Very nice!
LOL, hopefully you hear back from the IR and we can get a confirmation at least.
Thats interesting, I remember I was on another stock that had continental and they didnt have the policy then, must be new.
I did go through some of the filings on the Secretary of State website for MOBI and went back as far as 2006 and there has never been any changes in AS at least for the past two years. Its $3 per filing and the filings go clear back to the 1970s so I didnt go any further to see exactly what the AS might be. Its stated in the last 10Q that its 250,000,000,000.
a 200-1 RS, gee thats mighty kind of em.
And they have the new IR updated as well, nice!!
Gapping up this morning??? .0013 x.0015 kind of early but who knows, lol.
Thanks!
I have never heard of this before and now that I searched it on google I'm seeing that there are a lot of humans who have used Deuterium depleted water as a treatment and have been cancer free for months and even years. Very interesting!
Now thats a nice link!! Good Find Tina and HLT!
LOL, I'm kinda of sorry I opened up the whole grant can of worms, although its been interesting. Oh and if you search for "canine" on grant.gov it comes up with grants for explosives detection teams, lol.
How about Morris Animal Foundation who is campaigning to raise $30 million in five years to fight cancer in dogs. Obviously Pfizer took them pretty seriously since they've donated $1,000,000.00 to the cause already and so has Pets Best Insurance. This $30 million will go to aid research and development of better treatments for canine cancers. What is PHMB planning? To find more effective treatments for canine cancers.
Wouldnt it makes sense that they could get a grant for research as the research would not only benefit dogs but could possibly benefit humans in the long run? Part of the treatment facilities would be research to find the best possible treatment. Considering they use animals when testing to see if a treatment will be beneficial for humans I dont think this would be completely out of the question.
we did receive state funded grants for accepting a certain number of indigent patients. Sounds like medicaid to me, as opposed to a grant to start or run a for profit business.
Actually there are several very large hospitals in the city where I live that receive state funded grants for accepting "indigent" or even low income patients. It is not Medicaid. These are special grants for these hospitals to cover the costs of treatments and facilities and without this assistance the hospitals would have to turn away many.
As far as your other post regarding the grants that I have seen for profit businesses receive, one was actually several years ago and it was a $50,000.00 grant to expand a landscaping business in the state of Ohio, it took my friend 6 months to get it and it was from the government. The most recent was a lady who received $300,000.00 to build a small apartment complex and she received this with the stipulation that the complex would be for low income housing. This was in the state of Florida and was a state grant.
Well I dont really see whats so funny about it, its a new company and has just as much potential as any other new company out there. Its all in the end result though.
As far as the discussions with WSU, you said yourself you were able to confirm them when the information first came out, its unfortunate that those plans have changed for the company though.
I dont so much see it as being a weak story since there are other similar treatment facilities in the country, it seems quite viable. I agree that there is much less money flowing in the pinks, real tough market nowadays for any company.
Alrighty then, the only reason I brought the grant thing up is that I have known a few people that have received grants to fund their businesses and they were for profit companies. Also I remember seeing particular government grants for research companies and never saw the stipulation that they had to be non profit but I could be wrong. I'm not saying that they did do this, I was just throwing it out there as an option. Its been a while since I've looked at grants so I guess things might have changed.
Who knows though, nothing is to say that they didnt find some investor with deep pockets who believed in the cause to fund the clinics.
Its not a crazy question at all, I just dont have the answer. There could be a whole host of different ways they could fund opening a clinic from private investors to government grants for research facilities, not saying that its is any of these sources just possibilites. I hope they come through honestly, when I came across this company I chose to invest mostly because of what their plans were and it appeared to be a worthy cause, after that came decent share structure and the fact that there are other similar treatment facilites in the country that do very well so it seems viable to me.
You think the buyers today invested in the hopes that the company direction would change? Thats an unusual investment strategy, lol. As far as I'm concerned if they try to wiggle out of the current business plan of opening veterinary oncology treatment centers then the company becomes a joke.
Considering they removed the information about the clinics being opened by the end of 2008, you could be right about this not happening in the timeframe expected. I honestly think it will happen in January though. I think investors will give them this long and if they dont come through by then they might as well go out with a bang and dump a billion shares because it'll be over for them.
As far as the WallSt interview, those are always painful to watch with any of the companies, the interviewer looks like she would rather watch paint dry then talk to these ceos.
I can name about 10 stocks that have billions in the OS and still trade hundreds of millions of shares everyday.
And thats another good point, if PHMB doesnt open the clinics then theres no company. So if it was Gary Bertholds plans to be a stinkie pinkie ceo and fleece investors for millions then one would think he wouldnt have painted himself into such a corner. In the end its either put up or shutup with this company.
Plans change especially in todays market, the hope is that they make new and better plans going forward and actually create a solid company.
LOL, its been done plenty of times with other companies, this is the pinksheets, its not unheard of for companies to have billions outstanding and still have investors plugging away at the .0001s hoping for a miracle. The point is PHMB could, but hasnt because thats not what they are about.
Clearly the market doesn't seem interested regardless of the pay for pump promoters that supposedly have been enlisted so you can't really expect the company to just dump shares willy nilly and kill the share price by another 2 decimal points right away.
I see pink companys do it everyday, this company could make a killing if they dumped a billion shares on investors and took the pps to .0001. Why? Because people will pay .0001 as a lotto all day long but are more conservative when the price gets to double zeros. They havent done that because they obviously have no need to, its not just a share printing outfit they actually have goals as a legitimate company.
Well since they dont seem to have a "pr machine" going that tells me that their goals are not pumping and dumping.
I appreciate it!!!
I would prefer not to speculate as to how PHMB pays its employees nor do I see that this has any bearing on the stock nor the company itself. I think we can agree that they are not selling shares to pay them due to the lack of volume.
I emailed the TA yesterday but never got a response, I would call them but I'm out of the country right now so if you wouldnt mind that would be great!
yeah the share price / volume here is pathetic. Sure, millions of shares in volume. You can buy a million shares for a thousand bucks. There is no real buying interest here. Considering all the new posters claiming to be buying the lack of money that is actually going into buying is very strange.
Anyone have a guess how they are paying their employees?
Hhhhmmm, a guess at how they are paying their employees??? Well I guess its not through selling shares.
LOL, yeah up 71% on hardly any volume, good point!!!
Excellent close today up 71% on 3 million volume!!! Looking for more tomorrow!
Should be seeing upcoming partnerships and addition of new CSO from Merck. People took profits today apparently instead of letting it run. It will pop back up, imo.
Dont know, they sure moved quickly to uplist to the Otcbb though.
What delisting? You mean from the big boards? Cause they just uplisted to the OTCBB.

Nice news today!!! I see we also gained a few new boardmarks overnight:)
pinksheets says its an otcbb
whats the share structure here?
This is just a continuation of the pattern we had yesterday, it gapped up this morning to .85 in premarket trading, the MMs are bringing it down and now they will push it up through the next leg.
There are already Veterinary Oncology treatment facilities in America and they do quite well.
I agree it could be anytime on the big pharma news, the FDA approval was for the generic versions of Miacalcin® which brought Novartis $147 Million in 2007 alone. This is a growing market and have this product is a major step for this company.
