I hope you are right Ravan. Of course, only if it is good news!
What target is that? Mine is at least $0.50. Anyone talk to our good Doc recently?
I 100% agree!
I have 1 million and have it locked up with a sell AON GTC @1.00
ANTS is also on IBM Website:

---------------------------------------------
Optim Performance Manager – Optim Performance Manager 4.1.1 is now available. We put a lot of focus on up-and-running improvements in this release. This includes embedding a lightweight web container to simplify installation, configuration, and security, simplifying our port infrastructure for Extended Insight support, improving the out-of-the-box monitoring templates based on customer experience and more. We have added pureScale-specific monitoring enhancements including pureScale monitoring templates, group buffer pool hit ratios, cluster facility lock wait time, escalations, timeouts, etc. We provided more flexibility for monitoring large DPF environments by separating collection intervals for bufferpool versus tablespace and table statistics, which provides more comprehensive information at a lower cost. We have also included DB2 Enterprise Server Edition 9.7 for use with Optim Performance Manager. For the complete list of features and more information, see the IBM Optim Performance Manager 4.1.1 release notes.
Optim Development Studio – Optim Development Studio 2.2.1.1 now also officially supports deployment on Citrix (I know several organizations that went ahead and deployed before our formal support was announced). It also includes two very cool items:
1. Integration with Optim Performance Manager – Now you can pull performance metrics into Optim Development Studio to assist in determining which SQL statements need a little more tuning and whether your tuning efforts are paying off. This integration requires Optim Performance Manager Extended Edition with Extended Insight monitoring configured.
2. Support for Sybase - You can connect to a Sybase database and browse catalogs, manage objects, create and run SQL scripts, and create, deploy, run, and debug stored procedures. Plus you can use the ANTs Software product IBM® DB2 SSacSA to connect to a DB2 for Linux, UNIX, and Windows database as a Sybase database.
Remember, Optim Development Studio is available on Passport Advantage to most DB2 and Informix customers as part of their DB2 for Linux, UNIX, and Windows, DB2 Connect, or Informix investment. Find it in the Linux or Windows eAssemblies. See IBM Optim Development Studio Version 2.2.1.1 Release Notes for a more information and download updates from Fix Central.
I also find him very responsive to both E-mails and phone calls. I believe in him to turn the company around.
Buying ANTS on the open market is not what they need. He needs you to send him a check and buy preferred shares directly. He needs cash. Read his message again. Call him and talk to him. He will tell you the same thing.
"Additional funds are required to continue the new activities for OUR Company, without returning to the secondary market.
Class A preferred stocks will be awarded for all investments. Large as well as small shareholders are invited to participate in this opportunity to fund and grow YOUR Company.
Interested ANTs shareholders as well as new subscribers should immediately contact Dr. Kautzmann, III at DRFNK@ANTS.COM regarding ANTs Class A Preferred stock funding investment."
Stop buying on the open market. Buy direct, help ANTS the way it needs help, and get Class A preferred stock.
I can't believe I just picked up some for $1.00. I never thought it would go all the way to $1.00. I wonder if Frost will pick some up here.
I have Ameritrade command center and the numbers were bouncing all over the place. More so earlier today when the sub-penny trades were going through. Bid/Ask were bouncing from .012 to .008. Even now the spread is .01/.0124. Hugh spread! IMO.
That was mine at 150K @ .0091. Don't post much, but read a lot here and my own DD.
Thanks for the cheap shares!
I still don't understand why people aren't buying CRGC?!
A new insider bought 50,000 shares.
FROST 05/16/2012 Buy indirect 30,000 4.5800 111,972,854

