The Government can eminent domain railway corridors and the shipping ports.
Quite curious considering China has the lock on all the Iraqi REM contracts...
Here's a blast from the past, Beebs - and may I note the following quote,
"The potential is enormous. If coal becomes not a dirty word but a clean resource, it could change geopolitics," Lawton said."
It's always been about geopolitics.

The original Shanxi Poar MOU was one of double dealing by the Chinese in an effort to steal the tech. SP "gave" SAIC land across the street from the main power plant that was toxic, below grade, and needed to be remediated. SAIC walked on the fake "deal".
A full-sized commercial device (6 chambers) will cost $30M
Thanks, Beebs!
For your convenience here's the link to forewarn the Wyoming Governor that CCTI is a scam.
I am sure he will appreciate this level of citizen sleuthing--imagine the millions you will save the Wyoming taxpayers!

Let us know his response- you may even get some sort of whistleblower recognition with a ticker tape parade....and who doesn't like a good parade???
The following article is almost 12 years old - however, the following rings true more than ever and I've been harping on for just as long:
".....The company also could rack up major sales in India, Mongolia and other Asian nations fast building coal-fired plants, said William Lawton, a trade specialist at the U.S. Commercial Service office in Fort Lauderdale who has been assisting Clean Coal and helped with meetings in China
"The potential is enormous. If coal becomes not a dirty word but a clean resource, it could change geopolitics," Lawton said."

Exactly - outside of geothermal, "Green Energy" is a fallacy. Each process has its pro&cons - the radioactive trash from solar is exponential, wind isn't consistent, nor practical in all areas, natural gas is good/delivery system to large urban areas, not so good and it's only good if the temp doesn't drop too low, etc etc....
Going forward energy use is about using these sources more responsibly. And coal isn't going anywhere, any time soon--certainly not in developing nations - and not even in the US - unless of course, we get energy policies in the future that kill the industry/economy.
You can not separate politics from investing--ever. Whether it's energy, transportation, or another industry. Follow the lobbyists.
For example: Did you know the Green New Deal was never about climate, but, rather, to seize the economy?
OhMyGosh - Did you miss the lawsuit??? Do you have any idea of how this company and technology have been interfered with by TPTB since day one????
I have been screaming about geopolitical interference for how many years, now?
My g~d, that we are even still standing after all of the shenanigans and overt interference is a miracle in and of itself...
Don't think for a minute there wasn't covert double dealings with Benham/Paul - it just hasn't come to light. Think Google, think Apple and their China connections.
Regardless, all of it is moot, as the technology has been improved upon...
Sallying forth -
Now lets broaden the scope and put on our geopolitical hat...
The idea that coal is going away is poppycock; while we should strive for better, cleaner, and more efficient energy sources, it is folly to state that strictly implementing solar or wind or straight natural gas is the solution. Each comes with it's own set of problems.
CCTI is advocating for responsible use of coal, and our technology provides it.
The fact that solar panels create 300x more waste than nuclear reactors for the same amount of energy, is very alarming - and I'm not advocating for more nuclear reactors, by any means.
http://environmentalprogress.org/big-news/2017/6/21/are-we-headed-for-a-solar-waste-crisis
Wind energy is not without its problems - I had no idea the amount of radioactive waste that went into producing a wind turbine:
"Estimates of the exact amount of rare earth minerals in wind turbines vary, but in any case the numbers are staggering. ...To quantify this in terms of environmental damages, consider that mining one ton of rare earth minerals produces about one ton of radioactive waste, according to the Institute for the Analysis of Global Security."
https://www.instituteforenergyresearch.org/renewable/wind/big-winds-dirty-little-secret-rare-earth-minerals/
And natural gas has its own issues when it comes to delivery in subzero temperatures.
So, realistically, coal usage, with the implementation of the CCTI technology, is truly more viable & consistent, than any other energy source on the planet. Mining issues aside, overall, a CCTI treated coal stock provides better bang for the buck, and secondary source of petroleum byproducts (coal to liquids), and the REM extraction, which will leave the US completely energy independent.
IMO, all things considered, Pristine Coal is the best way to go.

Solar not remotely practical and the toxic waste that leeches from the panels is this "clean" energy's dirty secret -

In actuality - we are only 3 years into this game:
2007 we started
2008-2016 coal energy was torpedoed
Jan 20, 2017 we're back on track
We've made a lot of improvements along the way, but don't ever think geopolitics didn't play a role in stifling this technology.
I'll leave you with this:
“If somebody wants to build a coal-fired power plant, they can. It’s just that it will bankrupt them,” Obama said, responding to a question about his cap-and-trade plan. He later added, “Under my plan … electricity rates would necessarily skyrocket.”
https://www.politico.com/story/2012/04/uttered-in-2008-still-haunting-obama-in-2012-074892
I experienced this first hand when the 2 Midwest Generation plants in the Chicago area were shut down - our rates went up by 30%.
The CCTI technology offered a real solution.
Also, I refer you to the WhiteEnergy and FutureGens of the world that went bankrupt.
Clean Coal Technologies, Inc. advocates the responsible and smart use of coal energy. .......And we're still here!

