Thank you for a very informative post.
I don't post here , or anywhere else, much any more. I did notice what has seemed to be a pattern with postings, today, however, and felt I wanted to ask about it. I looked at this after working in the yard, and noticed that it went up a bit about 10:00. I then looked at the postings, and saw that most were quite negative, starting less than an hour after it went up. Some even commented that they have been repeating negatives for our info for over a year. I noticed that one of these said he was still holding, and would sell if FDMF didn't come out with good news within a certain time. I just wonder why people don't sell when it is up a bit, instead of saying things to bring it down a bit, if they plan to sell soon, anyway. If I had some FDMF to sell, I would try to sell it while it was up instead of waiting until no news brings it down. I also noticed that there is more posting going on today, than any day, recently, except the 14th. I guess I am confused about what has and is happening.
Don't worry about hurting my feelings-you didn't. You know nothing about me, or you would not have posted that I obviously had not been here for a year. I first started buying this on 08/07/08. I am a very patient person. I have not wavered on my commitment here, and will not. I continue to wait.
I don't believe the company needs people to start paying more for this stock. Share holders are exchanging it at various prices, some earning and some losing money.
The company will only release info, if it is ready to be released. It doesn't matter how angry a few here get. Truth cannot be rushed. When we get there, the shareholders that held their shares, or bought more from disgruntled owners, will be rewarded. Those that get angry and move on, or stay and complain without their shares will not be rewarded. Patience is a virtue.
I wanted to improve my position here, too. I sold many of my shares and wanted to buy back at a lower price the next day, as it was going down daily. After I sold one day, ST stopped all trades, so I now have less than half the position I had the day before. I still have enough to keep my interest here, and hope for the best for Jared and the company(and of course, all of us).
I don't believe that things can be rushed when working with other countries. It isn't an individual we want to buy the products, but groups that will impact a larger population, and they are bound to be very careful, and do extensive testing, before they are ready to commit to using the product. But WHEN they do, ahh, I can only imagine!
The cups were ceramic mugs-nothing special. The glasses were quite nice, but we used them for every day. We bought them at Meijers, so they weren't expensive crystal. The bottom just fell off, once when I was drinking milk at the dinner table, and a couple in the dishwasher. Mug handles fell off in the dishwasher, too.
I think I called EESO in the summer about the auto dish soap, can't remember for sure.
I was a distributer until the problems for EESO. I tried the auto dish, and got terrible spots. I complained, and they sent me the new, improved auto dish. It took off anything, and left no spots. I started having dishes break in the washer, and at times, when I was using them. It was things like handles coming off cups and bottoms that were fused to a glass falling off. I called them, and they assured me that it had nothing to do with their product. When things kept coming apart, I quit using it. Nothing has fallen apart like that since.
I called EESO first, to see if they could shed some light on my problem, and they told me that they had nothing to do with the dishwasher product.
I wonder if wow had other complaints, and are doing more research to be sure they have a great product.
I did. They said they were not doing anything with EESO now. They said we might find another one that would, but not ST.
They are no longer trading it, buys or sells.
Same here!!
Thanks to all of you that helped clear up my confusiion about buys and sells. Now it makes sense to me!
But how can there be more sold than bought? If I buy one loaf of bread, the store has sold one. Why does it have more of one than the other with stock?
You said something about buys and sells. I don't understand this at all. If someone buys, doesn't someone else have to sell? I don't know much about stocks, and have been curious about this for quite a while. I know there is an explaination, but I can't figure this one out without help!
Why does it look like dilution today, and not last week with 2 days at over 300000000? Just wondering.
Thanks to you, too.
I noticed that there was not a luncheon at the convention today.
There is one meeting and then dinner. I think it is only about noon there now. This is the first day of the convention. If there isn't a lunch, I'm thinking it starts up later in the day. Anybody know if this is correct?
IMIOLA, thank you for the trading advice and lesson 101!! Happy trading to you, too!. BTW, we took our investment plus about 1000% back in February, and are now working with free shares. I sure hope I don't spoil a chance to recieve another blessing from God by getting too greedy, or too afraid. I will pray for wisdom. JJ
Your experience with EESO sounds a lot like mine!! This is the first stock I ever bought, and now, I can't stay away from watching them and trying to repeat history!!
How many years have you been following EESO?
I am a WG distributer. I never contacted them about it to tell them why, but went inactive while EESO is down. I figure if it gets straightened out again, I will continue with my autoship.
BTW, the dishwasher soap has been worked on, and now is one of my favorite products. I wouldn't use it before, because of spots on my dishes. I think it works better now than any we got from the store before the days of WG.
To bring down the price and people's confidence.
Someone was talking about a class action suit against EESO a while back. It looks to me like they are looking at the wrong one(s) that brought the price down. It looks like WOW, Stern, White and mallad would be the ones that robbed us of our share value. It started to slide soon after WOW launched.
I got the first pens when I visited Fort Wayne to check out the facilities I had invested in. When WOWGREEN started, I joined, so have gotten several from them, many of which I have given away to friends, or people interested in the product. I can't PM, but may be able to let you try one, if there is some way to send it. Are you on IN, under another name? I can PM there. Let me know.
I have one of the 'ECO Natural Stain Eraser' pens. I used it up, and the next one I got said 'WIPEOUT'. I got both of them from EESI. I also have some 'WOWGREEN' stain pens. I am not sure why I kept a container from each. I guess I just enjoyed watching the progression of the company I am invested in unfold. All three pens work or worked equally well. (I have used the older ones up.) They are a great product!!
