Oh nice! Sweet find. So it looks like April 2nd did not have the investor relations email but may 18th did
I emailed the investorrelations@signifi on June 8th. It's not brand new
I don't think so. Consider this...
A week or two ago, we saw the Signifi website modified to include "Pharmacy" as another product type.
Also, "depot" is generally used to decribe storage of some kind.
Both website names (weed pharmacy and cannabis depot) support the reason we are all here.... To see UNGS combine with Signifi to sell MJ products dispensing machines.
I have done this search before, so I'm not sure why I didn't find them until now. Either I just missed it, or they are new sites. Previously, I only found 3 sites registered by Wayne Anderson. Now it's up to 5.
1. greatercannabiscompany.com
2. invergy.com
3. sylios.com
4. weedpharmacy.us
5. cannabisdepot.us
* edit, make that 6
6. potdepot.us
Maybe he can't decide what to call it. They all re-direct to greatercannabiscompany.com, so that is really the only one I'm interested in right now.
same thing for cannabisdepot.us
what the heck is wayne up to?
I've done this before, but I ran a search on Anderson's email address and got a new hit today.
weedpharmacy.us
website registered by Wayne Anderson
When you go to that website, it redirects you to greatercannabiscompany.com
hmmmm...
http://www.ipgeek.org/whois/weedpharmacy.us
and in about 2.5 weeks they will update it again.
Even if it was maxed out at 2 billion, I'd still be holding here.
whoa, 10 mil on the bid, then gone. someone wants in.
What's with CSTI grabbing 10 mil then selling them a few ticks higher. It's happened a few times now. Flipper or MM? That's a lot of shares to flip.
You know that moment when you sell on the ask, and you think you sold near the high, feel very good about the trade, then all of a sudden it surges way higher. Message board is going nuts, volume off the charts, price just keeps going higher... and all you can do is sit and watch..... Yeah, I hope that happens to CSTI with that 10 mil he keeps flipping. It's coming.
In partnership with "Cheil Brazil". Cheil has offices all around the globe, but I don't have a good understanding of what they do.

I'm starting to think I need to just sit back and wait for them to spoon feed me all the connections once the acquisition is complete. Every time I start looking for more, I find it. Signifi is everywhere!
What is this?
Signifi... world cup?...and a library?... Now I'm confused.
I thought Signifi was a partner with Aureco to sell into the US and Canada. Now I'm seing this. And, again with the "Automated Retail Technology". I'm not sure if I posted this, but on Signifi's product pages, there is an "art" logo next to the Signifi logo. What's the deal with "art" - Automated Retail Technologies. It sounds a lot like Aureco - Automated Retail Concepts. I know they are partners, but not sure if "art" is also connected.

Signifi is hiring again. IT Support Specialist.

Interesting to find out Signifi's beginnings.
Shamira Jaffer was previously the Vice President of TouchPoint Solutions. Signifi Solutions was formed, then bought the QuickPix product line from Touchpoint and named Jaffer the President of Signifi.
http://www.selfserviceworld.com/news/signifi-solutions-acquires-quickpix-line-2/
This QuickPix product line was runner up for a few awards in 2004:
-Best Kiosk Application in a Retail Environment
-Best Hardware/Enclosure Design for a Kiosk Project
-Most Creative/Best Use of an Input Device in a Kiosk Application
Obviously it would be better to say they were the best, but still respectable. With Jaffer as the V.P.
http://www.prnewswire.com/news-releases/kioskcom-announces-winners-in-the-3rd-annual-kioskcom-interactive-kiosk-excellence-awards-73923357.html
It is also nice to see that Jaffer stays current with technology. In the early 2000's, she was focused on the digital camera and music download market. Then on to the DVD kiosk market. Now looking to the future with automated retail. I like it.
Looks like Lunds posted it on their Facebook page this month as well.
I only see 1 Lunds & Byerlys kitchen location, but there are about 2 dozen Lunds and Byerly stores. First retail chain that I've heard of in the US using these.