I believe they are going to meet in the middle. PGLC/CRGC .3/.24 to .32/.256. Something similiar. PGLC comes down and CRGC moves up. That's only my belief.
I would prefer only PGLC to move up so I can continue to buy CRGC at a bigger discount.
He is our stock repurchase program for OPK. Buys, holds, builds the company, and then sells it for billions. I'll be standing next to him only I won't be making billions.
I definitely have patience. I am trying to buy as much as I can. June is right around the corning. Middle of April aready!!! I feel like I just took down my Christmas decorations and I'm mowing the lawn. I'll be putting the lights and tree back up before I know it.
Go CRGC and PGLC!!!
Great job. As I have posted, I am also 100% in CRGC. I still wonder why Frost bought SAGE and not CRGC if "CRGC is the way to go for long term investors".
I am still buying as much CRGC as my budget allows and still pay my monthly bills.
Thanks again for the post. Hopefully that conversation really did happen. I don't believe everything on these message boards.
I don't see your point either. My average price right now is .22 for CRGC. You say that the risk is if PGLC drops from .50 to .25. If that would happen, then when you take the conversion rate into account, CRGC would be worth .20. I loose only .02 (10%) and you loose .25 (50%).
Here's the interesting thing for 100% CRGC holders, like me. If PGLC drops to 0.275, .8 conversion would bring CRGC to be worth .22! I am in the same place, no loss, and you are down .225(down 45%!). Of course, I REALLY hope that doesn't happen. I'll buy some PGLC if it goes under .275.
I'll keep buying CRGC. I'll either meet PGLC somewhere in the middle, capture all the gains of PGLC at conversion, or end up right where I am now. Downside is extremely minimial IMO.
GLTA to all CRGC and PGLC shareholders. In the end, we all win if PGLC goes up. CRGC holders will just win more.
Too busy grabbing as many CRGC shares as possible. I still don't understand why people are still buying PGLC!
I have not heard anything from my E-mail yesterday. I am only a share holder of only CRGC. I am slightly concerned that these press releases today only were tagged only to PGLC and not CRGC. This is the first time this happened. I believe it is only due to the new symbol. I keep reminding myself that the company is still the same, only a new symbol. I just am feeling a little seperated right now from SAGE/PGLC.
I sent them an E-mail earlier today regarding CRGC, conversion and timeline. No answer yet.
Frost's Friday's purchases:
OPKO HEALTH, INC. Officer 03/16/2012 Form 4 Buy indirect 451,011 4.78 110,064,865
OPKO HEALTH, INC. Officer 03/16/2012 Form 4 Buy indirect 168,989 5.0309 110,233,854
I guess he was the mid-day volume spike. I am holding onto my shares with white knuckles!
Why would Frost buy SAGE and not CRGC??? Any ideas?
Why would Frost buy SAGE and not CRGC??? Any ideas?
I have great comfort in the fact that everytime it drops to these levels Dr. Frost continues to load his boat. See below:
----------------------------------------
FROST PHILLIP MD ET AL Officer
03/05/2012 Buy indirect 25,000 4.7800 109,568,854
02/22/2012 Buy indirect 500,000 4.6900 109,543,854

I am holding onto my share with white knuckles. I have done well following Dr. Frost. His is a hugh stock re-purchase program. I don't follow typical fundamentals and technicals with the amount of shares Dr. Frost is purchasing and holding onto.
I wish there would be some news regarding CRGC and it's conversion to SAGE. I like the direction this company is headed.

IHub posted my message twice. I don't think you can delete a message in the edit message page. Oh Well.
I don't understand it either. I have looked news releases over and over again. I feel that I am missing something. I was going to buy more of SAGE earlier in the week, instead I bought CRGC and got double the amount of shares. CRGC was at .22 (got some at .24 and .20) and SAGE was at .49 at the time. Now I wait for either CRGC to go back up to 80% value or the conversion to take place. Hopefully, SAGE won't come down. Doubt it with yesterday's announcement.
Good Luck. Hope our DD is correct. This makes it fun at least to see what happens.
Just bought some today. Hoping to get in the back-door at a discount for SAGE stock.
Nice article. New investor here. BIG fan of Dr. Frost. His investment in this company is how I learned of this stock. I don't see why this stock came down this low. I wish that article could get better publicity.
Back on 3/19, post #14736, I posted:

Hello everybody, I finally stopped reading and decided to post something. I have not posted for years now. I noticed on their WEBpage that effective yesterday they will be moved to their Florida office. I also see their are new Form 4 dated yesterday for small purchases made back in early Feb.
I do own FEEL stock and holding long.

I'd rather have something pointed out twice than not at all. Thanks.
Beach,
When I pointed out the notice on their WebPage, I really thought there would be MUCH more excitement about this actually happening in the first quarter. Here is their statement from their last news announcement:
"With our planned relocation during the first quarter to Florida, we should be able to significantly lower our operational costs. And with the multiple synergies that exist between the two companies, we expect to be able to take advantage of increasing productivity and expanding sales and distribution channels. We expect combined annual revenues to be $2 million and anticipate becoming profitable and cash flow positive no later than the fourth quarter of this year. Our presence and sales at the PGA show in late January was very encouraging for not only us, but the entire golf industry with reported attendance 14% higher," stated Mr. Miller.

I just couldn't stand it anymore. I had to break 199 followers and become the 200th. Nice day for us. GLTA

That would be great. I am sure we will see a PR soon. I was planning on E-mailing him tomorrow to check the status of the buyback starting on Monday.

As you said, DRGP is a reporting company. If the management is buying or selling shares, Form 4 is required. I have to believe that they would not break any SEC rules by trading and not filing. I don't know many SEC rules/regulations. Is there a limit either shares/dollars which if each trade is under such limit, they don't have to file (for example, trades valued under $1000)?
My gut feeling is that it's not the management, but the shares given as compensation being cashed in, as you mentioned.
I still would like to know if they are not buying, why??? I do have an E-mail sent yesterday afternoon regarding the apparent lack of insider buying at these low prices. I am still waiting for any answers.
The Seed
Sorry about that. I meant to post the last post on a different company. Actually, the same question about 'insider buying' applies to DRGP. She does answer E-mail as per my earlier post. I apologize, it has been a long week so far and it is only Wednesday.
The Seed
Before I E-mail the Company. Has anybody asked them why there has not been any insider buying (Form 4 filings)? Also, do they answer E-mail?
The Seed
I don't believe it!
.025! Who would sell their shares so cheap??????????
The Seed
It's nice to see he answers E-mail. We'll see.
