It's not the number of buy/sells that count...
You can sell or buy one share. PY11 bought 315k shares today with a total volume of 520k. I'll take that every day. As far as dilution goes, no evidence of that. You better load up before phase 3, at ABCO labs is complete. BillyT boy, people selling into the bid is better than the ask. People sell for many reasons. I've sold 300k shares to acquire another stocks; doesn't mean I'm not bullish. Still have millions of shares! Understand now?
That's the way it's done!!!!!
Accumulate while others are fearful. Looking for a repeat of last years climb. I had 4 million share at the peak. Pocketed a couple hundred thousand and am still sitting on millions of shares. Things will happen fast, in a couple of months, and those that buy now will be very happy!
Well said HAMMER!

10-Jul-2015
Q.2. What is the current status of sales to grocery and box stores?
A.2. The Company previously stated that it has been working on lowering the cost to produce for grocery retail. As part of this effort, the Company is currently negotiating with 4 groups to fund and manage the sales and marketing of the Nate's Homemade product line. These discussions initially focused on international markets; however, these groups wanted to include the domestic market because of the size of the market. As such, the Company has included in these discussions distribution and sales within the domestic market with these groups. These groups have the capacity to acquire large quantities of the required raw materials thereby reducing the cost to produce each can. The advantage for the Company would be that these groups would pay for the costs to produce, market and sell the product and pay the Company a fee for each can sold. The groups range from private equity firms to large established food companies.
Q.3. What is the status of Branded Retail Stores?
A.3. The Company's distributor has executed a lease for a location and has paid the required upfront fees. However, the Company's factory has not completed the necessary audits to allow the distributor to obtain the health department permits required to set up a physical location to sell product. The Company has been told that these will be completed as soon as possible. The Company's distributor had hoped to open the location in July but will not be able to until the audits are complete.

No one is buying into the dilution claims; they should let that one go!
Not true!!!
If you listen to the conference, call it's clear Nate is in charge of his company. Seriously, Nate was a successful entrepreneur long before he met Wade.
NHMD is working on economies of scale to get the cost down Then, it's off to the races once phase 3 at ABCO labs completes. This will be Nate's flagship!
"Nate Steck, President, CEO, Director. Mr. Steck is an entrepreneur and trained French Chef and with over 20 years experience in Product Development and Food Production. He has developed over 30 successful products from concept to shelf with National distribution for consumer brands and private labels, cumulative sales of 175M. He is the Co-Founder of Batter Blaster, Co-Founder of Elena’s Food Specialties and Founder of Elite foods."
Looks like this company...
is on the verge of great success. The packaging is very catchy as is the name Mucho Macho. That's really half the battle. Hemp products don't have a lot of competition yet. Many successful product e.g. Redbull, Monster, are not better than the competition, they have superior marketing. NGCG products should do well once distribution and marketing kick in.Not many OTC stocks this close to distribution Look what happened to THC* as soon as they announced a deal back in Feb..
Shorts will be throwing in the towel soon.
Nate is going to make this happen. He has spent too many years of his life on this: he will succeed!

Right on Luke!
Damn shame people can't take time to enjoy America's greatest day, to partake in simple pleasures like Nate's for breakfast. Greatest county on planet earth thanks to innovators and entrepreneurs, like Nate, who strive to make it better. The entrepreneurial spirit is one of our greatest attributes!
To the Naysayers....
The correct question is...
how much profit do they make per unit sold. True of any company and product. Anyone know, off hand, the cost of making a Gopro, or a can of coke? The NHMD team is working hard every day to make this company profitable. They are currently working on finalizing additional flavors, of pancake mix, and brownies. They are working at lowing the cost per unit sold too.
Real company, real products, bright future!!
NEW FAQ:
Q. What is the current status of sales to grocery and box stores?
A. The Company has received positive updates from ABCO and that Phase 3 will be completed ahead of schedule. As such, the Company has been working on lowering the cost to produce for grocery retail. In July we will commence sending out samples of the product to Wal-Mart, Target, Sam’s Club, Costco, Kroger, BJ’s and Albertson’s with our new wholesale pricing. The Company’s goal is to have the necessary audits completed by the by 4th quarter 2015 and deliveries to begin 1st quarter 2016. This will promote a two-prong strategy of retail grocery chains and branded stores.
Time is on our side here!!
NHMD has done a great job of not diluting shares and keeping cost at a minimum. This has given them multiple options to distribute and market the products while we wait for stage 3 to be completed at ABCO labs. July should jump start the company when they start selling at Fashion Island.
It's rare for an OTC stock to not dilute it's shares. 2 more flavors available soon as well as brownies.
Well that's just silly, isn't it?
"You can go to IHOP and buy 5 pancakes cooked and brought to you for $6.00"
Let's all load the family up, in the minivan, before school or work and go to IHOP! Last two times I tried IHOP, I didn't bother to stay; 30 min wait.OK let's add the other cost: gas to drive to and from IHOP $2-3, OJ, coffee, tip = $10+ per person.
Or, reach in fridge and feed family of 3 quality(not frozen) pancakes/waffles for $10. Cost will go down as economies of scale kick in.
Sorry you don't understand that people love convenience; that's why they pay $3 for a cup of Joe at Starbucks on the way to work. I'm sure the founder of Starbucks was told: no one would pay $3 for coffee they can make at home for 30 cents. Good thing he didn't listen to the naysayers!
No one will pay $63 dollars for a 12 case of Redbull either. Wait, they do!

