I agree with this 100% and I think that most understand this concept.

In regards to CDIV, can anyone explain why the pps doesn't respond accordingly to the large number of 'buys' vs 'sells'? And why is CDIV on the REG SHO list? And why are there so many FTDs? What does it mean when accum/dist is going straight up?

Can anyone explain what an uplisting will do for CDIV?

Sounds like up to 3% or ~11k shares. But even that is highly unlikely given the large amount of NSS being handed out lately. I'm sure the hole was simply dug deeper today.
