It will be interesting to see if Petar spills his guts and implicates Steve Sulja. After all how do family members and employees of the company have trading accounts and are buying and selling according to Petar V.'s instructions, and yet Steve Sulja knows nothing about anything that is going on. And if I rememeber correctly this was going on long before he stepped down as CEO. Sounds pretty fishy to me, sir.
I believe the facts win out over what Steve Sulja says. His actions over the past few years show that he cannot be trusted. His word in no good and he may well be knee deep in this alleged fraud that was committed against the poor shareholders of his company.
Thank you for your valued service and work on this board. It is greatly appreciated.
The loss to shareholders is tragic. But the source being cited is one of the culprits. His name and his quotes are all over the press releases. He was the one who said they were buying a lumber mill. He was the one who let the fox in the chicken coop. He is the one who abandoned the shareholders of his company and ran off to create a private business. And because he cries that he was "duped" that's supposed to make things okey dokey, boy with him? There's just as much (if not more) blood on his hands because he was the CEO. Ignorance of the law is no excuse. As as far as crying about the spilled milk, well the horse is out of the barn door and in the next county, and the barn was burned to the ground. Whatever Petar V. ends up getting, well Steve Sulja should get the same. And I am sorry for eveyone's loss.
It seems like he did just that when he unearthed the statement.
So there is nothing, there never was nothing? So all ya'll are just posting about nothing? Right? Just so we're clear here. How silly.

It's Currently "A Letter Of Intent" -- we need the details to follow before we see an upward movement. IMHO
Just don't dilute again to make this purchase!!!!
Eddy,
You are following the manual to the "T"...try to blend in, stick close to the truth, but be sure to cast doubt.
Nice work.
This is a funny post since he's just as guilty as "Black Petar". As the head of the company HE'S RESPONSIBLE -- the buck stops with him. And after reviewing several several of the old PR releases, not only is his name all over them -- so are many of his glowing quotes. You're too smart to know that what you're trying to sell here will be bought. Try again!
I agree 100%
And since you DON'T own this stock -- why are you on here continually posting? How much are you PAID to be on here? And you MIGHT want to try using a dictionary (or spellcheck) when you post.
Mikey,
I'd be interested in your thoughts on this. You're the ONLY person on here that I find worthwhile reading. TIA...

There's your good news straight out of the pipeline...
How's that good news in the pipeline coming along??? Anyone?
I guess the delisting was the good news in the pipeline? Vincent Young should be freakin' ashamed of himself. He'll drag this company he wrecked along until he can no longer draw a fat salary. Was a total POS...
Good news still in the pipeline? Must ne a long pipeline...
Thanks, Mikey. Guys like you make this board well worth reading.
Nice informative post, Techno. Thanks...
I think what Vinnie needs to do is -- STEP ASIDE and let someone with a clue (like a young Mel Karamzon) take over. It's obvious Vinnie doesn't have a friggin' clue.
Well I'll keep my fingers crossed for Vinnie. We all have a vested interest in YBTVA's survival.
Holding pretty solid at the .07-.09 range. Hopefully there will be another leg upward. Does anyone know when they report? Supposedly they have implimented cost cutting measures. And supposedly there is some good news in the pipeline. And supposedly Vinnie Young woke up from a five year slumber. Ya might wanna return that call to Mario Gabelli, putz! IMHO...
He should be...
Thank you, I'm doing some slow accumulation and hoping for the best. be well...
It's possible -- but still looks like worth rolling the dice on. The company has got to be worth more than the 4 cents I got in at.
It is interesting because there's not a lot 8 cent stocks out there than have 10 TV stations with network affiliations and a float of just under two million shares. but first let's take a moment and have a huge round of applause for Vincent "Vinnie" Yound who took a $70 dollar stock and ran in straight into the ground. Regardless -- IMO it's worth rolling a few dollars into.
I originally checked my most active account. I thought I was in at under a half cent. I actuallu have 1.75 million at .0022. Much better than I thought. Nust have bought some and forgot.
Make that UVSE...sorry
Not thrilled with where UNVE is but I'm 100% in agrement with Mikey...
My sentiments exactly...
Let's hope the CD is almost completed and they have a good quarter and start buying back stock -- we will see movement then.
obviously no R/S news -- excuse my typos, sorry
There obviously is to R/S split news. Pure speculation from someone with an agenda.
Thanks, and good luck to all of us.
I'm willing to roll the dice with this one -- but thank you for all your insightful observations...
UVSE is finally off the Naked Short List

I've been following the dilution of the stock -- and not thrilled with it. But I'm fine with waiting the process out to see how it all ends. There's either going to be some real happy people, or some pretty glum ones. We shall see...