Thanks for posting the info on MSI.
I was just wondering when the original 12 longs first invested. I bought in Feb of 08. Does that make me one, or did I miss the original long train?
My post was deleted. This is my first stock I ever bought. I sold about half long before the buyought was brought up. I was unsure as to how the market worked, so when I saw it coming down in Feb., from 5 cents to 2 cents in just a matter of hours, I decided I had better protect my initial investment, and sold some. I was out of town when it was high, taking my 91 year old father to a doctor appointment, so was not able to cash in at it's best. I did come out well enough to keep my investment, plus quite a bit, and have boought back 6 of every 7 shares I sold at that time.
This was my first ever stock. Since I bought this, I have tried several others, but lost $$ on each one, wheather it was on the big boards or in pinky land. I am afraid to venture out any more, but won't hurt anything here, so will hold until I need some cash. I do have one other stock that I am holding, as well, but have not gained or lost on that one.
I am enjoying my new 'hobby' in my retirement. I don't wish you or any others any evil, but, instead, hope these start-up companies get off to a good start and make all of us some honest money.
Do you have "Show I Box" showing at the top of this page? If it says"Hide I Box" you will not be able to see any of the pictures or articles about EESO. It makes it much easier to read posts, though. Hope this helps.
It kinda feels like January today!!!
The odor is removed from the lagoon. Jared never stated that it worked on the hogs, just the lagoon. We used to keep pigs-just a few. My husband was awsome at cleaning the quarters, never missing a week, but the pigs still were stinky. We also had the smell outside of the pen, as the wastes were untreated. That is where the enzyme treatment could have helped-on the manure that was outside. The lagoon in the video appeared to be quite liquid and not sludgy looking. I am very impressed with that!
Too late. I made money already.
There is a Saranac address on the web site. We drove past it, and it is a rural residential road. His house is back quite a ways from getting a good view, but the drive is too narrow for any big trucks, so we know there is not much going on there. He had signs stating it was private property, discouraging people from investigating (doing DD) any closer than from the road. It did look like a fairly new house, on quite a bit of property.
Where does it say that? I can't find it.
FORT WAYNE, IN -- (Marketwire) -- 07/02/09 -- Enzyme Environmental Solutions, Inc.
(PINKSHEETS: EESO) CEO, Jared Hochstedler, and President, Mark Murphy, met recently to prepare a statement to shareholders regarding final decisions on the pending buyout offer, Belmont lawsuit and a rumored discrepancy between EESO and its exclusive retail partner, Wow Green International, LLC. Mark Murphy believes, "These issues have become unnecessarily distracting to our company's momentum. Jared and I feel that clarification on these matters will allow shareholders to focus on our progress in sales and customer acquisition both domestically and internationally."
Hochstedler informs that, "All existing buyout offers have been turned down. We feel that the original offer and counter-offer from the Lees were attractive, but only a sign of bigger things to come. This company has made tremendous strides in the last few months in terms of attracting new customer interest on the industrial and food-service commercial arenas. The groundwork laid by Mark Murphy and our National Sales Director, Jeffrey Smith, has EESO poised as one of the most progressive publicly traded micro-cap Green companies in existence. Our ferment-based formulas are second to none. Many have tried to duplicate or modify and none have come close to the cost-efficiency and effectiveness of our nature-based products; nor do they have the research teams in place to ensure a multitude of applications in a world where governments are going Green.
Even niche industries are becoming multi-faceted with a need for a variety of solutions that EESO will provide."
Hochstedler is confident the company is well poised among its competitors.
"Last year was an impressive year overall, but I can't say we haven't been vulnerable in certain areas. What I can say is that we recognize this and have taken appropriate measures. We will continue to progress consistently as we did before any talk of buyouts, which I feel, may have caused a distraction from our focus on the company, its products, its employees and its growth from within as a star player in the biotech revolution. Our formulas and their applications are protected by comprehensive confidentiality and non-compete agreements with everyone that has worked with or for the company. We will protect and nourish our golden goose with the respect she deserves and anything that threatens that process will be given due attention."
Some of the disruption in investor confidence was caused by a lawsuit, made public by an in-house press release from plaintiff, Belmont Partners. "We have paid for our publicly traded entity in full as agreed, contrary to claims made by Belmont," states Hochstedler. "Our attorneys believe the lawsuit to be unfounded and we are submitting documentation to courts in Virginia asking the judge to dismiss the case. We are confident this will be a non-issue."
"Lastly, there have been rumors regarding Wow Green International and the status of our relationship. Unfortunately, Wow Green has been remiss in fulfilling obligations in regards to outstanding receivables for product that was ordered by Wow Green, manufactured and shipped by Enzyme Environmental and, to the best of our knowledge, sold for profit by Wow Green. We believe this matter will be resolved amicably and I feel that EESO and its shareholders will be in profitable good-standing as we have taken what we believe to be appropriate action in this matter," states Hochstedler.

(NOTE) This Video is in .mov format for now. It will be fully converted when I return to the office on the 15th of july if not before.
Are you talking about the video??? It isn't due until tomorrow. What is a day late?
Do you know? Is it somewhere in Michigan, or at one of the other addresses listed on the website?
Me too! Just keep watching to see if they can get it down there again.
You are way off! $250,000.00 a few months ago. As far as I know, hasn't changed.
Did you go to their facility, and get to see where they do their production? Where is that?
Maybe if you asked, they would give you samples, so you would know for sure how they work.
