I like the comment that one of the readers by the name of "scott shaffer" made.
where is claw, have not seen him post in a while? BTW, if the conversion price is currently at .023 on the Euro market NEOM is trading on, then there roughly is a 17.3% arb spread...this seems too good to be true.
does anyone know if there would be a potential arbitrage play here between otbb and the euro mkt neom is trading on? The law of one price seems to not be prevailing currently.
unenforceable litigation??? their litigation was clearly enforceable, please refer to the USPTO.
Ziptied...great example:) TY
Thanks to all who responded to my question(s)! GL
lesnshwan,
I asked TP the same questions, but maybe you know better? Why would it be beneficial for me as an advertiser to use the indirect method? If I am target marketing a certain group of people on a print ad, why wouldn't I want people who click on the 2d barcode to be directly linked to the URL pertaining to the information that I am trying to advertise?
ok...why would advertisers want any redirects though? As an advertiser, wouldn't you want people to go directly to the URL that your advertising campaign is running?
lesnshawn...if I click on the barcode and it goes straight to the URL. Hopefully that is clear enough?
if I own a business, and a customer clicks a picture (2d barcode) and is directed to my website. Is that direct or indirect?
does anyone know what positions they actually laid off??? This could answer alot of the concerns that NEOM 2006 was expressing.

yes I can see the chart, but if you could explain that would help with clarity. I am not as technically inclined as you appear to be, so please bear with me:)
if it has not broken its support level ~.02, how do you come to the conclusion that we are headed to .0084? Your prediction seems to be quite a stretch. Maybe, you can explain a bit.
does anyone know if this is infringing on NEOM?

nicehit...no offense but that opinion sucks and is absolutley not how you and I should feel as shareholders. TP, brings up very legitmate points relating to market manipulation. Rather than sitting back and doing nothing about it, he feels like he should speak up and say somthing to anyone who is listening. This is very commendable and we should all thank him for this.
FYI---we shouldn't bend over and take it from the MM's...JMO
very interesting article tp....keep up the good work.
why should you be? IM just stated they cut staff:)
one question?......IM mentioned in the CC that they cut some overhead and operating costs by laying off employees . Do any of you think that this may be a concern as it relates to how they implement and sell their application/patents to potential clients? It seems to me that NEOM needs money ASAP and by doing so, they significantly cut down this potential. If someone could inform me of what postions were actually cut and give an estimate as to how much this will affect their operations that would be helpful.

yes i picked up some more shares:).....gotta go golf 18 now.

I saw that a previous poster had mentioned google's zebra crossing code. Does anyone know if this will infringe upon NEOM's patents at all?

JP-Thank you and best of luck as well:)
ok my apologies if you feel like I'm "pointing the finger".......all I'm asking is...how do you know the market "values" NEOM at xxx price? You are simply speculating demand. .... this company needs to prove to their shareholders that they can solidify a revenue stream shortly. The demand might be high for this technology but unless there is a sound capital structure in place, NEOM will not get its feet off the ground as some of you have hoped. Stating the obvious, but it seems like some people here are overlooking what is right there in front of them.....
There is a reason why this is at .027 right now... the market values NEOM at that price.
leveraging***...*how can you value something
:)....i'll start proofreading from now on.
correct me if im wrong but you are basically telling me that they are leverageing their assets/patents which in turn exceeds the current debt on their balance sheet?...My question back to you would be... how can you value you something which has yet to produce any revenue/cash flow stream?
any rebuttle cloud? i would like to hear your response:)
yes but how many of those companies have the short term debt obligation that NEOM does??? this is my point...
future revenues?? this company has been promising future revenues for the last 10 years!......if they keep on promising "future revenues" and never deliver, their debt will eventually catch up with them...then what??? chapter 11.
Total Current Assets 1.30
Total Assets 11.40
Total Current Liabilities 78.08
NEOM has 1.3 million dollars worth of liquidable assets
within this year and 78.08 million dollars worth of debts due by the end of the year. Which means, 8-9 months to come up with at least 77 million dolllars, anyone know how this is going to happen?
sorry to be a nag.....but could you please define "minimal"?
I do not mean the revenues generated per click of the advertsint for NEOM......I mean to ask, how much will it cost the advertisers to put this "barcode" technology on to their advertisements?
Hi,
One question......what are the likely costs going to be for the advertisers?....After all, the carriers wont buy this unless they know it will be cost effective for their affilliates.
new to the board:)...would greatly appreciate a response.
