Maybe it's short sellers based in Panama
Blah blah blah. You’ve said all that 50 times already. I’d rather talk about your link to the Panama based website. I mean, really, where’d you find that website? For everyone’s benefit, here’s the iHub message, but don’t click on the link within:

Even google can’t find anything on “Piedmont Register.” Try it. Google piedmont register - nothing.
200 day moving avg is 0.0652. Maybe you should use more reliable sources than a website from the country of Panama:

Yeah, I hope that Q is a good one. Gotta hit the hay. Until tomorrow.
In some sense there's no "should have" or "shouldn't have" with stocks. You can't want the stock to do anything - it trades how it trades. Today was a low volume day. Avg vol is around 5.3 million and today it traded 1.5 million. Down 0.0011 for the day on low volume means it's a wash. A tight range with trades at the bid and ask all day could mean that traders were buying during inactivity and losing money on the spread (with MMs making a little cheese on the round trip). It's resting after the 80% gain Friday. Some call it a flag, some call it consolidation. Either way, if it breaks out above the consolidation it could prove itself to be a classic continuation pattern. We've got the 200 day avg at 0.0652, the 15 day avg at 0.0567, and a support level at...let's just call it 5 cents even. That's the technical angle. I think the reason for the pause is that people are waiting for the 10Q, which in my opinion we will see by Monday evening. Leading up to that, if the mood leans optimistic it may start to trade up toward the resistance points. If the mood leans pessimistic it may start to trade down toward the support points. It may very well finish the week just where it is if the consensus is to wait and see (witness the declining message frequency on this board). What I'm saying is, it might go up, it might go down, or it might stay where it is
Yep, closed above 200 day moving average (closed at 0.0699 vs avg of 0.0652)
Ha! VNDM knows his chart points. Bidding at 0.038 just below the recent low of 0.04 and offering at 0.10 just above the resistance at 0.085-0.095
Has nothing to do with Apple being a NASDAQ listed stock vs OMVS on otc. They are both public companies and they both file 8ks - that's the similarity. Look again at those Apple 8k filings I linked. They are both a day late. As you said in an earlier discussion we had about OMVS, late is late. Doesn't matter how many days. You should apply your standard consistently whether it is the largest company in the world or OMVS. My point is, it seems that in reality you can find examples of some degree of lateness even in large companies. When you drive on the highway, is everyone observing the speed limit? Not even up for debate, the answer is no. I don't pretend to know what the SEC's tolerance for late filings is, but it seems to happen all the time. And with respect to the quarterlies and annual reports, I know they can file for a small extension of the due date - we discussed this at length previously. Furthermore, I have seen information that suggests companies can consult with securities lawyers to get an opinion on the materiality of an event. I don't claim to be an expert on the subject, and I don't know what the credentials are of anyone here either. I would think that OMVS is consulting with attorneys on this. As an investor, I certainly hope so. It's a good question for IR. Good night.
Cool as a cucumber, my friend! Yeah, my whole point is that you have your opinion of what transparency should look like for OMVS. My point is Apple is businessing the crap out of the business world and they have the same amount of 8ks since August 31 as OMVS does. Don't you think Apple has things going on that the shareholders want to know about? Why aren't they updating shareholders more frequently with all that's going on at Apple? Something doesn't smell right at Apple. Rotten to the core?
I don't know. I'm not an expert on securities law. Retaining a new accountant who will perform work for the third quarter (which hasn't ended yet) and file the 10Q by January 15 or 22 -- how is that considered a material event if they haven't even started preparing a quarterly report for a quarter that hasn't finished yet?
This 8k for Apple was not filed within 4 days:
https://www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/320193/000119312517282809/d434478d8k.htm
Neither was this one:
https://www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/320193/000119312517208226/d413980d8k.htm
Yep, rotten to the core.
As far as timing of the PR...maybe not coincidence, but maybe it is. You're speculating on motive. What about timing of every other PR the company ever put out? Did it coincide with notes? Please provide links/pics to support your argument. Thanks!
Gotta get back to watching Netflix. See ya later.
I know what you're saying. No guarantees when it comes to stocks. Plan your trade, trade you're plan. Good luck!
Between August 31 and October 17 both OMVS and AAPL (the largest company in the world by market cap) filed the same amount of 8Ks - just two. Don't you think a lot is going on at Apple? Where is their transparency, dammit! I mean, honestly, how do you explain that?
Yeah, new accountants who will presumably do the work to file their third quarter (ending Nov 30) 10Q report which is due Jan 15 (or Jan 22 if they file the NT 10Q as usual).
Not talking about the debt coming due? What company does that? You said it yourself - it's in the filings. I laugh when people say, "it's HIDDEN in the filings." The PUBLIC filings. LOL. "Hidden" in public filings. That's an oxymoron.
Your opinion is just that - an opinion.
Strong avoid - is that investment advice?
There's what we wish the future holds, then time passes, and we see what has actually happened. I know what my wish is for this stock, and I have a good guess about others' wishes. We'll see what happens as time actually passes, won't we?
