and here I thought he was just amusing us with his humor!
Well then, I hope she is using stuff that's already been tested.
Anyway, I wasn't really suggesting that she sell any live animal with her printer or that anyone should test anything on them. I will polish up my humor a little maybe. Where's Paulie?
I googled it. So this guy wanders around in bare feet? That's his whole claim to fame? No wonder he was fired. Those shows seem so fake, you know there's a whole camera crew with them.
Don't they test cosmetic products on them though? You know, just to see if they have a bad reaction?
You are right about monkeys. I think they also test cosmetics on rats. but if she included a rat no one but Janice Shell would buy one.
She should market it with a monkey to test the makeup on, just to be safe. Don't tell DDF I said that!
To be clear, I have never commented on the latest deal. I am waiting to see if it generates revenue or doesn't generate revenue, that's the only value in any deal and we won't know if it follows all the other "deals" into oblivion until there are audited financials indicating revenue or no revenue.
My only observation has been that not much of the millions generated by wholesaling shares to the toxic folks was invested in it.
How long should a company be development stage?
I don't disagree with you and hope that you can get to the bottom of this mess and ALL involved are taken to task but, the alleged shenanigans with the stock have no bearing on the business. Volk got the cash, lots of it and there's no revenue generating business. Maybe the new deal will pan out, maybe not but certainly not much of the millions of dollars received from selling shares to toxic folks was invested in it.
How long do you believe a company should exist as a development stage company with large salaries, offices and no business?
But, Volk has managed to broker deals for millions of dollars with all the toxic guys. He received that money up front, millions of dollars and, to date, there isn't much to show for it. It isn't like he's selling shares directly to us out here and depending on the share price to support his attempts at revenue generation. He got the millions of dollars and reversed his investors out of the equation 4 times to date to keep the revenue flowing. I just don't see anything here that accounts for all that money, nothing has been created. It's been years, so again, how long is the market expected to continue buying the story?
How long should a company be able to continue as a "development stage company" without producing anything do you think? That's one of the problems I see here.
The things I have pointed out here, over and over, are the only dd I do on these stocks. Toxic financing, revenue, management compensation, time in business are what I look at. The info these companies put out for public consumption tends to be questionable in my opinion and I never call the company or it's PR people. That's just asking to be lied to, again, in my opinion.
Good luck to you.
These boards are for the legitimate discussion of these stocks, both the positive and negative aspects. The problem arises when all the information and opinions about the stock are not considered. I respect all opinions and read and consider all the info posted here without name calling and private scuds. When there are attempts to shut down discussion, it breeds distrust.
FYI, I am not short, have no association with anyone who is or ever was. There was a time when I thought this might be a real company. When I discovered things that changed my mind, I tried to share that info in a respectful manner. My efforts were not well-received here. Threats and attempted intimidation are kind ways to put it.
Sigh, well at least we are half-way to enlightenment. Maybe the bulb will glow brighter. One can only hope.
Real companies have a solid business plan, they present their plan to investors who see the possible. They build a business by working hard and creating a product that generates revenue. They take very little in the way of compensation, knowing that they are building something with every penny they reinvest. Eventually, when there is value, they go public, and not through some toxic, pinky shell.
Scam companies have no business plan, they buy a shell, they have a story to sell. Most legitimate business people and investors can spot a "story" a mile away and steer clear. But, here in the OTC there are the toxic folks who will buy the story if the terms are good enough. Management gets big money up front, hence the giant salary with zero revenue. Their whole job is to keep the story fresh and put out a fluff pr now and then, it doesn't need to be well written, spelling and grammar aren't important. They sell all the shares, collect the money up front and find loyal longs to do the rest. The proof, look at the boards of legitimate companies, there are not hundreds of posts a day there speaking about "news next week", "millionaire maker here" and then there's the name calling and the shocking private messages. Yes, it's the OTC but it's not investing any more than WGAS is a legitimate business. I hope it hasn't been too expensive for anyone here.
Ummm, nice to see the light bulbs FINALLY. Wgas sells shares, Volk gets his money up front and makes sure there are enough shares to cover the debt, no matter how cheap they get. And, he depends on loyal, long shareholders to silence anyone who points this out to unsuspecting "investors". You know, those loyal longs who are nasty and vicious to anyone who tries to show the company's true business plan?

