Wow, great news. Thanks.
Its the same CE warning from the OTC, which will be removed shorty.
Going down again.
I read the lawsuit, It was the most ridiculous lawsuit I ever read , surprised the judge didn't throw it out earlier.
damm, Its like being stuck in quick sand. down, down, down. imo
Very nice day once again for MDGC.
New Lows. imo
I called up the OTC and spoke directly with the person responsible for the CE on MDGC, the reason for the CE was because MDGC was late on its financials, as soon as they are received and verified the CE will be removed.
I always do my DD before posting.
I called the OTC and talked to the person directly in charge of the MDGC filings. The reason for the Scull and Crossbones was because MDGC did not get there financials in on time. As soon as they are filed the scull and crossbones will come off.
MDGC is turning into a MONSTER!!
Moving up very nicely. :)
Very good reference considering he is a fraud investigator.

CCI Engages Inavisis, Inc. to Review its Five World-Class Patents
5 minutes ago - PR Newswire via Comtex
Competitive Companies, Inc. "CCI" (OTCBB: CCOP), www.cci-us.com announced today that it has engaged the services of Inavisis, Inc., a well-recognized and respected patent research specialist. Inavisis' President, Dr. Sam Khoury, has extensive experience in patent tree development utilized in patent valuations and potential infringement claim analysis. "We are very excited to have Dr. Khoury review our five patents included in the acquisition of Wytec International, Inc." This is one more step in implementing and valuing CCI's development of a 4G Wi-Fi network capable of delivering 100Mbps to the end user via "smart" cell phones and other mobile broadband devices remarks CEO, William Gray.
The International Telecommunication Union defines 4G mobile broadband as IMT-Advanced systems capable of service speeds up to100Mbps for high-mobility communication such as vehicle access and other high-mobility communication devices. CCI's patented Wytec technology is capable of delivering 4G+ speeds. CCI intends to offer the technology in both licensing and offloading agreements to major carriers as well as suburban and rural market service providers utilizing fixed or mobile wireless infrastructures. Offloading services have now become a key consideration to major carriers in delivering 4G services due to the continued difficulty in obtaining contiguous spectrum in the United States and has now been defined by the FCC as a "Spectrum Crises". CCI's patented technology is capable of developing what they have termed "Synthetic Contiguous Spectrum" consisting of binding multiple licensed and unlicensed frequencies together resulting in substantial increased throughput.
CCI, through its wholly owned subsidiary, Wireless Wisconsin LLC (www.wirelesswisconsin.net) expects to be offering its services utilizing its patented technology to select markets by March 15, 2012. The 4G Wi-Fi delivery involves integration into existing backhaul broadband networks (also known as "Macro Cell Networks") originally designed and included in the original and now enhanced Wytec patents. Currently the U.S. mobile broadband industry is estimated at over $30 billion in the U.S. and expected to grow to more than $70 billion by 2015.

Did you go to Boise and see the office?
It is really a terrific service. People are going to be extremely happy. I know I am. Thanks for the Video.

News for 'MDGC' - (MediaG3 Finalizes Definitive Agreement on LOI to Secure Funding for Wireless Broadband Build-outs)
Nov 16, 2011 (Close-Up Media via COMTEX) -- MediaG3, Inc., a provider of
wireless broadband solutions, has completed the Letter Of Intent announced on
Sept. 20, with Competitive Companies, Inc. through a definitive agreement known
as "The Wytec Purchase Agreement."
According to a release, The Wytec Purchase Agreement will provide funding to
MediaG3 through the purchase of Wytec International, Inc., owner of five U.S.
"world class" patents directly involved in the development of carrier grade
mobile broadband delivery. "This agreement combines MediaG3's knowledge and
application of technology, 'proprietary' network design, engineering, software
and deployment with CCI's experience in wireless technology, funding,
management, back-office, customer and tech support," said CEO Val Westergard.
Westergard went on to say: "This agreement provides MediaG3 with funding,
retains use of patented technology, restores shareholder confidence and sets the
stage to grow revenue quickly as we deploy 'proprietary' networks throughout the
USA. This agreement creates a complimentary and mutually beneficial infusion of
talent and technology, bringing much greater potential value to both companies
and their shareholders. We are excited about the supportive and inter-dependent
relationship we now have with William Gray and his team at CCI."
MediaG3's network is on in selected areas in Boise and they expect to be
offering 4G+ services to the public by February 1, 2012. Wireless Wisconsin
expects to be offering the service in Eau Claire by March 1, 2012. Both
operations plan to be utilizing "carrier grade" authentication software enabling
full integration for most fixed and mobile devices. Thus both companies expect
to have rapid revenue development within months instead of years.

