As I said in my post I have done my own DD and I still don't see a reason to buy right now. No one even tried to answer my questions...
Question is, how old is that and how is it relevant to anything right now?
I don't get this stock...
I've done the DD yet I still don't understand why this stock started running on August 26th.
- No new PRs, other than a penny stock pump...
- Financials aren't good...
- Info and news looks great but it's old and dated...
I am seriously considering buying again but I see no reason to do so at this time. Did this stock run due to being placed on the SEC SHO list or is that why it's falling like a knife now? I really would like to know other's opinions because something that seems to good to be true usually is.
Why should I buy now??
I don't see that happening as the market is falling through the floor right now in general. Fed meeting Wed. Expect more downside overall. Truth hurts but if I can help others with this advice, I hope to do so.
IMO much better to buy on an uptrend with a penny stock. Seen this song and dance before and I've been burned buy it, literally.
.01 is the next level and if it doesn't hold current level today, more downside ahead. Needs to close above .15 today on the technical side. Otherwise look out below...
That is possible but a good base must be built first and all I see on the way down is short covering plain and simple. I don't think it's right innocent investors get sucked into these stocks when levels are breaking down completely. Since .015 as being the real last technical level has broken down... it doesn't look good for short term players.
Next support is around .01. If there wasn't a bounce off of .015 then chances are there won't be one at all. Watch until end of day to see where it falls. I would consider it a buy if it starts consolidating after a few days only. Otherwise you will be catching the falling knife. ..
1 hour chart also reveals more selling in order...
You may be right on some levels but the fundamentals in the Financials are just missing period. I will consider buying during consolidation. Otherwise imo this is a train wreck to the downside and I expect to see less than a penny in several days.
Abadon ship... party has been over for now.
Going much lower. I lost big time here fool me once but you will not fool me twice...
Shorts have been covering all the way down.. IMO they have been the only buys... very sad day for this one as I thought it had some potential.
I would not be buying this today...
I guess it all depends on how long I have to hold. I want to flip and buy more but it's not really working out that way. HA! Whoever is on the DOMS has been running the 2's for quite awhile.
I've had my sell order in for 1mil shares since June 28th for .0002. I even broke the order up into smaller lots, and no hits yet. I don't have all or none set but I do have Scottrade.
I don't think Scottrade is the best for quick order execution in the pinks but what is?
Almost 1 month and no sell. Is this dillution or am I delusional?
How small are the blocks your trading, how many shares each time you flip? I've had an order in since June 29th, still no sell...
Anybody out there having the same problems I am? I have a no limit sell order that's been sitting there for 2 weeks.
DOMS 0.0002 55,000 It's because of this MM. How long before DOMS runs out of shares?
Anyone else having trouble selling at .0002?
This stock is like the little train that could... Just waiting until it can make it. I think it can...
That's what I thought too so pennyland is a bunch of shambalamba buyer beware, watch yer arse plays. Just doesn't seem fair and I think much of this will change in the future. Guess we'll see.
That's what I thought. What I don't understand is why institutions, big wheels can get ahead of the rest of us retailers. Order size maybe? trying to learn...
Did you get out at .0002 or .0001?
Ok, excuse a newbie here. I thought for every seller you have a buyer...?
POLL of the .0001-.0002 club
How many on this board have gotten shares filled within the last 2 weeks for .0001? Please put date you entered your order and date it was filled.
How many on this board have sold in the past 2 weeks for .0002?
Please put date you entered your order and date it was filled.
From what I'm seeing, retailers are buying the .0002s and MMs are buying the .0001s. Retailers are then trapped, selling back to the MMs for .0001 because they won't be able to sell at .0002.
If you guys can supply the poll answers, that would be quite illuminating for some angels out here.
Somebody just got a ton at .0001. DOMS just suddenely cut in front of all open orders and dumped. I've had my order in with no qualifiers since last Friday... DOMS cut in front of everyone. How can they do this? Who is doing this?
Who has the authority to override the system and sell and buy back before everyone else?
Is that the MMs at work? Institutions... What?
This smells funny and I'm thinking buying in this would be just like someone else said, a trap one can't get out of.
Pink sheets has free L2 for certain tiers. so cheers!
Thank you for your responses. Greatly appreciated. Seeing the light on these pennies takes some time for newbies.
So guilty, guilty, guilty is a good lotto, lotto, lotto.
That's what I wanted to hear. Were the charges from 2008 dropped? what happened to them etc... I think this stock could have potential, but a 2008 SEC past is a past. I don't want to get burned and see others burned.
Oh and my name is Angel so.... Is this stock calling my name? LOL
No worries here, just trying to find out if I should buy this stock. So I'm labelled a basher because I ask valid questions about a stock that has an SEC litigation past...? When it comes to what I put my money into be it a lotto POS or whatever, I can ask as many questions as I see fit. So far no one has given me a valid answer and perhaps my questions will help those green behind the ears to see what goes on at these forum boards.