A little DD on WGAS - please read the filings to find Asher and all the other notorious toxic death spiral financing. This is a share selling company so far. There is no revenue other than from the wholesaling of shares, The 4th reverse split, 1 for 50 this time, is scheduled in a couple of weeks. Even at trip one, the bottom is far from in here.
WGAS - Toxic Death Spiral financing - red flag for shareholders.
WGAS - multiple reverse splits - red flag for shareholders.
WGAS - NO revenue or business for YEARS - red flag for shareholders
WGAS - highly compensated CEO and staff for supposed "start-up" - red flag for shareholders.
Wow, I just got another volume alert which means they sold over 80 million shares again today. Impressive for a share selling company. Now, if they could just find some way to get the price to go up on this huge volume. Here's a novel idea, how about generating revenue from something other than selling shares??
Uh Oh, looks like they put out another PR. I haven't read it but I am certain that if there was anything in there confirming any actual business or revenue the stock would have closed up or at least even.
But, again, kudos for the success in the share selling business. Nice job, WGAS. Everyone should focus on the strengths of this company!
I advice those still holding from a higher position to get out while you can, stop the bleeding'
Wise advise! Ha.
"Residual Kansas Sludge" LOL. So now they need more money. Not only do they have to test, get equipment and drill, they will also need strainers and something to water it down so it flows properly. Or maybe they can just ship it to the refinery in chunks.
I see your OS numbers, thanks for keeping the board up-to-date. It's no small task when the shares are increasing as rapidly as these.
We should have a wager. Let's all pick dates when they will max the AS of over 6 billion shares and how many months will it take them to get the new shares to the brokerages after the next reverse? I think it was 4 months last time. Remember?
But, wait, I see that what's happened in the past is no longer relevant (still catching up). It's all about a bright future with oil and millionaires and parties in Vegas. And I bet it will all happen during that magic, penny stock time, "next week".
Okay, I am catching up. There's been a merger and there's now a second Charlie. He has some wells and some tech and he sold it cheap to go public. But, instead of buying a shell on the open market for 350k or so, he chose to merge into WGAS, a shell carrying around 15mm in debt and toxic death spiral deals with all the big players? Hmmm. I am thinking that neither of our Charlies is Mensa. Maybe they will prove me wrong.
So, to summarize, playing the role of Tony we have the new Charlie, for at least this act. Now we will watch to see if these wells are dribblers like Tony's was and if the new Charlie will leave with the same expensive and lovely parting gifts that Tony did. Bets anyone?
I sure hope something good happens here, but as I always say, hope is not a very profitable investment strategy.
Go Charlie! Please, for the love of God, don't be fooled again. Always remember your good friend and British money man Tony. There are con men out there just waiting for you Charlie. Don't forget it. You can only reverse split this pig so many times. Think OIL for a change. It's oil, then revenue THEN big paycheck. I think you've been doing it backwards.
Wow, volume alert, 80mm shares traded today and the price is DOWN.
Nah, that's not dilution or dumping. Must be evil shorts or a bear raid or another swamp draining.
I need to catch up here - they've done some kind of deal lately?? Did they merge into one of the companies Charlie created last year?
The long-awaited 10k. Yawn. Same old, same old. No revenue, all the toxic guys still represented, Volk still around.
Sellers of 0025's are out celebrating the most recent fleecing today.

Texas women take a different approach to diamond mining. They
would just have his gps direct him past this sign several times a day!

I saw that. LOL. I haven't visited Iowa and probably never will after seeing the nature of politics there. That's one brutal woman! If that's the kind of thing that gets one elected there, I wonder if the Vikings are in charge of the state??
No Ouzo for you, only gin.
Nevah!
There you are! I don't think liquor goes bad. I was just telling someone the other day that my stash was depleted because my son restocked the frat house bar from ours. There's a bottle of ouzo and one of those very tall bottles of galliano that are probably 20 years old that were never touched!
I'll fix you a gin and soda then. It's the no carb drink of choice.
Bombay Sapphire or Bluecoat? I prefer Bluecoat. Wait, we'll need to see what Derf stocks.
I don't think Derf is home today. Did you guys pick the lock to the Grotto? I don't think we should be visiting someone who is not at home, wait, where's the liquor cabinet? What's in it? Who has the lock pick? I'll find some ice. Everyone but Paulie can start drinking now. Once we've downed a couple we'll be caught up with him and he can join us.
Please let there be something other than Boones Farm, Ripple and Faxe 40's in there!
confirmation of scams - multiple reverse splits, tons of toxic debt, no revenue ever and threats of litigation against message board posters. Yep, that pretty much confirms the scam status of WGAS.
Okay, what Fairy Tale do you want? There's Puffy the Roadkill Cat; you already have a brief synopsis of that one. Then there's my other favorite, The Burden of Guilt, a study of the effects of spending life masked like a criminal and the effect it has on a family of raccoons who meet their end on a busy roadway as the result of a mass murder/suicide. I have others if these don't seem to have a message. These were particular favorites of my sons though.
There's no indication that he was telling falsehoods so he was left laying on the wall, unless I have inadvertently let a little Hubblish sneak into my grammar. I am sure you will let me know if that's the case. Ha!
It was a reminder not to play in the street, a lesson in the actions of bacteria, and a study of the life cycle of flies, all rolled into one. I probably should have published it!
That's the philosophical answer, mine is more literal. Both have merit.
I used to make up fairy tales for my sons. Their favorite was Puffy The Road Kill Cat. It would probably be too literal for a philosopher.
yes, not only an egg, but a bird egg sitting there, alone, waiting for a mother who abandoned him.
A small bird with a very bad mother.
Think of it, an egg can't climb onto a wall so, his mother must have laid him there. And then, she just abandoned him. Or, worse yet, she pushed him off the wall after laying him. Either way, children's services should have been called. At the very least, this was an incidence of gross neglect resulting in devastating injury. But, then again, if they had called in a physician instead of all the king's horses and men................well. who knows. It just sounds like the whole situation was mishandled from the get-go. And, where was the father when all this was going on?
Until then, this seems like a pretty good place to be involved in a company that could someday be a power house, but without the risk of loosing it all, like most pinky land stocks.
Straight from the Hublish penny stock dictionary, Sigh
Okay, I'm lost. Now What??
I agree wholeheartedly, both the silent and vocal ones, I hope.
