Thank you for your e-mail requesting information on the exclusive NASCAR racing simulators by Perfect Line, Inc. I have attached an Attraction Description for the SMS racing simulator that should answer many of your questions. In the next e-mail I will provide purchase model and terms sheets for the placement of our simulators. Perfect Line is in Chap 11 reorganization right now which may end up being an advantage for you. Most of the company was laid off and the president, an accountant, and 2 techs are working through the reorganization plan. We hope to reform in a few months. Race Car Simulators, Inc. is a company formed to build and sell the simulators made famous at the NASCAR Silicon Motor Speedway facilities. There are about 35 entertainment and retail facilities employing our simulators including some of the top venues in the U.S., such as Mall of America in Bloomington, MN. Several of the facilities have generated revenues between US$1.5M - $2.5M+ per year in a space around 6,000sf! The SMS racing simulator is featured at Full Speed Race & Golf in Kissimmee, FL, 9 Bass Pro Shops, 5 Scheels Sporting Goods stores, Wing Warehouse in Akron, OH, and NASCAR Speedparks. They can also be found at Prime Time in Abilene, TX, Fun City Bowling & Entertainment Center in Burlington, IA, and Dreamworld Themepark in Coomera, Australia.
Our fantastic simulation experience is appropriate for family entertainment centers, casinos, bowling and entertainment centers, restaurants and retailers, theme parks, and museums. Our race car simulators are designed to give the guest an experience that comes as close to real NASCAR Nextel Cup racing as possi ble. The cars look and operate like real race cars. They allow your guests to experience the thrill of auto racing while racing against each other in real time.
The simulators are priced at $92,500 each for two and $90,000 each for three or more. We currently have some refurbished units available for $70,000 each. There is a license fee of 4% of gross revenues that assists us with relationships we have with the NASCAR teams and the tracks that we have modeled. Due to the current economic climate, I can offer you a price of $60,000 for refurbished units if you can act in the next 30 days.
As you may know, Nextel choose our racing simulators to be the key element in The Nextel Experience, the two-trailer, six-simulator mobile exhibit that has traveled to all of the NASCAR racing venues in the 2004 through 2006 seasons.