To quote KelliBlue, "provide a link or it didn't happen"
Who cares? You offer opinions, ask for opinions. The only thing anyone will find here from any poster is opinions. In the immortal words of Pink Floyd, "Shine on, you crazy diamond!"
He's not happy unless he's miserable.
I still remember a guy I knew from 15 years ago who swore up and down that the Netflix business of mail-order dvds was a terrible idea. That puts the stock at around $2 back then, compared to $200 today. I guess that was just one man's opinion. Malc, are you really being objective about this? Or are you starting from the fact that it is a penny stock, and hold a bias that ALL penny stocks are bad?
Nice bounce off the 15 day moving average at 0.056 and don't forget the technical support at 0.05. So far it was in fact a fakey breaky of the 0.05 level when it dipped into the 0.04's. We've made a lower low that was followed by a higher high. Time doesn't stop - we'll see what the future holds. Next thing I'd love to see is a higher low established, followed by another higher high. I'd love to see us hold 0.065. The next level to attack on the upside would be 0.085 to 0.095, but I suspect if we want to punch through it we may have to bump into it more than once. Next level after 0.085/0.095 looks like 0.135. We'll see how she goes!
Actually, some here claimed that OMVS/RAD didn't have a relationship with Allied by providing a link to an Allied-Knightscope article. This may have reset the expectation for readers here that there was no Allied-OMVS/RAD relationship.
Ha! You the man!
So there’s a lag on the iHub news feed? That’s pretty funny! Those without skin in the game (a brokerage account and an actual long position in the stock) got the news late! Although there were a couple of people here that posted the news on the board when it hit, so board readers would have seen it if closely monitoring.
Yeah, TD has the news time-stamped at 2:29pm.
Sam! How ya doing?!
Great call, chartmaster! I love that term, “Fools Sell Zone!”
More than held on. I accumulated recently from the 9’s all the way down to the 4’s. This news adds to the legitimacy of this company and greatly weakens the argument some make that it is a scam - an argument they could exploit merely because the company has to work on a real-world timeline instead of theirs. Good luck to all longs!
Good eye, Pennies!
I see my point flew right over your head.
Excellent, let's talk about AMZN as it relates to OMVS. A stock, ANY STOCK, is valued based on what someone is willing to pay for it. It is purely psychological no matter what stock you are talking about. AMZN has a PE of 256. Is that justified? Why? How about its book value of $48 per share? It is trading at $1000 per share right now. For those that don't know what book value is, it is the money you would get if you were to sell off all the company assets right now, pay all the debts owed, and whatever is left is book value. A very good indicator of the true worth of a company. But why is AMZN trading at almost 21 times its book value? Why is OMVS trading where it is? Again, the answer is: any stock is only worth what someone is willing to pay for it. Discuss...
BTW, I'm long AMZN since the mid 500's
Absolutely. I agree 100%
IMO
20% of the robot cost, or 20% of the contract value? They are 2 different things entirely. The customer is leasing both the robot and the services that go with it. Furthermore, it's worth mentioning that placing a robot creates a revenue stream.
Yeah, Parsons is getting rich off that $24,000 per year salary. Or are you saying he is converting his preferred stock and selling it? We'll be able to confirm that in the filings, I would think.
There's news this morning? I don't see it. Do you have a link?
Yes, I was thinking it could be a fakey breaky of the .05 level since we closed above it at the end of the day. Hopefully we get a repeat of the mid June/early July action. No doubt that now is the time to place your bets on red or black. I wrote this once before. It's one of those price levels where you either trade it or fade it - you sell if you think it's a breakdown, or you buy if you think it's support. Either way, place your bets!
that being said, why is the company denying that conversions aren't happening and that the OS isn't being affected...
Yeah, sure, whatever. You’re free to have your own opinions.
Yep, we’ll find out soon enough. The bar has been set super low here with estimates anywhere from 200 million shares outstanding up to 100 trillion (I’m assuming that number based on someone who wrote “unimaginable dilution“), so anything less than 200 million would be better than expected.
With revs at $2029 as of June 30, the bar is low there, too, so it seems it would be easy to beat. We’ll see how much more they pulled in for July and August, and maybe we’ll see some other developments mentioned in “Subsequent Events” if I recall correctly (not sure if that’s only found in a 10K).
We’ll know more when the next filing is available, otherwise we’re all just guessing.
As a rental operation the gross margins can be in the mid 60% range, especially in an emerging tech like this where there are not many others offering robot security and not many robots placed out in the field yet. Some will mention competition as a negative, but with an as yet untapped market as long as companies want to use this kind of tech there will be enough of a market to support multiple players.
Yes, hopefully they got at least a nominal fee for the POC evaluation units. I did see $20,000 in customer deposits listed in the 8k which I would speculate is for those 2 units. Bux also mentioned that OMVS shares IP rights with Romeo and we may see income from that, so we'll see soon enough in the 10Q.
Yep, RAD had $2029 in revenue as of June 30 according to the 8K. Next filing should be as of August 31, which is OMVS's fiscal schedule. They are called quarterlies, so we get new information about revenues every quarter. You'll just have to wait to find out the new number.