That's ok, keep posting the Kool-aid, I'm sure someone will want to drink it all up.
Is this a buy or scam or what? Do any of you pumpers even know what your pumping?? No one answered my questions earlier today about the SEC litigation filings against Angel Acquisition.
Anyone have any info on the 2008 charges? It's listed at this link
SEC Charges against Angel Acquisition
Anybody??? Looks like tons of kool aid going around. Buy or run?
I guess that answers my question. NOT! Lots of potential here but the SEC filings make me concerned.
Is this another Penny Scam?? Or what?
Was thinking of buying this stock but I heard it's a POS. Does anyone know if it's true Steven Bonenberger is a crook?
SEC ANGEL ACQUISITION LITIGATION
MORE SEC INFO ON AGEL
Oh yeah, found all this out on this very board from 2008 posts.
Does anyone know how that litigation turned out? I'd like to invest but I'm sick of these scammy pennys from Carson City, NV.
Would love any information on this story. thanks!
How does one know when the shorting has stopped? Can anyone give a newbie some advice? How do you guys know the short volume? Why isn't this stock showing up on the SHO Threshold List?
Thanks for any info. I've been in this awhile and I'm wondering am I a bagholder or WTF? I bought in at .0002 and thought that was a good deal. ha!

Most important commercial success was the invention and commercialization of SHAC (Super High Activity Catalyst) for propylene polymerization. This was the first commercial MgCl2 supported catalyst for PP, was commercialized in 1981 and accounts for roughly 40% of today's global PP production (largely in the Unipol PP process). Patents go back to the late 1970's and other key contributors in the development include my firends Bob Job, Peter Kilty, Wade Callendar and Bob Nielsen.
Worked in various other fields including ethylene oligomerization, olefin telomerization, oxidative and reductive carbonylation, hydroformylation and fine chemical opportunities. Catalyst expert on a major plant audit that resulted in significant debottlenecking and capacity increase.

Why is this stock under a penny??????? I don't think it will be for long.
Glad I bought back in at .0037... GO BEHL, GO GREEN, GO ALGAE!!!
NOW is the time to load up the truck people.
SKGO up 45%
Yup. You said it. Great big dead cat bounce. HA!
Re-cap of NEWS
Glad I jumped onto this one. Amazing PR today and no one really takes notice. Just a re-cap for those who need it.
Launched in 1982 by the Chinese government, China Science and Technology Exchange
Center (http://www.cstec.org/en/index.aspx) is an independent organization
affiliated with China's Ministry of Science and Technology. With expertise in
international S&T exchanges, the Center promotes interactions between Chinese S&Tcommunities and their foreign counterparts. The Center enhances the relations
between China and countries around the globe and serves China's socio-economic
development.
Ms. Yang Yufang, the GM of Sanhe Tech, said, "We gladly accepted the invite from
JSTEC, and we are excited to present our company and promote our technology and
manufacturing procedures in the US. Much of the US production relies on imports
from China and Sanhe wants to become part of this great market. Our 'plastic
wood' especially has a great potential on the environment-cautious US market,
because it comes from recycled materials and also fully biodegradable."
Jiangxi Sanhe Science and Technology Co., Ltd. produces and distributes
environmentally friendly and recyclable 'plastic wood'. This environmental
product doesn't hold any toxic residues of benzene, ammonia or formaldehyde, and
it's entirely environmentally friendly. This product suits flooring, ceilings,
internal and external wall panels, furniture, and other urban and rural
installations. The company products hold ISO9001-2000 quality certification and
ISO14001-2004 environmental certification and the company received Jiangxi
Province High-Tech Enterprise Certificate in 2006.
Plastic wood is some green wood. Wow, good stuff.
Amazing to see talk of legalization in California but what generation is now coming into power positions? There was talk on CNBC of Marijuana becoming similar to fine wine, ordering by region, etc... Similar to Amsterdam perhaps. If one state legalizes, that would be amazing for the good cause of medical marijuana.
Seriously, if your going to legalize, why not legalize near 2012 If the world does blow up, at least there wouldn't be so much panic in the streets. Har Har
Everyone check out CNBC after the commercials. Topic is Marijuana legalization, looks very interesting. Coming up soon, EST.
This stock is smelling of manipulation. The buy volume today for the first time in many is more than the sell volume, yet we are falling lower. Not a typical response unless you have tons of bidwacking going on.
Does anyone see what I'm seeing? Is .0004 a good time to enter this stock? Just waiting for my Zecco account to get funded and I'm buying.
Happy New Year!
Way to go BEHL!
Looks like many people will be chasing now. Ask slapping.
Newbie here but just an observation, if there is no PR this week as promised, the PPS will start tanking and you guys better pray that .0006 will be another bounce.
