You keep saying that DDMG is going to be associated with a Chinese company, but that isn't correct. Digital Domain Visual FX studio was purchased in part by a Chinese company. Digital Domain Media Group no long owns the VFX portion, they no longer have anything to with it or the parties that purchased it.

The remainder of the BK is to figure out how much DDMGs remaining assets are worth. That is the news which will give this thing at least one more spike.

Next week will definitely be interesting. Selling has obviously slowed waaay down, and any halfway good news next week and this thing will pop like crazy. Hope you all are locked and loaded at these prices.

I saw those too, but it has nothing to do with being associated with China. These lawsuits are because Digital Domain drove their company into the ground and filed for BK 10 months after their IPO.

These lawsuits shouldn't have any affect on the stock price, they aren't suing DDMG, they are suing Textor and the board of directors for committing fraud, there is a distinction in these cases.

Right, it sounds like they hitched their wagon to "The Legend of Tembo" and they ran out of money before they could finish it.

And this is where a large chunk of the value here is, IMO. The production rights to this movie, as well as a number of 2D to 3D conversion patents among other things. The VFX studio may have been making money at the moment, barely break even money, but if DDMG could have held on and finished production on this film, that would have been their cash cow.

What we have to wait on now is to see how much they can get out of the rest of their assets, that should give us the bounce we need to get out of here with some profit.

We'll see soon enough if BK was priced in or not. They filed for CH 11, and trading is halted this morning. So whether or not it was priced in before, it will be now.

Thank you for the info. I am glad they did file an 8K, I just didn't want to see the PPS crash if come Monday they still hadn't, because technically they didn't HAVE to. But, they did, so all is well!!!

Don't get too hung up on the 8k, there is a very good chance we don't get one as this would be considered normal business operations. It would still be reflected in a 10q, but they would not be required to put out an 8k.

You have two options, either you continue to hold, or you sell. You shouldn't let anybody else tell you what to do, it's your money afterall.

Since the company failed to file an amendment to their previously filed Form 15 within three business days, June 20, of the "Petition Date", June 15, this agreement should be terminated, correct? So what happens now?

At the very least they should be filing a Form 15A today to come out of the dark, and they should also begin to file all the paperwork to be fully reporting as required by the SEC, as outline in their reorg plan.

You are incorrect, there is a Google connection. The largest note holder is in fact Google, they are owed just over 5M. So when all is said and done, if Atrinsic continues operation, Google will be the largest stakeholder in the commpany.

Everything else you said is more or less correct though.

So you sold 99.99% of your shares well before today, so all the positive posts you've made recently have just been to help keep the price up while you dumped on everybody here. You telling people to slap the ask, and give it some volume and it'll move was really just you dumping your shares on all of us suckers here?

Excuse me if I don't believe a word of the junk you posted, after clearly displaying that you are only looking out for yourself.

Like you said, it's your money and you are free to do with it as you please, but let's not pretend that everybody has a "not to be named" inside source. Without actual verifiable proof, everything everybody posts here is hot-air with the sole purpose being entertainment.

I'd say that the drop from dollars to sub-penny is a pretty good indication that they were having some problems.

Hiring him as the CRO is a pretty good indication that they are serious about turning things around though. How long that takes and what that all entails is the question.
