Thats photoshoped
LOL
one has absolutely nothing to do with the other. A lead will be named when the judge decides who is more credible as a lead. The CA suit is not pending an SEC investigation (although the discovery process will be very interesting).
I expect a lead will be named any Day now but that is JMO
They have yet to determine the lead attorney but each attorney has a lead plaintiff. I think the third attorney dropped and it is now down to Rosen and Graifman
nice defense! you wrong???? thats it?
Nice find dp (as usual)
Very Nice Frank. Thanks for that
Well written SB
One would be completely naive to think this is not our current reality
EZ cowboy! I'm on your side. Just making a point that (IMO) this is much bigger than you think. You can stand up and pound on your chest all you want but until you get the right people in front of the right judge and the right jury... your just a pissed off long like many here.
If you think you can make a change without defending a legal position then more power to you. GOOD LUCK. My guess is that M&M have much more power and resource and they cant seem to get the job done. I am watching and waiting for them but I'm very entertained by you.
As far as getting involved... I am as involved as I want to be. You found a few links to some potential corruption and I am happy for you but that is no reason to send a "get involved" directive my way. Step down from your high horse and remember that you do not know who is on the other keyboard
I look at the facts Mingy and here they are:
The company has lost 90+% from his June high
They are back logged 3 filings
They have not uttered a word to their investors Since October
The AS remains 3BIL as of this year
The trade volume is extremely high for a 4 month old gray
Pike has a very serious interest in this company and quite possibly purchased the entire float
The SEC Wells has NOT been resolved as of yet meaning we have little knowlege of the severity of the charges.
The spongebob sponges ARE in wallmart
The company is being sued by its own investors
They have issues with thier advertisers
They have settled most of their legal issues rather quickly
While their are many more facts... these are the ones I look at to try and figure out what the hell is going on. Have you ever considered the possiblilty of the company being involved in their own dirt? I know I have. While I do believe the managment team are good people and really want the companies shareholders to benefit from their sucess, I would be an idiot not to consider many other possibilities.
Your on a road and I wish you luck Mingy. As for me... I prefer to watch and wait for Moskowitz, Metter and the SEC to make the moves.
Thats funny... I saw .05 today! better look again!
Mingy,
Knight is selling naked EVERY DAY! I would bank on it (gray or not) and we have not see reports because FINRA and the DTCC are both involved in making sure this company stock never sees the light day. There is WAY too much crooked money riding on it. So much that they could pay millions to keep it down to the ground and it would still be highly profitable to the criminal catalysts if they succeed in burying SPNG. I hope I'm wrong but I doubt that I am. If we are lucky there will be an explosion with the stock price and the hedge funds will be screwed.
The best thing that could happen is that all spng stockholders order certs (including Pike) and watch the scramble when they can not be produced. The problem is that this activity would be close to impossible to organize. I have to believe that the criminals are extremely good at what they do and we would need POWERFUL legal counsil to make things happen. Your research (while very good) can only help us if a team of attorneys were at our disposal. The good news is that there is SO much money at stake, the lawyers could make alot too. Unfortuneatly I believe our NSS issue is from off shore HF's and this makes it difficult to get performance even if they were exposed. This has been a good lesson for many investors.
I appreciate your tenacity and keep up the good fight!
I am still invested in the company and plan to follow it in whatever direction it goes. If I lose the money then so be it.
I am hoping that someone in a more influential position than I can get the truth out as to what has really happened to a company that still has so much potential.
Good luck to the longs and may the rest burn
.05 finally back. Think we get to .06 tommorrow?
These people are starting to see the potential from walmart sales
WOW...Back to .05 GO SPONGE!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Marketing your product in stores of the NUMBER ONE RETAILER ON EARTH is the end of life...
HAHAHAHAHAHAHA
uhhhboy
I've been hearing about these sub pennies since mid October. Spng was supposed to open on the grays in sub pennies...Remember???
It will take alot more than a post telling me the "01's" will be here sooner then I think. I read this on one of your posts in late October...
The volume was suppose to dry up to almost nothing Remember???
Trading on the Greys was supposed to take days and weeks... Remember??
The "longs" were supposed to be crying cuz they can not get their trades Remember??
Nostrodamous.... I don't think so
ASOTV is because they spent the money and ADVERTISED ON MANY STATIONS. This stuff does not just happen by itself.
Who are those "folks" anyway?
Your comment is true as he is the lead for "Rosen" however, two other attorneys are still in the running for the lead. You will find it on pacer when lead Attorney has been determined
Thank you for providing us with moskowitz cell phone number. How did you get that number anyway?
QUANG LE has not been named lead plaintiff as of yet.
My experience with the Spongebob soap filled sponge product.
The sponges where well received by my two children today. They were both excited and ran for the bath. As I write this they are still in the tub playing and the sponges have not left their hands.
The bad news: After about 20 minute of the kids playing... the soap has pretty much dissipated and they seem to be regular sponges. This is the first use and if you follow my posts you will see that I bought these at Walmart in Port Orange Florida this morning.
The kids like them and I am not sure how long the novelty will last but I now understand the hype and the potential impulse to buy these things especially while they are in the check out isle in the number one retail store in the nation.
The Car wash sponge is buy far a much better product for twice the money but time will tell me if I will be spending money on a monthly basis on the bath sponges.
I am long and have been for quite a while. This is not a bash it is the honest truth about the product that Walmart just picked up for distribution. With the different characters on deck I feel that the company will do well selling them but I feel as if they should work on the microwaving soap filling recipe before the product goes from good novelty to great.
Metter, reached overseas on vacation Tuesday, told Hearst Connecticut Newspapers that his counsel is in talks with the SEC and suggested that the matter could yet be settled or dismissed. He insisted SpongeTech would continue to be publicly traded, and he said he planned to distribute the company's products nationwide through Walmart stores.
100% Fake??? Just purchased these 2 hours ago!
You can not get into walmart in one Day. How long do you think Pike has known about the Walmart distribution deal?
My guess.... Since before Christmas

