I hope you are right, it is tough to guess what they are going to report for their financials, however things should start looking better nowe that we are moving products with more future orders getting madeso, if not on this release definitly on future financials we should start seeing it.

Agreed, even to get to the 0.10 mark for 90 days pre listing there would have to be something in the works now that can impact the pps. maybe the nba all star game and commercial..... not certain that would do it by itself. Maybe another NBA star to help johnson along with sponser ship (jordan, Bird, Magic) etc etc... not impacts pps like good solid financials

Also, I noted for the lower listing here the company needs to have bid or pps of 0.10 for prior 90days before becoming listed. I hope someone with better understanding of this financial list stuff and shed some light on it in attempt to confirmation what i believe I read.

although I am certain spending money on loi's is not going to attract bigger investors or help the pps float up over .01 level. I was actually pretty disappointed with this news. Not that it is bad news, but certainly not impressive for a company that has not released any earth shattering financials since going live with their technology. so a company already in the hole is going to put itself further in debt with this acquisition. Dont get me wrong in the long term it will prolly be a grt investment or at the least more attractive to get bought out by a larger more resourceful company.

hey I am a cheerleader for hfbg, i want it to be what we all think it can be. The reality of it right now is pressing on many people and their individual positions. However, your talkng about business and peoples money and you cant fault some of these cheerleaders taking a day off. or even re assing their financial situation and position on this company.
we all want to make money, none of us want to loose money. All of us have hope that next pr will help it take flight. I have been watching sine jan this year, I have been in since may. I am hopeful it will rewcover soon.

I agree I have been re-assessing my position here and am looking for a good spot to get out as I am seeing what you are seeing. I posted earlier that below.0005 i would buy again, but currently risk too much as I hold on to share bought at higher levels waiting for the life changer pr that never seems to find its way out.

i learned long time ago with all stocks to buy post pr, sell on rumor of big pr. except the rumors and pr on this dont let it drift above the .0008 level. at this point i would speculate we should be pushing a .002 level and not hanging out here.

agreed this is what happens when you are small company and dont have an internal pr, ir etc department. The news releases are as such sporadic and inconsistant. I would imagine a certain level of overwhelm must accompany this on their end b/c they all these investors hunting them down day in and day out. I can imagine the pressure forces such releases to come out before they are ready.

as for young companies go, deadlines or schedules are very unimportant and investors put too much emphasis on these timelines. You know shit happens when there is like 5 people running a start up company trying to get a break thru via product meetings, joint venture and partnerships. Your best example is there is no marketing team, just distribution partners, 5 people in a room pushing it out b/c the window for opprotunity is small, almost as small as the budget for marketing. hey, just look at the very primative label on the bottle. They would be better off doing something 70's retro style and create a trademark. i like the cartoon, dont get me wrong, i just subscribe to the belief k.i.s.s. keep it simple stupid.

of course this is just my view of it all, completly my opinion. I dont run or own any company and have never tries to accomplish it and have very little understanding as to what this team at hfbg is going thru just to get on the product on shelves, let alone, ir, pr, marketing etc etc etc. at the end of the day it is always about $$$$ so they need the first run to sell out quick with future orders placed with turn over, and it seems like it is starting well, at least all signs show it that way. so it will be interesting. I am in it mid to long term and dont expect anything substation at least through nba all star 2011 (i think we are supposed have a presence there) but am hopeful there financials will show growth and that brings new longer term investors etc etc.

I sry think alot of people think that over night this is going to soar. It may soar, but really we dont know. I believe to focus on what we know not what i hope. like everyone in the world i would love to hear some pr involving pepsi, coke hostess etc etc, but i will be long dead if I hold my breath.
stocks are all volatile pennies are the great risk, and can yield greater rewards in short terms, but the markets were created for long term investing. thus time acts like the common denominator 6 weeks is 6 weeks and cant be manipulated. everything else can be manipulated. so the future than is dictated by time and that time is the past that has brought us to where we r today. Where the future goes is reliant on the past fueling the now to over come the adversity of everything else that can be manipulated tomorrow. or cause and effect....
so the cliche: time is money, its not the other way around

so the questions are, 1. do you believe in the comapny and the time they have spent creating it? 2. do you trust the decisions being made by the decision makers for the company to remain a company over time (past)? 3. and the communication, is it valid, is there proof for you to continue your belief in the company, its management team and of course product?

imo thats how i assess risk, give it value, so i can believe trust and not panic in those days of adversity b/c there is communication. somewhat archaic maybe.... i am happy all days we r in the green. i unfortunatly expect some red days, but at the end of 6 weeks 100% profit is always a good thing

ok so a very generalized look back at hfbg stock. keep in mind stock is a number game, best represented in percentages. so with that in mind....
late august we had a close of .0004
if we close today at .0008 this is 100% gains, this is all that matters.
translation 6 weeks 100% pps growth w/o major pps impactful pr's.
now speculation: speculation 1: approx 8.6 six week periods per year and at the pace were are at (of course devoid any neg. pr's this is pure over generalization) the 8level will be 16 six weeks from now (100% increase), 16 to 32 level in 3 months, 32 to 64, 64 to .0128 in 6 months etc etc we wont keep this pace but its ok to dream imo.
speculation 2: we go up .0004 every six weeks same speculative formula, .0008 becomes .0012, .0012 become .0016 3 months from now. 16 to 20, 20 to 24 6 months, 24 to 28 to 32 9 months, 32 to 36 to .0040 in 12 months prolly some spikes here and there and dips here and there too...

cannot predict anything so who is to say. all that really matters is 100% gains since end of august, and the story...

Now keep in mind we were steady over .001 level before august 1st or there about, until the politics for hfbg got a little dicey with there management group and the public was fed a bunch of bs that dropped the pps to the .0004-.0005 levels where it has stayed most of the summer. Those people had to be removed, replaced and than the company needed to collect itself and move forward. This set back in the story and the pps hfbg is still trying to recover from clearly. but they are defining there story and making advances in a reasonable amount of time. so the story continues with positive information and factual (thus far) growth with proof validation.

nothing here but a reflection of past events in a general format a little speculation. imo the ride is going to be great for everyone long.

i hate to be a pain in the ass but, this is a very young company. look at the label of the tea product. it is not impactful, however lj is nonetheless very benign. when this company actually makes money and looks into marketing and growth thru advertising someone will fix the label and its promotional ethics. comparisons on brand marketing toronto blue jays in the 70's versus now, ne patriots from earier 80's and before to now, even McDonald's old school to now and rock and roll groups to now.... everything has a starting point and evolves as monies come available the innovation of ideas expand. I believe hfbg can do this but we are a long ways off the first few runs of product need to be successful for the evolution of the brand. pps only matters to us, hfbg is a slave to sales to growth, not us, to expand and evolve. pps doesnt matter right now however it will for them and for us and that is the common goal, two ways to get to the same result. those in the box those outside of the box, all of which are believing those in the box will get the job done.
so point, longs are really longs. 1 2 3 years, believers are 1 year more or less, lovers are 6 months or less, and mistress' r day to day.

I have been apart of a few pinkies that did that and i regret that i was invested like i should have been. katx, azd... got in at .02 and .06 respectfully made a little bit but did not own a mil or 2 mil shares unfortunately, justa few thousand made money kick myself in the ass b/c i did not invest more azd hanging in at .30 katz is struggling down to .08 but been as high as .25
so lesson learned and sticking with stocks I believe in like this one and I keep buying praying for another .25
