Thats pretty funny Laser. I have been a shareholder for around 5 years and the proxy Jack sent out was the only one I received from the company to vote on. Laser, I didn't receive any money or stock for my time on the board. I only agreed to join the board to try to help any way I could, but certain people and shareholders were calling me threatening me with lawsuits. I just wanted everyone to know I have resigned from the board of Exobox. You people aren't worth the trouble. Here is the shareholders initiative you the shareholders should be trying to get happen. Call Scott Copeland and get him to take his guy with the communication company to meet with Jack, the CEO of Exobox and Richard Kampa and put away any differences they have and figure this out. It is right there in the plan if they would just grow up and do this like men. They need to keep the person known as Skipper out of this. He was part of the problem with the earlier board members. It is hard to run a company when it seems like certain people know what you are going to do before you decide to do it. I am counting my losses especially since I loaned the company money to stay in business and moving on. Cut-Above, you are Scott's friend or his brother, it is hard to believe he is going to betray his family and friends when all he has to do is do the right thing and meet with Jack. Jack has been working 110% on this to make it work. This is All In My Own Opinion.

This is to Laser, do you know who loaned the company 90,000 with getting interest in the patent if they are not paid back. Also how long did the company have to repay the loan?

They have until 4/22/10 to get the 10q submitted before they will be delisted.

I guess Mr. Wirtz didn't get the 10q in today. I receive notices for the SEC on Exobox and I didn't receive one today about them receiving the 10q. This is ****hit!
