notice how they use the term "merge".Can't wait to see the
details on the deal.
even, I'll have to remove that post
both nmkt and dfts will benefit....hopefully sooner than later.
still looking for .35
hoping for an even better tomorrow
I think it will be announced with the dfts shares as well
I'd rather wait and see if it's all true...or wait for another
s-8
what I 'm wondering is who this shareholder is that's
dumping and how many shares does he have left
Actually I think it could move some more tomorrow and this week.
in that case .40 is possible early next week, but maybe it'll
get a little more quiet (hope not). I think they'll have to issue quite a few shares for the purchase (again hope not).
I'm just surprised it did't touch .20 or .30 with that
volume.
Kerik will have to leave any type of busines involvement
just like Bush-Cheney did , not that politics are part of
their lives. Being a shareholder should be good enough
for Kerik. I just can't wait to see how this nmkt deal goes through and when the company will release further detail.
from what facts?
Actually I already sold most of my NMKT and will be looking
at more DFTS
NMKT and DFTS have the same IR .
There is always that connection, and did you also see that
nmkt and dfts have the same IR
Well actually he was on the board of both dfts and
taser, but he resign many months ago, for career purposes,
I don't think it would be good for his political career...jmo
Mind you there are as many shares issued when dfts was a pinker and had nothing going for itself.
We'll have to see what happens next week.
I'm hoping to get some great discussion going on the
dfts board
I didn't have much to begin with, I am seriously looking
into DFTS next week.
what is full value?
not very far, there will be some new discussions on the
DFTS soon.

DFTS.ob
HAUPPAUGE, N.Y., Jun 21, 2004 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- DataWorld Solutions, Inc. The move reflects the Company's growing focus on security and defense applications. The Company currently pursues security opportunities via its wholly-owned subsidiary DWS Defense Systems, Inc.
DTS will continue to pursue new products and services to enhance it's security and defense business. The high-profile installation included bullet-proof doors throughout teller and bank vault areas, specially fortified sheetrock for the wall, bullet resistant fiberglass mesh and bullet resistant laminated polycarbonate for the teller areas.
In connection with its new focus, the company expects to appoint additional senior executives with experience in the security industry. Its current Advisory Board includes former New York City Police Commissioner Bernie Kerik. Mr. Kerik currently serves on Taser International's (TASR) Board of Directors. DTS will continue to utilize Kerik's expertise and experience to identify market opportunities.
"We believe the name change better reflects the success we have enjoyed and the opportunities ahead for our security business," said McPhee. "The timing is ideal for this change, as there are significant opportunities in this area. With the recent improvements to our balance sheet and our re-listing on the OTC Bulletin Board, we now believe that all of the pieces are in place to transform Defense Technology Systems into a leading provider of security solutions."

who is Kerik and where did you get that .
5- 10$ ......I HOPE !!!...but let's be realistic
There will be dilution to nmkt shareholders, but as far as
significance....I'm not sure yet
Hoping to see better than .20 .Too much volume here
message from Akid: Our lawyers are investigating the case and seeking efficient solutions, as soon as things become very clear, we will press release facts.
Thanks
Khaled
I'm hoping they won't dilute too much. I'm stil sitting on
my dfts
looking to shop tomorrow, sold about 80% of my nmkt
thought mdgn would have done better, but nwau looks
interesting
anything new ????
hmmmmmmmmmmm
E-mail from CEO :
we are also totally unsure at the moment as the company has received nothing from the SEC. As you certainly know we are not a reporting issuer and we are not bound to filing requirements, but our counsel is looking into the situation with highest priority.
Khaled
possibly a fraud...can't trust those middle east muslims
got an "amex" question. What is the requirements for listing
on amex other than stock price? NWAU is expected to do so by
end on January. The way I see it, they have to do a forward
split cause there are 8m shars out and not many shareholders.
Any thought ?
thanks