GREENWICH, Feb 03, 2010 (Connecticut Post - McClatchy-Tribune Information Services via COMTEX) --
Michael Metter, president and part-owner of Greenwich radio station WGCH, is facing a federal securities investigation and multiple lawsuits against another business concern, his penny-stock company SpongeTech.
Metter, who lives on Tinker Lane in the backcountry, co-founded SpongeTech Delivery Systems Inc. in 1999. The company makes a sponge filled with soap, which is intended to eliminate the need for a bucket of soapy water to be used during a car wash. The company has been a prominent advertiser at Yankee Stadium and other sports venues, including Madison Square Garden, and co-branded with the cartoon character SpongeBob SquarePants in a marketing effort.
In October 2009, trading in the company was halted for 10 days by the Securities and Exchange Commission, which announced it had "temporarily suspended trading in the securities of SpongeTech because of questions that have been raised about the accuracy and adequacy" of the company's financial disclosures.
Then, in December, the SEC issued a notice to the company that its staff "intends to recommend that the Commission bring civil injunctive actions" alleging violations of federal securities laws.
The SEC would not comment on the investigation. According to public filings, no settlement has been reached in the case.
SpongeTech's investor relations phone line goes to a voice mail message, saying the company is not talking with shareholders at this time except through news releases. As of last year, the company had increased its authorized share count to 3 billion, with more than a billion shares outstanding, according to an investigative report by online journalist Roddy Boyd of
thebigmoney.com.
SpongeTech faces two lawsuits from investors and one from Madison Square Garden alleging nonpayment of a bill for advertising.
SpongeTech's sales line is still operating, telling callers they can find the company's products at CVS stores or online. Calls by Hearst Connecticut Newspapers indicated the products were not for sale Tuesday at CVS, but Metter said the drugstore chain reordered last month.
The problems with SpongeTech have not affected the radio station, where revenues are up, according to Metter and the station's manager.
Metter, along with a few silent partners, bought the news-talk format WGCH in 2003 from John Becker. He is not the majority owner but is the corporation's president.

I believe changes are on the horizon and that is my opinion.

That would be your job since i am not questioning its authenticity.
Good Luck
I'm sure the pending law suits are frivolous and or will be settled amicably as were the previous one. That is how good business is conducted