Nate's is having some growing pains but it looks like they are working hard at getting things right. Buy and hold NHMD for a few years!
When you listen to the conference call..
you understand just how knowledgeable Nate is of the food industry. Nate is looking for more profit to go along with revenue. Most, including me, were hoping for a blockbuster Costco deal. His current approach is much more intelligent! The OTC and big boards are littered which stocks that have revenue but no profits. My brothers company is a wonderful example:
http://finance.yahoo.com/q?s=tsem&ql=1
Many stocks, with negative earnings, are assigned high PE's in the hope that profit will follow.
Nate's plan is to maximize profit and exposure. Sounds like flavors (blueberry and banana) are close to completion, as well as brownies. Nate's is selling quality convenience and fun; sounds good to me!
In any case, we'll all know more, next month, when we start selling at Fashion Island; anything before that is just opinion.
They're shooting for a profit of $200k min +50 split of profits from each location annually. 8 locations would be $1.6mm+ in profit not revenue. With a future 100mm shares and 25 PE: that would put us at 40 cents per share.

I will post the Q&A portion of the conference call tomorrow.
I'm only alloted one post a day so this is it.
I recorded the last 48 mins, of the CC from my speaker phone to my Samsung. The first part of the conference, is covered in Nick's slides.
Most kiosk, I've seen, are phone accessories, hats, jewelry etc; all readily available saturated items. Nate's will be unique! The financial numbers, presented from the conference, through kiosk an branded stores are compelling! They could have taken the conventional OTC route i.e dilute NHMD out of existence. They are being very careful to maximize profit, not just revenue. How many OTC stocks are accomplishing that?; or even big boards stocks for that matter:
Still waiting stocks like Groupon, Tesla etc to make a profit.
Just look at the net income for these stocks with MUCH larger market caps than us:http://finviz.com/screener.ashx?v=211&f=sh_avgvol_o50,sh_curvol_o100,sh_price_u2
No caption needed here!
I missed the first part...
of the CC. From what I heard, Nate's and his staff are doing everything they can to maximize shareholder value. Their reasons for not jumping into bigbox, right now, are sound. They would need to go deep into debt for starters. They want maximum eyes, on the product with maximum profit margins while keeping debt at a minimum. Look what happed to CD's and videos: the entire business model changed in a few years. McCartney was criticized for selling his CDs in Starbucks but it resulted in large sales! Kiosk are a great way to proceed! Just look at how many malls we have in California alone:
https://www.google.com/maps/search/california+malls/@37.2718745,-119.273188,6z/data=!3m1!4b1
Fashion Island sounds enthusiastic about the product! It should be an easy to sell, tote, impulse buy. Batter Balster had an extremely high rebuy rate, 98 percent. Looking forward to Nick's take on things and hearing the entire CC.
Not sure why....
some think selling Nate's products in a Kiosk is a bad idea.
There are 1100 malls in the United States. Let's do some math with a hypothetical 200 locations:
10 cans an hour (X 10 hours) at $7 a can.
That would be $700/day X 200 = $140,000 a day.
$140,000 x 325 days = $45.5 million in annual sales.
Now let's throw in some big box stores and things get real interesting!
Not true!
I've done some comparisons with other OTC stocks. $25 million in sales would easily give us over 30 cents a share: $1+ is possible too!
Welcome aboard IMPERIAL DRAGON!

