I personally think that EESO would be getting low balled with an offer of 510 million dollars. With there retail and industrial sides I believe they should wait for something over 1 billion dollars. What worries me about a buyout now is that with someone else in charge you don't know what they are going to do with your shares (RS...etc). What are others thoughts?
I hope so. Thanks for the insight.
It better be a multi billion dollar contract then because handing out 300 million shares to everyone you partner with doesn't value the company real high and it doesn't do anything good for pps. regardless of signed contracts unless your talking billions of dollars.
WTF does this even mean?
Then what is the solution to the issues I have laid out. Larry only gave a possible outcome. You can't just say no R/S but not counter with a better explanation.
EESO/Jared has stated that ideally in 3 years he would like to be able to take the company to the NASDAQ. Sounds good to me! To uplist to the NASDAQ you need to have a pps > than $5.00 if I am correct. My question is: How are we realistically going to get there if we are handing out 300 million shares like candy (200 million to Allie). With this increase in outstanding shares EESO would have to make billions (not millions) to have a pps of $5.00. The only way to address this is a buyback or a reverse split. Right now we are buying back 4 million for every additional 200+ million we give out. Please do not delete this. I want the very best for EESO as I have alot of money tied up in them. I also want some logical explanations for these questions.
People that are posting trying to paint EESO as a scam are not thinking logically. At some point facts out weigh insignificant doubts. EESO is a real company with real products. Wow Green is a real company with thousands of real distributors waiting to begin distributing EESO's real products. EESO has no overhead in regards to distributors wages...etc! EESO and Wow Green are positioned to make an absolute killing. Also, There are photos of a 30,000 ft warehouse filled with products waiting to ship.
Aside from all of this EESO has their entire industrial sales side that has secured large long-term contracts and is on the verge of securing even larger ones in the coming weeks.
EESO is doing everything right! Once these industrial applications are publicly shown to be successful other contracts will follow.
My point is that all the talk about the float being gagged and other absurdities do not even matter. Regardless of what the float is this stock is undervalued!
People can continue to criticize but I hope they are buying too or they are going to really kick themselves and soon.
This is probably the best news and move on EESO's part to date in regards to clear and concise PR's and efforts to improve investor confidence. I am truly left without words to describe how excited I am as an investor at this point.
Outstanding Shares?
heading back up soon
EESO actually does follow the overall market quite closely. It has a beta coefficient of .65 (fairly high).
The new pictures in the ibox are AWESOME! Obviously business is good!
Just picked up a little under 6000 @ .16. Have a feeling there won't be many more opportunities to get in at this level.
WoW Green has an autoship.
Thanks for the clarification.
There is no way Jared could control over 50% of the stock in this company. With over 1.6 billion outstanding shares,if 900 million are in the float that leaves only 700 million to be in tightly held hands. This means Jared owns far less then 700 million shares.
It appears even you have needed level II quotes in the past. My point is that there may be times when someones level II isn't working for whatever reason. They should be able to ask without ridicule. Along the same lines if I feel like responding and giving someone the level II quotes I should be able to.
I read on the other board that our TA is no longer the same. Does anyone know about this? Is this bad news?
Level II anyone? How many at .016? Thanks!
One thing that bothers me is the inability for Jared to say that the company would get audited financial s done and make an effort to immediately move up on the pink sheets. There is no excuse for prolonging this. None. Anyone who starts listing reasons why is in on something or delusional. That being said I liked everything else I heard. Go EESO!
I heard from a reliable source that EESO has projected revenue upwards of 100 million dollars for 2009!
Is it that hard for people to sell at the ask!
Level II?
I realize now that you question was rhetorical but the answer still stands. Go EESO
Do your research, read the PR's almost all can be seen in the ibox above. But in response to your question, yes this is a good stock. In my opinion, the best stock! Hop on board well its cheap.
Level II anyone?
check yourself before you wreck yourself
It is next week
hold tight people
.25-.50 in two to three weeks. ready....go!
For people on here who are going to take some out. Sell at the Ask. WTF
Any way to upload a picture? Bull pennant has formed!
What program do you use to view your indicators?
I didn't have access to that figure. I appreciate the correction.
I appreciate the feedback. My opinion is that the potential of EESO is limitless. Especially in todays world.
I would like to make a general comment about some people posting on this board. I have followed the board for for over a month now. It is clear that EESO is doing very good things and I think that most acknowledge this. My comment is that you can tell alot about a stocks potential by its past performance. about 1 year ago when EESO announced a potential deal with a beverage distributor this stock skyrocketed to .06. This beverage deal I believe was supposed to be worth around 6 million dollars. As most know the projected value of everything EESO has in the works is substantially higher. If this stock rose to .06 on a substantially smaller deal a year ago it could be easily argued that the actual potential for increase is much much higher than what many on this board believe. As I read the posts I find many people talking about getting out around .03 -.05. This is fine and everyone has their own style and should do as they please but If these posts are continuously made and potential new investors are directed to this board they may get the false impression that everyone is leaving at .03. This could shake investor confidence and hurt the stock. I would like to hear other opinions regarding this. This of course all my opinion and I do not claim to know much of anything. Just observations. I think we have a big day ahead of us!
