Looks like the new IR guy, i.e. Srloan, has the same strategy as the last IR guy. Ignore....ignore....ignore.
So what is the "I" in IR supposed to mean?
You don't need to buy his. BW will sell you all the shares you want at.0001.
Two moderators ago was saying the same thing. That was about six months ago when the stock was 4 times higher than now.
Now that former moderator declares this as a "dead stock". I would say more of an ATM stock. BW has blown it. We all know that the A/S will be raised as it takes twice the dilution now to pay the same bills.
Sure looks like dilution to me. WTG Brian. Is there a race this weekend or next?
My questions to Brian have been respectful. Basic questions like when will we see financials for the 4th quarter. When will Koma Coffee make it to the market. Will Koma coffee be available in Austin first, etc...
None of these questions are answered. Now that we are settling in at .0001, I doubt anything will be answered of substance either from Brian or Srloan.
I know for a fact that Drank is in Austin, Houston, San Antonio, Dallas, Oklahoma City, Destin FL and Oakland. I have traveled to all those places in the last 9 months and have seen it there.
What's more is that I see it at 7-11, Shell, Texaco and so on. Not just a few select stores in the Austin area.
4 x 7
600k Buys, 10.5 m sells
Please have someone proofread the PR before it comes out. I would be more than happy to do that and even reword it. I'll have my administrative assistant even do it. Lord knows she has saved me a few times.
It is actually $1.99 a can. Drank is $2.79 a can but is a larger can. Koma is a little cheaper on a per ounce basis.
Of course, it is only available in a few markets. Other than the Austin area, you will only find a place here or there that carries it. Even in Austin, it is at 20 stores max that we know of. Srloan was going to get an updated list but has not done so as of yet.
Do either you or Ryan have any ideas when we will get the next set of financial information that would include sales? There were no 4th quarter financials released.
The impression here is that BW will only release information when he is absolutely forced to.
Guess Daisy will be dropping since neither truck even raced today.
What location was that? Just curious since I live here and been to several different locations.
Not sure what brand you are buying but Drank is the most widely known and it is $2.79 for a 16oz can. That comes down to 17.4 cents and ounce for Drank and 16.6 cents an ounce for Koma.
I like the idea of the billboard as it accomplishes what BW states he is trying to do with NASCAR and that is create demand. I35 in Austin is called the NAFTA superhighway. The traffic through this area is astounding. You would not need Koma in every C-store in Austin just a good spattering along I35 from San Marcos to Killeen. The money from dilution is going somewhere, just would like to see it make a difference here.
I do like the idea of the posters and local publication as well though.
The first time I bought it was $1.39, then $1.59 and finally $1.99. I kinda wonder if they purposely charged less at the beginning to just see if there was any interest in the product.
After about the first week it was at the Citgo, I went in and purchased two cans. I marked the third can with a Sharpie on the bottom to see if that can would be there in a few days. The next time I went in (about 2 days later) it was still there. I returned a few days later and it was gone. Therefore, I knew someone other than me had purchased.
The problem that exists for Austin is there is no advertising whatsoever. NASCAR is not big in Austin as it is a pretty liberal city. We need some form of advertising here. I checked rates on Lamar's website and it would be about $7k for a billboard on I35 although I do not recall for how long. With that said, I do not see any advertising for Drank either. Our best hope is that when someone comes in to buy Drank, they see Koma for about 80 cents less and they try it. It would be nice to see some of those big Koma Can Chillers at some of these stores.
I have bought multiple cans at multiple locations here in Austin. I go mainly to the Citgo off I35 as it is on my way home. I buy about 3 cans a week. In fact, will probably stop by on my way home. I have posted pics of cans in the store before.
From what some have said on here, the count goes up when shares are issued per BW's request even though he may not sell them on that day. So, it could be that BW is selling shares that the TA has already issued.
Have you not been able to get a Koma at all up there?
Depends on how you define "near". In Texas, we consider 150 miles "near".
With that said, all of these are in a 50 mile radius of Austin. The closest to Houston would be San Marcos and that is about 180 miles to downtown Houston. Of course, if she lives near Katy, that will cut off 40 miles are so.
One thing that I have always found funny is when you drive into Texas on I10 near Orange, Texas on your way to Houston, there is a sign that says "El Paso - 857 miles".
The sticky stated there was 8.475 billion out. If variant checked yesterday and it is now 8.725 then there has been 250 million worth of dumping which equates to about $50k. I thought the "buyback" was going to be in late January and just the opposite is happening.
Buys were early, mostly sells now. May want to check that share count again tomorrow.
Pinksheets reflects 6.3 billion as of the end of September. We know now that we are at 8.4 billion. So in 5 months BBDA has been diluted 2.1 billion shares. So that is at least $420,000 in dilution.
At this point, it would be a good idea for BW to provide details as to what these funds were used for, i.e., not all blown on racing. Hopefully, some of this went for the litigation settlement.
Whatever happened with Piggly Wiggly?
That is just a weak knee jerk response you had there. BW creates these expectations and you attack people who call him out for him not meeting them. It would be one thing if not meeting these expecations was a rarity but it is by far the norm for him.
I am not a CEO but a CPA. I can tell you the only financial statements he has released were apalling. That is my expertise. BTW, where are the 4th quarter financials? Does he not have a CPA now that can make them look readable?
He also said he would ungag the TA and have a chat or blog and we know how truthful those statements were.
Brian could let us know by ungagging the TA but instead he would rather keep that to himself and the privileged few.
How is a buyout at the current share price a win/win? The current shares price is .0002. How many on here are averaged down lower than .0002? Not me, I am sitting at about .00032.
Is he visiting the Olympic sites in Argentina?
I determined that someone needs to invest in a better camera.
Cool to see all those people trying Koma.
Now if those fans just had a place to but it from. Guess they could drive to North Carolina or to Austin if they really wanted it.
How many cases did we give out? I saw one post say 200 while another said 100. How many cases was in the production run?
Wow....watch this one drop. I got one of the pump and dump emails and started watching this one. Glad all I did is watch as well.
Coffee Update? Can we get one?
Also, on the website, the first product we see should be Koma since it is the only one available for sale other than the website. I am not aware that Piranha water is sold anywhere.
Last years race for 10th place was about 19k, however, I read somewhere that the payouts in 2010 would be a little smaller.
The Potencia truck blew a tire so they had to put her down.
I may have been the only one.
So....with the racing season now starting who knows how long it will take to get that matter resolved. In other words, the gag will stay on for an indefinite period.
iChill in 7-11
Just went to fill up the wife's car and purposely went to a 7-11. Sure enough, they have iChill and Drank. Sure would like to see Koma there. Oh well....
I will say that I have never heard of iChill before actually going to look for it here.
Not to mention that on the Ichill website they state they are in over 6,200 of the 7-11 locations. That knocks the socks of our 10-20 locations in Austin.