MediaG3 Launches 4G+ Broadband Network in Eau Claire, Wisconsin
7 minutes ago - PR Newswire via Comtex
MediaG3, Inc. (OTCPK: MDGC) a provider of wireless broadband solutions has launched a first phase of its 4G+ Broadband Network in Eau Claire, Wisconsin. This is MediaG3's second site used to test enhanced developments of their Wytec patented technologies. "Eau Claire is a joint venture with Wisconsin Wireless and CCI who already have established operations as an Internet service provider and customer base in the area. We are excited to deploy another site allowing us to test and further advance this incredible technology," remarks Val Westergard, MediaG3's chairman and CEO. MediaG3 has signed a Letter of Intent for $10 Million in funding that includes a joint venture effort in advancing the Wytec technology.
As mentioned, this is the second site for the launch of Wytec patented technologies. Earlier this year MediaG3 announced the Boise Project: "MediaG3 Pilot Projects Moving Forward With 10 GB Boise Project". The Boise system is now up and operating in selected areas. We continue to fine tune the system and will soon be offering customers Wi-Fi in various locations throughout the Boise, ID area.
MediaG3 currently has five U.S. patents directly involved in next generation mobile broadband technology that go beyond 4G in which both MediaG3 and CCI will share in its advancements and economic benefit. 4G is defined as service speeds "up to" 100 Mbps for high mobility communication and 1 Gbps for low mobility communication.
The technology to deliver broadband speeds beyond 4G has been currently addressed by macro-diversity technology, also known as group cooperative relay and beam-division multiple access. Simply said, the technology is capable of banding together multiple frequencies to form one large broadband pipe. MediaG3 will focus on the software development and network designs that effectively manage bandwidth traffic to end user devices. "This is a key component in the overall success of deploying 4G+ mobile broadband services and we are thrilled to be a part of such groundbreaking technology," says William Gray CEO of CCI.
The $10M funding facility is being arranged under a number of institutional and accredited investors arranged by Innovation Capital Management, a wholly owned subsidiary of CCI. The use of proceeds will be initially directed to the continued build-out of the Boise and Eau Claire networks.

Competitive Companies Inc. Announces New 4G Mobile Broadband Technology
9 minutes ago - BusinessWire via Comtex
Competitive Companies Inc. (OTCBB: CCOP) announced today the deployment of its "4G+ Mobile Broadband," by introducing a new, revolutionary technology exceeding average mobile broadband speeds of over 25 Mbps. Wireless Wisconsin LLC, a subsidiary of CCI, is currently pioneering the implementation of the new technology in Eau Claire, Wisconsin.
"We call this 4G+ Mobile Broadband because its ultimate download speeds can exceed 100 Mbps to the end user," William Gray, chief executive officer of CCI, said. "These 'mobile' broadband speeds represent substantially greater speeds than what is currently available in most U.S. rural, urban and suburban markets."
The International Mobile Telecommunications Advanced defines 4G service speeds as "up to" 100 million bits per second (Mbps) for high-mobility communication technology utilized within trains and cars, and 1 giga bit per second (Gbps) for low-mobility communication technology utilized by pedestrians and stationary users.
CCI delivers broadband speeds beyond 4G by harnessing a patented, Multichannel Radio Frequency Transmission (MRFT) technology developed by Wytec, Incorporated. Through a combination of Group Cooperative Relay, macro-diversity technology, frequency banding, mesh network architecture and cognitive radio technology, CCI is able to deliver mega speed broadband by managing spectrum use and administering transmission power to reduce the cost of overall delivery.
CCI will offer a licensed version of the technology to existing Wireless Internet Service Providers across the U.S. and beyond in the near future. The company currently has a Letter of Intent to purchase Wytec International Inc. for $10 million from MediaG3, Inc and share its development and future enhancements through a unique partnership arrangement.
