Wow, Rico really dropped the ball.
Nice day here. Looking forward to June, some tallies from some great flicks, and some audited financials. Not much time left to get on board.
I thought VNDM had their shares and they would be done? They are still holding the level today, weeks later.
You know who to blame. Rico is a moron. I still own a few shares, and I have zero confidence in this guy. (he has replaced that phantom deal with fluff PR's) He may know how to close a short sale, but he isn't an effective public CEO.
I didn't call, I have bigger plays right now and this is a real long-term play for me. I will call soon.
I believe so. I think it's time for another phone call to IR.
10-k due out tomorrow. Should be interesting.
Certainly looks like a bottom is in. C'mon audit!
Thanks. Familiar with bolliger bands, just hadn't seen the acronym.
Thanks. Too bad you can't see buys vs. sells so you could assess the inventory levels. Pipe dream.
BB's?
Wow, how did you compile that?
You know what cracks me up? I don't spend much time on TDGI boards, but I haven't seen many bashers. What is there to bash? All I've seen this year is great news, I've done the DD. If anyone believes a bash it's simply because they've been too lazy to do a shred of homework.
That makes sense.
I'd love to know what this message was in response to. Why was it deleted?
This company should be heading out of pink land, ASAP. That is because they appear to be above it. So let's get going.
All I'm saying is that we would not be languishing in purgatory here if they would put up the audit. That's it. No long-term investors can come in until they can read a 10-k. Let's get this done and move on to proper valuation.
Yes, it appears to have put a bottom in last week.
You can spin it all you want, but the chart is down 25% since March 15th. Just sitting here waiting for the numbers.
Yeah, but how about a PR that says here are the financials. Until then we continue the trickle down.
Darn, a PR with no audit news.
I've got as much as I can handle at this risk level.
Need that audit. A full month of straight down is getting boring.
WSJ's Joe Morgensten gushes about Kells:
'The Secret of Kells'
From our vantage point—or disadvantage point—in time, it's impossible to project ourselves into the minds of the medieval monks who created the Book of Kells, the magnificently illuminated manuscript that spent centuries at the Abbey of Kells, and can currently be seen and studied at the Trinity College Library in Dublin. Were they performing an act of pure devotion, or pursuing beauty as well? There's no mystery, though, about why the people who made "The Secret of Kells" did what they did. This wonderfully strange and exquisite little feature was created, especially for young children, to celebrate the book through another kind of illumination that's been falling into disuse—hand-drawn animation.
The story concerns a Celtic boy named Brendan who helps a master illuminator finish the book, then protects it from Viking marauders. (The director was Tomm Moore, and the co-director was Nora Twomey.) But the soul of the film lies in its ravishing colors, and in exuberantly stylized images that pay homage to Celtic culture and design, together with techniques and motifs that evoke Matisse, Miyazaki and the minimalist cartoons of UPA. Since the emphasis is more on graphic variety than continuity, there's almost a sense of too-muchness, but that's fine; it's another expression of devotion.
TDGI is in the same boat. Better growth and management story with TDGI, but need those docs.
Great numbers. Let's see what they have up their sleeve for 2010. I smell an acquisition.
I have a few shares, but I need to see some real audited docs before I ante-up right now.
EXPU at .035. Anyone believe that "merger" is going through?
This is the price I predicted two months ago. It has arrived, if anyone dare buy.
Just called the T/A. O/S has been reduced to 62,240,000 from 64,800,000. 40,000,000 belong to the board of directors per the filing.
Lots and lots of shares out there. I really thought they would have been churned out by now, after 3 weeks, but every move just gets rejected. Oh well, I guess 50%/month is acceptable. By Xmas we'll be at:
.04 x 1.5 ^ 8 mo. = $1.02. Imagine that.
Why couldn't have been the shares exchanged for debt?
Let's go Hogan Taylor. It's time....
It's not me who's selling, I can tell you that.
GBTO essentially bought the shell (CBBV). Typical for a company trying to get into the equities market.
I called IR and got Veronica. Call them.
Because PR's are not making a difference anymore. To get a real valuation assessment, investors need to see real audited financials. When they get these done, the investors will step in on pure balance sheet valuation and it won't be as much of a penny flip.
I'm very much looking forward to that, then we can head higher. Toss in a reverse and uplisting, and we will be off to the races.
The trickle will continue until the audit is done.
As soon as we get the 10-k, which should be this week, we can put a real valuation on this thing. I think that once we can discount the contracts going forward and get some guidance for 2010, then we should see this over $1. But I love the macro story and a move up to a larger exchange. Their filings seem to indicate that level of auditing/accounting.
I encourage everyone to open this up:

Yep, this is a real company. It's about time people noticed.
I emailed Eric politely and never heard back.
