.13, me no likey.
Me too penny. I bought in at .22 four days ago. I'm staring at some relatively hefty losses. I have no doubt that this stock will rebound, but the waiting game blows, big time.
Alright, lets have a big power hour rally! This is probably your last chance to buy this stock for .13.
Look at it like this pennyplayer. If you buy a share at .05 and that share goes .10, that's a hundred percent gain. If it goes to .20, that's a two hundred percent gain, and so on... Now if your stock can can a thousand percent, well it can lose it too. But in market terms, you may be correct, i dunno.
On a different note, I don't like the bleeding of this stock. Makes it less likey to spike back up to .70 when the pr is released.
If you add up the percentage gains each day and then subtract those gains as the pps drops, you get several thousand percent.
Well damage, freddie and fannie lost a lot of value, but percentage-wise, they didn't come anywhere close to the magnitude of ncey's freefall. We're talking several thousand percent drop in price. I agree with bme though. This stock is traded by a lot of hacks that are just in for a quick buck. That explains some of the drop.
From my understanding, ncey's value lies in its potential, not in its cash holdings. Why deplete your cash supply when you can get financing? That said, it is a bit discouraging that this stock showed no strength when bad news was announced.
.10? I'm not paying you .10. I'll give you .015 though. This stock has doubled and the news wasn't all that significant. I can imagine what it will do when we hear about 1000 barrels a day.
Newb here. Nice gains on this stock. I'm thinking about jumping in. How are the financials of this companys? Lots of debt, etc.? Thanks.
tired of this .13 ask .125 bid. Come on people, buy, this is oil!
We all scream for financing! lol
I've got to agree with Damage on this one. The new financier may have simply refused to work with ncey's current accountant, so the company replaced him.
The dismissal of the previous accountant went into effect on the July 22. Since then i'm sure the new accountant's primary focus has been on ironing out the details of some new financing. I would expect a pr in the new couple of days, imo.
I called twice today as well. Both times I got the run around. If nothing else I want to keep a little pressure on them. Sherri, I don't mind being patient, but I'm not one to sit idly by as my stock value evaporates. If this was only a matter of modest fluctuations in share price I wouldn't pester anyone, but a freefall like this needs to be taken seriously by management. They at least need to issue an "all's well, we're working it out" announcement. jmho.
I'm surprised some of you longs haven't attempted to contact corporate to find out whats happening. Isn't that what investor relations is for?
Hopefully we'll get some news tonight or tomorrow morning. Laurus and ncey must be struggling to find mutually agreeable terms. Laurus certainly has the leverage. And now ncey is in default.
Believe me, if I could buy more at these prices I would.
Why did I buy in at .22! Argh!
Well, it has to have something to bounce on. Right now, according to available pr, this company is do or die. Doesn't exactly inspire a bullish approach.
Well, when a company keeps their investors in the dark, this is what happens to share price. No pr means no investor confidence.
When I log on tomorrow I better see some news of a fresh re-fi. And I better see my shares back up to .65.
I hope you're right sherri.
If investors and insiders were aware of what was going on re. debt, why did the stock freefall a thousand percent when the last pr was released?
I'm not just talking about the debt. Every company has debt. It was the last pr I'm referring to. Basically stating that Laurus wants to be paid and if they collect ncey could go under. Since then, they've kept us totally in the dark. Maybe we'll sink or maybe not.
The company blasts us out of the blue with this debt collection crap, the pps tanks hard and now we're just left to sit here not knowing whats going on. Not very considerate or professional if you ask me. I want some answers just as they want my investment.
I third the motion! Ok TF, looks like the ball is in your court. Report back to us in 20 minutes with some news.
Alright, who's gonna make a phone call to corporate? Not it!
What about tomorrow?
Its good to see the pps hold at about .20. Shows a little strength. But it would be nice to see some indication of forthcoming news.
Did some googling and found that laurus owns almost 3.7 mm shares of ncey's common stock. That makes me feel a whole lot better!
That's good to hear fedex. Admittedly, i haven't been watching this company all that long so I'm just going off of some rumors I've heard hear and there.
Wisard, when do you think we'll hear some news?
Well, i've heard the folks from Laurus are real ball-busters. I dunno. I hope you're right.
I see this company's share price hitting the 10-20 dollar range in the next year, easily. That is IF we can get some financing now without having to file chapter 11.
Well, along with my OXBO holdings, I don't have anymore funds to purchase more ncey. If I did, I would. I have a feeling that this stock will be a jackpot. Seeing how fast is climbed from .04 to .65, that is a very good sign!
It's been almost a half hour and no trades. When is this bucking bronco gonna take off?
Low volume too. Guess the insiders are playing the waiting game just like we are.
Haven't seen any spike or sink in share price so obviously the deal isn't done. I thought the passing of the July 18 deadline would yeild something. Guess it's just the waiting game to see which way the insiders go; bear or bull. Would be nice to have some news today.
I was expecting some refinancing news this morning. Guess they're still hashing out the details.
If I had to guess I'd say that approval will come closer to around November or December.
Something to consider regarding when the FDA announcement may come. If the announcement was soon to come, then Stern and Co. wouldn't have given us the update of recent events, they would've just let us wait for the approval pr.
Obviously Stern knows that it's going to be awhile before the rest of the data is collected and then submitted, then even more wait for the FDA to review the data, meanwhile the FDA has their hands full with the salmonella outbreak.
