Way to go MrB !!!!
Thats great to hear my friend. You have some GREAT kids and are lucky to have T. We really enjoyed you all coming out to see us at Serata......Its kinda funny how D and I became such good friends, its kinda like I've known him all my life, we vacationed together again in Lake Tahoe this past Feb. Myself, my wife, 2 other couples and $D, his better half couldnt join us which sucked but we all had a blast skiing at Heavenly resort....$D and I stay in touch as much as we can via text or phone.....My wife and I plan on visiting him and his woman this summer or fall in Ohio, he is a true brother.....he's at the indy 500 this weekend, the crazy man drove his BMW motorcycle over 200 miles thru the crazy weather to get there.....he is a true nut job also...LOL
I hope you have a great summer with your family, maybe we can meet up again soon, St. Pete has become our favorite place to visit, so when we show up, I hope you can visit again.....
Take care my friend......
Hey MrB. thought I'd chime in to let you know your not all alone,I read here everyday, just dont post much on anything any more, Hope you, T and the kids are doing well.....
Here we go, great volume, now wait for pull back to support and grab some. Thanks for sharing.......
Hey Mr B, been pretty quite on here, tough to call anything anymore, charts seem to be harder to read.....seems time to change a strategy, lets share ideas and test them
Hey MrB, you missed the alert on DNDN......LOL
I sure missed out on DNDN , traded it about 3 weeks ago for small profit, should of held a few shares, damn, missed the boat again. Oh well, my fishing boat will set out soon enoughand I won't care.....lol
APPY could be the next large gap, they have to get it over 1.00 soon our face delisting, a no vote on reverse split, just waiting for a good entry, looks like a 3 to 5 week time line
For me too, I fish the gulf of mexico.......love it
One day I will get lucky enough to fall into a spike like this......one day.......lol
I added 400 more, been in it over 2 weeks waiting on the breakout
Besides Yahoo's advancers and decliners, do you have a good indecie volume indicator or website? If I heard right, today was heavy volume compared to the last several trade day's, I would love to find a good volume chart to overlay.....
Hell...IDZI, I cant stand the silence....It cracked me up reading all the doom, I was there myself in 2009....I was stupid, didnt really grasp the "QE"s, POMO and more, lost over 26K (not on paper either) in my STUPID "I KNOW BETTER" attitude.....I now try to follow the trend....still hard headed at times but the trend is me friend....keep up your good DD, it is more unbiased than everyone else thinks it is...
Good trades and keep the humor...LOVE IT !!!!!
I guess i was the idiot, I figured that the money being pulled out of japan would end up in our securities. We shall see tomorrow.......
yes, as long as your trade platform allows it, some times short shares are not available to all brokers
Hey cut, I still show the same bid/ask, however I believe it is my platform, I use think or swim from TD Ameritrade
Sorry folks, it looks like my R/S view could be wrong, my TD account showed no price, .0001 bid and .62 ask, now a price has shown up but bid ask didnt change....again, sorry.....
Looks like the R/S is happening........and your comment about people blaming one person for the share price crashing being ludicrous.......well that person claiming he is the sole reason the price went up is just the same, LUDICROUS.
Wow bro, I was just getting ready to put that link on here......sad sad sad, I hope this is the final news piece that brings in the buyers and the short squeez begins

However, a possible rock thrown in the nat gas pond:
http://www.click2houston.com/news/26790904/detail.html
this has not hit the national news yet, over 20 billion cubic feet is in underground storage at this facility, will it ALL burn?
You just look for that stuff all day huh?.....LMAO
Great to see you post again RC, I for one cannot believe what this market is doing either, QE2 and POMO are what I believe, holding the market up, I also believe we are in a recovery but not as fast as this market is implying. Also the algorithm computor traders are to blame too, simple flip of the switch at ol' Goldman, and the market goes the way they choose. All IMO of course:

