WOW...after hours trading is at .0003!
Still great news katyg!
I would say that all the activity in your area is very good news. XCO and Chesapeake along with about 8 other companies have been contracted through the government, so for their stockholders it's more good news...not sure what exactly this means for us and UVSE, but I do hope something's brewing with UVSE and your area. Hopefully, we will soon hear some news from UVSE soon good or bad.
By the way, are there any other UVSE holders that live in any of the active Shale areas? If so, what's been going on in your hood'?
WOW! For $28 with your current bank, you could get 2 trades out of E*Trade @ $12.99 a trade.
This great news from you katyg...
Are you telling us that there are companies moving into the Barnett Shales region that has been silent for awhile? Or am I just excited and reading to much into what you wrote.
By the way, to answer your question, right now we are all waiting on UVSE to release their report any day now. UVSE has also teased some info about possibly acquiring NESS. They have also released info in the past that showed they were profiting from there wells. Just do a google on UVSE or click PR on E*Trade after you enter the ticker symbol of course and read the press releases. Latest news should be out soon.

Bored...contact your bank and have them transfer your account to either E*Trade or Scott Trade. This usually takes about 7-10 business days. E*Trade will also electronically register your shares for free. Note that E*Trade does charge 12. 99 for every purchase you make, but still not bad considering all the extras they offer. You can have live streaming free with E*Trade, not sure about Scott Trade.
IMO, either one is better than what you currently have, which sounds like nothing...lol!
I agree mm, Scott Trade is good and has better deals more often than E*Trade but, E*Trade has offices everywhere as well. I used Scott Trade before but due to the restrictions the use, I switched to E*Trade years ago
Hey Bored...
Have you ever considered using E*Trade? Soon as you buy it shows in your account immediately and you can see your entire portfolio. Consider using E*trade for your next purchase.
Just a tad bit of insight offered to you... : ) (sorry for the big post guys, but trying to show Bored something)

At least for now we're at .0005
Thanks Bluefish...
Loved the info!
also Bored...
We better watch the weekend, because these past couple of weekends have been silently shaking things up for our weeks start. We might enter Monday at .0004.
We will watch and be patiently waiting for something from Raley, hopefully by next weeks end.
please elaborate Bluefish on the charts for us all, if you would be so kind
: )
Markets are open on Monday, no more holidays here Bored, until Memorial Day in May
Thanks for crossing your fingers Techno53...it worked!
: )
Well, looks like the .0005 for now didn't hold
Techno53...cross your fingers for the .0005 to hold, I did!
And close tomorrow but open on Monday

I'm with you TomFausett...wait, wait, wait!
looks like we may see .0003 at close today....crossing my fingers
Hello Bored...
Actually, all the release was stating was "a letter of intent", UVSE has not mislead us/stockholders at all. But as Mikeyk stated, this is normal business to "submit" an interest to NESS.
And so, the news was passed to us...that's it and this is where we are now. We just have to be patient and wait it out.
Don't forget UVSE is still UVSE with or without NESS.
: )
Here's the news release, just a reminder to all:

Completely agree with you mikeyk!
That attitude was especially prominent in the housing market, now everyone's crying "help us"!
Techno53....
I hope for the same things you do. Guess all we can do is wait.
I do believe the US assets are good(well, I hope they are...lol), I just don't like all the leading in they did with their shareholders. Creeps me out!
Sorry to be negative about...
The Ness acquisition but it stinks to high heaven: IMHHO!
http://www.highbeam.com/doc/1P3-573335981.html
Plenty of articles to read there.
stock_observer_, mikey and mim....
what do you guys "really" think of all this Israel talk?
And of course there's this news we've all heard about:
http://www.oilandgasinvestor.com/article/print/34438
NESS could totally have assets here in the US, but the Israel deal sounds "extremely" fishy! IMHO
Good point Bored
Honestly guys...
I am nobody, but I have been reserching this NESS and I agree with Wise...it is a MESS!
Check the stunts they pulled back in 2004...

IMHO, it seems they suckered investors in and just went down in a whirlwind. This has been talked about for almost 10 YEARS!
Come on now...if there was anything there in Isreal, someone would have jumped on it by now IMHO!
The name changing of the company and all, just doesn't look good in my opinion!
I truly hope that Raley isn't seriously considering this acquisition. Any opinions are appreciated.
Not yet Wise...
I'm trying through E*trade right now.
Try D. Watford...
He writes back.
What a ride today...
Just finished wipin' the sweat from my brow...lol.
I'm losing it here guys, Raley is playing with my emotions! Well, things will be better tomorrow.
GLTAT
You might have a virus...
Etrade is working just fine
LII dead for over thirty minutes?
Flatlined at .0004 today.
What are you having problems with?
I have been buying UVSE through E*Trade since February and have not had one problem.
All I can say is "WOW"! Unbelievable, that someone would stoop this low.
Except after hours is currently @ .0004... :(
What's the good news...please share?
Thanks!
: )
Heads up everyone...Facebook is going public!
I'm sure it's all figured out in the paperwork...
But NESS has proven wells with "DAMAGED" machinery. They can do nothing with this damaged machinery, eventually leading them "near" bankruptcy. Here's where UVSE comes in, they acquire NESS, fix the broken/screwed up equipment and pick up where NESS left off.
Pretty much...that simple! Money is there... "possibly" to be made by us all.
Patience is a virtue, gla this week!
: )
Look up this week...the sky is the limit...
I'm a real "G" (ebonics for "gangster") in til the end (long term). UVSE feels soooo good.
Hold on everyone...Here She Comes...Man Eater! She's a Bad Mamma Jamma (built and stacked)...lol!
Big ride for the next two weeks +/- 3 days!
SMILE BIG