Oh puh-leeeeeez; Robin manipulating the pps???? - Quite certain he has better things to do.
We are now at a point, publicly and geo-politically, that this company's technology is a matter of national security. Period.
Regardless of it's history and the many tough starts we've had due to uncomplimentary energy policies, previous rogue/state actors, or anything else one wants to throw in the mix, #EnergySecurityIsNationalSecurity.
We are on the precipice of history.
The GE interest was back around 2008/2009, from recollection - I was sitting in on the conference call when they proposed $6/ps (I think it was sitting at around $15) - I told Larry Hunt to walk, as GE's interest was to lowball the pps and shelve the tech for posterity, like Tesla's tech.
Exactly - How long have I been pounding the drum regarding #GeoPolitics ???
Since I was introduced to CCTI in 1995 (then SAMI>Riverside Technologies).
When we went to war w/Iraq and the contracts to extract the REMs were given to China (which controls close to 97% of the REE market), I knew then, this would be an issue.

I wasn't aware the Oracle at Delphi was up and runnning...
Hear, here! Amen!
Hey flip3-No worries - Thanks again for update.
From my perspective, geopolitically we have a short window; should DC switch from red to blue, IMO, there will be a war on coal, again. Now bear in mind, 25+ years ago, Larry Hunt said that this technology was never intended for the U.S. market - which I've always found strange. But I believe time is of the essence-now more than ever- to capitalize on this political climate and get this technology to successful commercialization.
flip3 - I'm sorry to have missed you at the shareholder's mtg; I'm on the road for work and had every intention of attending....
I appreciate your re-calibration; things aren't always as they appear, are they? However, your assessment is correct.
What was your biggest takeaway, if you care to share....
PS - Check your DMs in near future. Would love to chat with you offline.

Our process is run by software from a SCIF. If the system becomes hacked, it shuts down automatically.
At the very beginning, it was curious that SAIC/Leidos-a surveillance/counter-intelligence operation- would be interested in this process - until they put in the electronic systems.
The appointment of Mr. Liscouski is not by coincidence.
https://www.whitehouse.gov/presidential-actions/executive-order-coordinating-national-resilience-electromagnetic-pulses/
When you connect the dots, the picture becomes so much clearer, doesn't it?
You would be correct.
Firstly: Hunt's original Shanxi Poar deal was 86d by SAIC and certain federal agencies, when it became clear it was a one-sided deal with CCTI footing the bill for site remediation - same with Sino Mongolian Railroad - the Chinese were all about pilfering the tech. Maybe this will change in the future with the new bi-lateral deals taking place and if China will be respectful of intellectual property rights. We'll have to see.
After 2008, a new geopolitical game ensued which promoted inefficient alternative "green" energies, like Solyndra, which made off with $500M of taxpayer money - we didn't have the policies in place to support us - very one-sided during those years.
The pendulum has, now, swung the other way in our favor.
What makes you think there is no urgency to push for commercialization - do you have any idea what it takes to retrofit a redesign?
Drop a dime, and give Horner a call - or Kiewit; hear from them firsthand that there's no urgency to push for commercialization. They'll be more than happy to tell you how the researchers are eating bon-bons, while watching re-runs of Montel.

You will not regret your investment.
Who are these "dishonest insiders", to whom you keep referencing?
And what are they posting on this board that would lead you to believe their statements/opinions are dishonest?
Provide proof that the October interview was a paid (pump, in one's opinion) promotional piece. I have not seen any evidence to support such an allegation, other than the regurgitation that it was. #NoProof. And feelings don't count.
So - This info has been posted ad nauseam; what is the point - other than pointing out what shixbirds prior management have been???
And for the record, I led the charge with filing SEC complaints back in the day on a state and federal level to reign in Hunt, Douglas, & cronie-bystanders, through to Hague.
This does not take away from the fact that there is NO technology out there that can touch what CCTI can do - and I have great confidence in the newest process of REE. I have been unwavering in my support of this technology, and will remain its biggest cheerleader.
It's not out of the realm of possibility; and the process is so much more than it was-especially with the potential of REE.
As the longest standing shareholder, I look forward to meeting you, and your friend, Mr. Sandoval, the largest shareholder!
It's been a privilege to be part of the evolution of the CCTI process - it truly has the ability to change geopolitics as we know it.
I am attending. Can I get a roll-call for any others attending?
MyPearl, X22, BBB, SecretAgent - y'all in?
BBB & I are the longest investors, currently, dsaul. We have always believed in the technology and have ridden out the storm of rogue prior actors, legacy issues, and geopolitics that have inhibited forward progress.
However, I believe in Divine Timing: what this technology is compared to what it was when I was introduced to it in 1995, is nothing short of remarkable!
And yes, Aiden is invaluable - looking forward to sharing a pint of Guinness at Ashford Castle, the original Guinness compound, when things take off! Hope to see you there!
Many thanks for the info--Now dig this:

The bottom line is this: mgmt is not going to jump through any hoops until they are good and ready - to release all the progress that has been quietly happening in the background. Robin has stated specifically, he isn't motivated by daily pps--he is looking at a much broader picture. You can disagree with this strategy until you are blue in the face and bitch on this board, or make the smalls plays when they come available-there's enough data here to know when to buy & sell to make a profit, every now & then.
Lastly, if you think they've just been sitting on their laurels, including the University, which has measured goals per grant guidelines, I have a bridge to sell you.
No, indeed--the information will come in such a deluge and it will be rock solid. Additionally, this will be the only way to get around historic manipulation.
OR HOW ABOUT THIS ONE IN RELATION TO THE DOE/DOD COMMENT:

Those pesky geopolitical games....always interfering with forward progress in regard to clean coal technology (ies)
I MUST BE A SAVANT....
Now pull the lens out and focus on the REE; what can you manifest through this process? What are the implications of doing this process, in this specific geographic location?