New Tax Bill Extends Support for Natural Gas Fuel for Transportation, Encourages Critical NGV Deployment in US, According to Clean Energy <CLNE.OQ>
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
http://pdf.reuters.com/htmlnews/8knews.asp?i=43059c3bf0e37541&u=urn:newsml:reuters.com:20101217:nBw175955a
SEAL BEACH, Calif.--(Business Wire)--
The new Tax Bill passed by the US Senate and House of Representatives and
expected to be signed into law by President Obama today provides solid support
for the critical movement to deploy large numbers of natural gas vehicles (NGVs)
in the United States, according to Clean Energy Fuels Corp. (Nasdaq: CLNE). The
Bill extends the 50 cents per gallon excise tax credit retroactively for
calendar year 2010 and through December 31, 2011. It also extends tax credit
incentives for developing natural gas fueling infrastructure.
NGVs, particularly heavy-duty vehicles for waste hauling, transit and trucking,
are seen increasingly as a means to reduce dependence on foreign oil, as well as
to help clean the environment.
"This backing by Congress is critical for our nation to succeed in its goal of
creating a new alternate energy economy not dependent on imported petroleum,"
said Andrew J. Littlefair, Clean Energy President and CEO. "Transportation
accounts for over 60% of petroleum use in the US and over 60% of petroleum is
currently imported."
Littlefair added, "Although the number of NGVs in the US now is low, numbering
about 150,000, worldwide vehicle deployment is growing rapidly with more than 12
million NGVs in use. In the US, several major manufacturers have introduced
natural gas-fueled trucks over the past two years. The waste hauling industry is
moving quickly to convert fleets to natural gas fuel and about 25% of the
nation`s transit fleet relies on natural gas. On the consumer front, Fiat,
Europe`s largest maker of NGVs, recently announced it plans to bring those
quality vehicles to the US for sale through its Chrysler dealer network."
Costing less than diesel or gasoline, natural gas fuel produces up to 30% lower
greenhouse gas emissions in light-duty vehicles, and up to 23% lower greenhouse
gas emissions in medium- to heavy-duty applications. Department of Energy
reports estimate that 98% of the natural gas consumed in the U.S. is sourced in
the U.S. and Canada.

So is the dollar now controlling Nat Gas?
The dollar index spiked in recent activitiy, adding selling pressure on select commodities.
January natural gas fell into negative territory overnight and has remained there since. Today's lows of $4.16 per MMBtu were put in around 20 minutes after pit trading began and was in the red ahead of inventory data. Following the data, which showed a draw of 164 bcf versus consensus of a draw of 165 bcf, natural gas fell sharply to new session lows of $4.06 per MMBtu and is now 4.4% lower at $4.08 per MMBtu.

UPDATE 2-Freeport sets 2-for-1 stock split, special payout
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
* Special dividend $1 per share
* Freeport shares rise 2 percent
(Adds background, updates share price)
HOUSTON, Dec 9 (Reuters) - Freeport McMoRan Copper and Gold Inc <FCX.N> said on Thursday its board approved a 2-for-1 stock split and the payment of a special dividend of $1 per share.
Last month, Freeport's Chief Executive Officer Richard Adkerson told Reuters that the company was contemplating ways to return cash to shareholders because the mining company will generate significant cash flow in excess of spending. [ID:nTOE6AC011].
Freeport will pay the dividend, about $471 million, on Dec. 30 to shareholders of record as of Dec. 20.
The split will take the form of a stock dividend payable on Feb. 1 to shareholders of record on Jan. 15.
The number of outstanding shares of common stock will rise to about 942 million from about 471 million, the Phoenix-based company said.
Shares of Freeport rose 2 percent, or $2.13 per share, to $110.73, in morning trading on the New York Stock Exchange. (Reporting by Anna Driver. Editing by Gerald E. I am sorry sir, I do not believe this class action suite was put in place to recover ALL the long term shareholders investment, IMO it was a only for a few and for only the few's gain, correct me if I'm wrong...
Mr. Owl, with ALL due respect, and you deserve much, How many LONG term and HEAVILY invested personnel have you spoke with that agreed or approved of said suits? Most of these heavy holders do not post here as far as I know, so I am simply asking if you believe the large and long investor agrees with the shareholder initiative that was put in place and if the outcome was to the benefit of the suiters, the company (officers), or the shareholders. I am only asking for your opinion. TIA