Fashion Island...
where Nate's 1st store will be, is a very large outdoor mall in the richest city in Orange County California.
https://www.google.com/search?q=fashion+island&client=opera&hs=r57&source=lnms&tbm=isch&sa=X&ei=Qh92VaHBMIbwoASsz4KgBw&ved=0CAkQ_AUoAw&biw=943&bih=497
The mall has 7 movie theaters and 6 more, across the loop, which features largest screen on the west coast. They also host large concerts on weekends. Couldn't have picked a better place to introduce Nate's Homemade to the world!
You would think, after reading some people's post's, that Nate picked Wade because it would insure failure of his business. I've talked to Joseph Wade in person twice: he has nothing but the companies best interest in mind. If Nate's is successful, Wade will be successful; no one can dispute that.
Nate and his officers all make $1 a year. It's the stock they own that will make them rich men. Now that's what I call a company incentive program!
NHMD started out as a reverse merger shell stock..
What is Wall Street's best kept secret?...Shell Stocks!
What is a Shell Stock? A Shell Stock is a publicly traded company that has no operating business. Many of them trade for pennies and are thought to be worthless. But after completing a Reverse Merger, they can explode in price and increase in value by 10 times, 20 times, and possibly over 100 times their original share price! To understand why this is possible, see What is a Shell Stock and What is a SPAC.
What is a Reverse Merger? A Reverse Merger is a technique that allows a private company to become an instant public company. This alternative method for completing an IPO (Initial Public Offering) is the catalyst that makes the price of a Shell Stock explode! For more information, see What is a Reverse Merger.
Why consider Shell Stocks? The potential return of a Shell Stock can be enormous! Imagine buying a tiny $0.0312 Shell Stock that traded as high $50 six weeks later! A $1000 investment would have been worth $1,600,000 at its high! For more information, see The anatomy of a Shell Stock - SXML. Or how about a Shell Stock that went from $0.10 to $11.20 in two days, and later traded as high as $30. For more information, see Elvis Presley and American Idol merged into SPEA Shell Stock.
NHMD could be another story stock!
Good news today!
After talking with Joseph Wade, in Vegas and Newport, I got the impression; he's a man on a mission to make Nate's Homemade a very successful company.
Today was another step in making that happen. His share price objective is WAY! more than $1. Looking forward to years of growth! Stay strong longs!
BAG HOLDERS!!!!!
It's going o be a great summer for NHMD. I like the methodical approach they have established. We're about to enter a new era for the company. This time last year we were at 2.5 cents. I'll take another 300 percent gain from here. Once they establish a distribution this will really take off!
And people can make a cup of coffee for ten cents...
That doesn't stop them from buying Red Bull, and other energy drinks, for $2.5 a can. Some people, like my self, would rather have a can or 2 of Nate's in the fridge than a big bag of dry mix. Guess I'm just a elitist lol! Also, the pancakes is a launch vehicle for other products he has in the works: brownies, One Minute Omelet, guacamole spread, wheat pancakes, cake, cookies etc.
Nate and his officers all make $1 per year. Ergo, they have a lot of incentive to create a successful product line. Potential years of growth ahead!
What a bunch of crap!!!!!EOM
Let's compare:
NHND to THCZ.
Totally Hemp makes a Hemp drink. In January, the stock was one penny.
They closed a distribution deal on April 6th. The company expects the next quarter sales to be in excess of $700,000. The stock reached a high of 29 cents April 7th and now sits at 16 cents. With 297 million shares out, that gives them a market cap of $47 million. Their net income last year was
-$678.38K. Total debt is $117k. Yesterdays volume was 32 million.
NHMD currently has 77 million shares out. News of distribution could easily send us over 30 cents. By the end of April, we should have production capacity of 10 million cans per year. That would far exceed Totally Hemps revenue. NHMD: great product that should sell like....hotcakes! Brownies in a can on deck.
WOW! Someone just sold me 100k shares
at .05!!!!!!!!!!
Buy when others are fearful: investing 101. Seeing Nate, in an Abco lab coat, makes me feel warm and fuzzy! California, Washington and Colorado are going to love the brownie mix!
THC# ran from .01 to .29, in 2 months. Their disto news is for Texas alone. They also have 294 million shares out.We currently have 77 millions shares. Fully diluted, we would have about 200 million. I think we have much greater potential!