New Sylios logo on otcmarkets by the way

If you add up all the notes in their last quarterly report it's not that much. I think it was about $220k if I remember right. Average conversion was something like 60% of lowest trading price. So what's that?, like 200 million, maybe 300 million shares at most? The LOI was about 3 months ago. Got to be about clear by now.
What has UNGS done for me?.... well, they told me I'm going to make over 5x my money when this is trading above .01. So, I'm pretty happy about that. I will thank UNGS by holding my shares.
"The recently initiated audit will facilitate Sylios Corp in becoming a fully reporting Company and uplisting to the OTCQB."
I confirmed with the CPA that 90-120 days is an accurate time frame to complete the audits. It's in the CPA's hands now. All Sylios can do is wait for him to do his job.
imo, it will be done on time. This guy has 30 years experience.
Honestly though, do we really care about the audit progress? The audit is part of getting on the OTCQB, but the real test is the .01 minimum share price. We will be trading above .01 because of other developements soon to be released. The audited financials and OTCQB uplist will be icing.
From the latest Quarterly report:
http://www.otcmarkets.com/financialReportViewer?symbol=UNGS&id=120615
In 2010, the oil and gas rights were acquired, worth about $1.7 million. (Note B)
"The estimated fair market value of Wilon's net assets (assets less liabilities) was recorded at the value of the acquisition price of $1,687,279. Management reduced its original estimate of the fair market value. This reduction in the estimate had no effect on the recorded amount of the transaction as the excess fair market value over the acquisition price reduced the recorded value of oil and gas properties and equipment. The oil and gas properties consist of 115 natural gas wells, 12,000 acres of mineral rights leases and the gathering system interconnecting the wells. The Company intends to retain a third party to complete a Reserve Report covering the 12,000 acres located in Wayne County, West Virginia substantiating proven and unproven wells. The estimates used by the Company in recording the acquisition could change significantly pending the valuation results of the third party."
As of March, 2014, these oil and gas rights were estimated at $4.6 million. (Note E)
"Oil and Gas Properties 4,597,822"
"Included in the March 31, 2014 balances are the estimated fair market values of property and equipment acquired from Wilon Resources during 2010."
These rights were sold to BAYP. I wonder if they paid close to this estimate.
"The recently initiated audit will facilitate Sylios Corp in becoming a fully reporting Company and uplisting to the OTCQB."
OTCQB is all I need to hear. .01 minimum. Even if you overlook all the DD, all you need to know is .01 minimum, which is a 4x bagger from here.
I noticed the last update for the Sylios.com website is July 11th, same day as the CPA update. I would guess the website is done, and just waiting on the acquisition completion.
updated DD notes on UNGS. All imo, of course.
The Players:
Aureco - Automated Retail Concepts, bv
- The original "inventor" of the Spot Shop machines.
- Eric Van Velzen is the founder of Aureco. He holds the patents.
- First prototype release in 2008, it was called a "shopping wall". Now they offer it as a stand alone unit, or as entire wall of kiosks. They now call the stand alone unit the "Hero" or "Solo".
Signifi - original designer of their own DVD kiosk.
- founded around 2006 time frame.
- DVD kiosk is manufactured at Signifi (Canada)
- CEO, Shamira Jaffer, was also a founding member of Esprida.
- Esprida provides the software for the DVD kiosks and Guided Sales Assistant products.
- Considers themselves an integrator. They develop the software as well as design and assemble the hardware.
- Expertise is self serve robotics and software
- Currently looking for distributors in South America for DVD kiosks
INTOS - interior contractor. Has an entire branch dedicated to airports.
- Develop, manufacture, and install interior and furniture for large business.
- Company is about 20 years old. Tons of completed projects; restaurants, hotels, hospitals, airports....
- Headquarters is in the Netherlands, with a Middle East office in Dubai.
The Connections:
- 2010, Aureco entered a "exclusive strategic partnership" with Signifi to allow them to share and integrate technology, product designs, and ideas.
- Alot of the Spot Shop info on the Signifi website is copied from the Aureco website.
http://www.aureco.nl/news/read/self-service-retail-comes-to-the-us-in-style.html
- INTOS developed "the shopping wall" with Aureco. The shopping wall is listed as one of their standard products, and a link to the Aureco homepage is on their site.
http://www.intosairports.com/?Standard+products/Shopping+Wall
- INTOS has ties to Aureco, dating back prior to 2008.
- Theo Spanjaart is from INTOS, and is/was a shareholder and/or manager for Aureco. He was also listed as a preferred construction partner for Aureco.
http://www.moodiereport.com/document.php?c_id=1178&doc_id=19348
https://www.linkedin.com/profile/view?id=70827582&authType=NAME_SEARCH&authToken=G0Mv&locale=en_US&srchid=3487181941405951121505&srchindex=1&srchtotal=2&trk=vsrp_people_res_name&trkInfo=VSRPsearchId%3A3487181941405951121505%2CVSRPtargetId%3A70827582%2CVSRPcmpt%3Aprimary
- Youtube video posted by HungryHippo shows a INTOS/Aureco poster, with a Spot Shop on it, in an office in Dubai. The same user also posted a video from the Dubai Airport Show, 2012. It shows INTOS and Aureco in the same booth, basically advertised as the same company.
Ah ha! I think you are right.
http://www.moodiereport.com/document.php?c_id=1178&doc_id=19348
