Yup---oh well!
All the gains given back this week a day before Friday. That's the stock market for ya.
If this volume continues we'll see $4.00 by Friday or sooner.
This is definitely a case of buy the rumor at this time.
Exactly.
Today feels different for FTK---no selling and holding near and/or at the highs of the day instead of the usual retrace.
Nice.
If we had some serious volume 750k+ I could see this happening. Even today's brief run was less than 100k shares. Thin as can be from what I can see here.
We are moving past the usual resistance area of 3.48...interesting.
Well---as of last week I now have 5000 shares of this little biotech.
GLTA
Interesting day here...
I have a feeling there is some knowledge somewhere of a catalyst about to move forward. Probably much along the lines we have discussed at length here and I've read elsewhere on yahoo.
This stock is continually driven up on low volume for a few share sells and then dipped intentionally to the low 3's for more share sells, then miraculously recovers within a zone of its original open.
I've seen this type of movement on biotech stocks in the past, and usually there is an unforeseen positive or negative event that comes a few months later.
We shall see here---someone wants shares.
I really think this may be correct/true (selling the company) it really doesn't make sense for them to keep going after selling the citrus business to ADM.
The movement of this stock seems to indicate a loading of shares below 3.20---its anyone's guess what is going on here.
30k in volume takes us to 3.11---funny!
FTK is officially paper thin at this time. Moving up on extremely low buying pressure.
Closed at the high with strong buying going into the bell. Not bad!
Added 2k more shares on today's dip.
In for 2000 shares today.
My timing was great---in for 1000 shares at 4.21 today. GLTA
Race for shares is on---market liked the CC apparently. (as did we)
That stock buy back question just now. Classic.
Thanks! I'm on it.
Link?
That is the main reason I'm here, to be honest. Nothing else really would make sense for them in this environment.
Yup---I wasn't around for the conference call so I will have to wait for the transcript, but this is already recovering nicely from the mediocre earnings report. FTK has a story to tell us yet.
Well I don't expect much until we hear the call tomorrow.
After-hours is just an assortment of low volume hits on random bids and asks.
Below $3 today, imo.
Gotcha.
Wise decision there.
Well, good luck to us both!
A profit is a profit and I can't blame ya.
So you are holding a smaller portion of your previous total allotment in FTK or are out completely going into earnings?
Substantial dip today ahead of the known-to-be-lackluster earnings. However, each dip down has massive bids being filled before going back up. Definitely a strong sign.
Back for my same 1000 share entry. Possible move here.
Volume has started to trickle in...
In this morning for 1k shares at $1.92. Starting to see dribbles of volume here. GLTA
Why not: into this for 10k shares at $0.3040/share. GLTA
This could move. Nibbling here 100 shares at a time.
Yup! Not testing my luck further---but congrats if you held!
On to slow accumulation of OSN now.
Out with 1200.00 profit. See ya!
My $3.00 sell is coming up....
Solid profit taking ahead of earnings and the recent move up.
50/50 chance this hits and retreats from $3 today.
In this for 1k shares on MOMO.
Looks good today.
Used to.
I lost hope here with the barnhill scandal, the revolving door of executives, and the realization that tests with Abbot and Quest Diagnostics were never valid. Super happy to see that others that did hold their shares are getting it back. The last high here was around .19-.21 cents/share in 2009 IIRC.
