zman, that sounds more like 20/20 is hindsight.
Please tell me exactly how you knew this was a
scam from day one.
sincaster, I did not say this was a scam, I
said I doubt that it will recover.
zman250,don't put words in my mouth. I was having a
conversation with BB1 and indicated to him that I do
not give this stock much of a chance at this point. The
money was made in August 09. It may happen again but
I doubt it. The people that have lost money here would,
in all probability, lose money in most penny stocks
that they purchase. This company had the same chance
of success as any other start up, about 2%. So, whoever
lost on Behl, had no business investing in penny stocks
in the first place and maybe learned their leason.
BB1, the bottom line with this entire scenario, IMO,
is that most shareholders have already written this
off. They will only sell at this point to off set
profits from any capitol gains they realize from other
investments. So it does not matter if some shareholders
elect to keep their position in this deal until hell
freezes over. There is a handful of people that hate
everything and everyone associated with this deal and
I would imagine that the same number have the opposing
point of view and believe this will recover at some
point in time and that Fisher was merely a victim of
circumstance. The only people that really got hurt
here were the ones that had no business investing in
penny stocks in the first place and do not have a clue
on how this game is played. I personally will be very
surprised if this takes off and I feel the money was
made two years ago on the run up. Enough said.
Well since the end of the month is today, Sunday, I
would not make a big deal out of this. No news of any
nature by close of business tomorrow, might have more
of an impact on some shareholders.
DUH, I did sell for more than .13 in August 09 and
it had nothing to do with anything I was told. DUH
The company " PLANS " to release information. The pr
did not say that they would release information by
the end of the month. As usual, there are only a hand
full of people who don't understand what that means.
I really don't care what happened with Behl prior
to Jan, 2011 as this is all history and as everyone
will soon find out, it will have no affect on ECO WASTE.
So any discussion about Behl or past events are just
repititious and of really no use. There will be news
out next week about the new company and that is all
I am interested in. Burton did what he was hired to
do, he did it and all of that is behind us. So if any-
one would like to discuss any " FACTS" they might want
to share about the new company, great, anything else is
not worth talking about anymore.
Well,as I remember the Bnpd deal, it never
developed. So even if Pawson owned Bnpd,
and he did not, it still does not show
Pawson as anything but a shareholder in Behl.
avaritia, it is no secret that Pawson knows Fisher. As
far as I know, Fisher went to Pawson and ask for help
in dealing with the previous board members that jumped
ship and caused damage to the old company. As it turns
out, I think he accomplished what he set out to do. He
found a turn around expert to clean up the mess left by
the old board, sell the company, and move on. Fisher has
admitted that he is not a good businessman. He, unfortunatly
hired several co artists who drove the old Behl into the
ground. IMO, he went to Pawson for advice, took it, and the
problem got solved. We are now moving forward with ECO.
jbsliverer, yes, the shareholders were lied to by
several people associated with Behl. Berry, Shen,
Rawson and Fisher, to name a few. All of these
people left Behl at the end of last year, so what
exactly is your point and what does that have to
do with the present company? Who exactly are you
accusing of lying that is currently associated
with Behl/Eco?
BB1, why do you refuse to name this so-called
promoter? I am sure that a lot of people would
like to know who you are referring to as the
promoter.
BB1, I am not trying to convince anyone about
anything, I am however pointing out that the
entire Pawson association to Behl, is nothing
more than speculation and opinion without any
proof.
No BB1, I do not know who you are talking about, again
please name this person. Who are you referring to?
Alex Padilla is not Roger Pawson. If Padilla commited
a crime, I guess the police would arrest Pawson and
claim he is guilty by association. This is exactly
what this entire Pawson thing is all about, guilty
bt association. He is guilty until proven innocent
of wrong doing associated with Behl.
BB1, you are constantly mentioning the promoter, please
verify who you are talking about. Who is the promoter?
BB1, you are the one twisting the facts, Alex Padilla
and Roger Pawson are two different people. You claim
that Pawson is running the show and you have no proof
of that, just your spin on things. You may be right but
until you can prove your statement about pawson, its
just speculation on your part.
I think we were talking about Roger Pawson. He did
not have anything to do with Behl, other than being
a shareholder, so who is trying to twist the facts?
I don't have to twist the facts about Pawson
owning Beh, because he does not and never
did. Besides, Behl is history now as the
company was sold to ECO WASTE by Burton.
He is a shareholder in Behl, period.
This cannot revert back to Pawson, as he has absolutely
nothing to do with Behl or Eco Systems, other than being
a shareholder.
Let me take a stab at that, no one selling, so no one buying.
No one knows except the seller and someone bought those shares.
I would not say that 37mil. shares at $3700 is a dilution.
Not too late to get back in.
If Behl is dead, then why is it being discussed so much?
And you don't know that it is not a fact.
What has happened is Burton came in cleaned up the
mess left by the old board and sold the company to
ECO WASTE. Companies get sold all the time and this
is no different.
No rinse, no repeat and no R/S.
Still waiting for proof that one, Burton is not
for real and two, Pawson is running the show.
We don't really care about Behl any longer as it was sold to ECO WASTE. Burton came in and cleaned up the mess left by the old
board and sold the company period, did what he was hired to do
and now everything is moving forward.
Probably got the info from Monique Berry and we know
she never lies about anything.
And you could never prove that Burton he did not exist.
pickard, I am still waiting for the proof of what
is being claimed here about Pawson and Fisher.
Behl was not out of business, all they did was
regroup after the previous board tried to ruin
the company by trashing the office and absconding
with shareholder funds. After seven months, the
company was sold, so now you could say Behl is out
of business.
The R/S thing has been talked about for a long time
now, still has not happened, just like Behl would be
out of business by the end of March. All I see is
a lot of predictions about Behl.
There will be no R/S and ECO WASTE is more than
a start up company.
When a statement about Behl is made without proof, its
an opinion. With proof , its a fact.
bishy69, for every sell there must be a buy. People
are buying this stock because a solid business plan
is underway and the shareholders are getting that
information.
bishy69, if you still own shares in Behl, you might
want to hang on to them for awhile as the next ninety
days should bring some very good news about the new
company ECO WASTE who as you probably know by now,
bought out Behl.