Check out the shareholders at the bottom. This was 2008, and it was just "automated retail concepts". Not ... Bv
INTOS had stake in them since at least 2008
Yeah but, Automated Retail Concepts = Aureco
"Bv" is just like LLC.
I think Aureco is the one that designed the machine and became partners with signifi to market and distribute it to US and Canada. I get the feeling Aureco had this vision for a product but needed someone to help put the pieces together and sell it. That's signifi. All imo.
Signifi definitely owns the DVD machines and the guided sales thing. They both use esprida software. I wonder if it is also used in the spot shops now.
I haven't had time to read up on the INTOS relationship yet. I thought they were just a contractor that worked with Aureco to install the shopping wall, but you do show some hints that there could be more to it. That poster with a hero machine does make me want to know more.
http://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Besloten_Vennootschap
Yeah, I agree, but what about the medical tab?. This Magex angle that I've been researching has a ton of units sold as a Pharmacy. There are a few different versions. I'm hoping Signifi is involved in all of them.
http://www.magex.org/en/pharma24h/
Of course, I would LOVE if this was the Pot vending machine even more.
I notice the "DVD & Game Rental" page says "Distributors wanted for South America".
Now that I know they have this network reaching across England, France, Italy, South Africa.... and now they are looking for a partner in South America. Maybe the DVD kiosk will still be a source of revenue for a while. The entire globe isn't on the cutting edge of technology. These could still be pretty profitable.
Or maybe it's related to Pharma24. I would think MJ would fall under the Signifi Medical heading.
http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=104388142
Magex is a manufacturing partner for Signifi. That is why you can find a bunch of machines that look like a SpotShop. Signifi is more of the design center/integrator.
All imo, of course
Reference my previous post on Magex.
http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=104388142
Oh, and 1 more thing. Click on the Library on the Magex site,
http://www.magex.org/en/leonardo/
And then look at Installations.
https://maps.google.com/maps/ms?ie=UTF8&hl=it&oe=UTF8&msa=0&msid=108925670424918181216.0004926aed471d4bf2f56
Click on the one in the UK. It shows up as George Eliot hospital! Or even the one in Ireland at Galway Hospital. Both mentioned as Signifi clients. One more confirmation for me that Magex sells machines designed by Signifi, and they cover a very large territory.
So many dots are connecting. Can't wait for that news.
Thanks for all the feedback. I'm contacting Scottrade now. If they don't fix it, I'm switching to Etrade.
I have Scottrade. You can't use new funds to buy any stocks under $3. It's a 3 day holding period. I assumed this was standard practice, but I guess not.
Looks like I need to switch to Etrade ASAP.
I just deposited a little yesterday, but of course the stupid 3 day hold on funds rule for penny stocks. Can't buy until Tuesday. Usually when I do this, the stock takes off the day before I can buy. So.... I'm betting monday will be a good day.
I wish I had more to invest.
Luck has nothing to do with it. Look at MDBX with a $500 million market cap. Signifi has revenue coming in all around the globe and has the products to be just as successful. The more DD I do, the longer I see myself holding. I can see a steady stream of news over the next year. I don't even want to put a price target on it because I think the target will keep moving up as info is released.
Step 1 is completing the deal and going public. Then the fun begins.
DD regarding Magex, in collaboration with Signifi:
From a previous email I received from Signifi,
"Spot Shop - Signifi is now working with Agencies to provide promotional solutions to their clients - without the overhead of a traditional brick and mortar store. Our Retail partners include BMW , Pharma 24, Hello Kitty, Galway Hospital (Ireland), George Elliot Hospital (UK) and Newark airport to name a few."
I began trying to confirm each of these clients by searching for pictures and video of Signifi machines in these locatations.
I was able to find a machine at George Elliot Hospital (UK). It's a Library inside a SpotShop machine.
http://lisnews.org/library_book_vending_machine_at_george_eliot_hospital
I also found the Hello Kitty machine,
http://www.magex.org/en/distributore-di-prodotti-hello-kitty/hellokitty-florida/
and Pharma24 machines (in Italy).
I contacted Magex about my previous posts. Got a reply.
Thank you very much for your interest
We are in collaboration with SIGNIFY, but before I tell you more, please give me an indication where you are based'
Well, you're right. It's not a gaurantee, but how would they get away with that? Their website even has a link to the Quattro article that identifies Signifi by name. They could just be using Signifi product literature and advertising as their own.
They have lots of pictures on their website of machines they have installed... doesn't make sense to me.
I'm still trying to figure it out. All I know is that there are machines that look exactly like Signifi SpotShops being advertised as "Magex".
At first I figured it must be another maker of the same type of product, but then I found the Quattro thing.... and I just don't get it.
Flex,
I sent you an email with some UNGS DD, but here is what I'm talking about.
http://www.magex.org/en/quattro-clothiers-apre-un-chiosco-automatico-per-le-sue-camicie/
Who is Magex? They must have an affiliation with Signifi.
Signifi is selling these machines around the globe. Going to be huge!
This might be the Signifi machine in George Elliot Hospital (UK).
