my taxes each year (MLP's and private R/E LP deals)... one more won't hurt!
LOL
-Dan
I'm with you Traderfan.
Our fellow longs should be heartened by the fact that if the company does follow through with everything they say in the 8k including:
draft appropriate current information regarding Superior’s business and activities
And if those activities are what we think they are....WOW.
It is interesting that many here (even myself for a short moment) think that steps 2&3 will not happen.
Odd that the company itself has yet to do anything or say anything that would indicate that they do not intend to go through with their plan.
Only a few posters here on iHub are quick to assume the worst... with absolutely no direct information from the company. They are giving their opinions, not future facts (which none of us can give at this point).
Time will tell if some negative opinions, or the companies 8k, prove to be what actually happens in the future.
-Dan
Excellent point, no sense keeping the banter going. It would be interesting to be a private partner, but I somehow think that they will stick to their word, and relist the stock. It might not be today or next week, but it will happen. And if their plans are as extensive as many of us speculate, then good luck getting them in the 1 - 2 cent range that many of us accumulated at.
Just my 1 to 2 cents
-Dan
If you read their 8k... they are doing exactly what they said they would.
And if they keep to their words in the 8k... they will relist the stock
Here is a link for ya:

I guess you never bothered to read any of my posts.
Try reading #10175 and #10176.
Then come up with a new spin for us since most of us are already aware of the Devon/SIOR connection in the OK govt docs.
Though many have not bothered to go looking in the KS govt docs.
Hi J,
I'm starting to get a bit nervous here... we are running out of time to see a filing from the company that would indicate they will restrart trading on friday.... pink or grey.
But I have yet to see a revocation notice
-Dan
Red... I agree, but such disclosure will greatly help those of us that already own full positions. New buyers will have to assemble a position at a much higher price point.
It is, what it is.
-Dan
TTNP .... Looks like a bear raid just took out a ton of stops. LOL
Now all the stop-loss orders are getting tripped. Too funny.
When will folks learn. Over half a million shares just got stolen.
Looks like a nice bear raid... triggered by a mountain of pre-loaded sells at $2.50. Very entertaining.
LOL
$25 ?
Have you been talking to "quest" over on the yahoo board?
Hi Fly.
One way or the other, I think we will learn a lot about SIOR in the next few weeks.
Considering my substantial holdings in the stock, I know how I would like this to turn out.
But I am prepared for the worst.
-Dan
Hi SE
Hope you had a good weekend.
I'm a real estate guy... not an Oil man, and definitely not an SEC attorney... so I am just guessing here.... but it seemed to make sense.
-Dan
