the news blip on my L2 only says Kona is offering warrants and seeking up listing to Nasdaq.
Filing prospectus is exactly what the name says.
As far as I can read in all that mumbo jumbo They are going to offer warrants to whom ever. If successful they will restructure and apply for nasdaq listing. If this all comes together and or is acceptable to nasdaq, they will proceed with program, issue warrants, reverse split to whatever extent to upgrade to higher level.
But so far this prospective is in limbo.
Wish I knew if this news blip is good or bad or in between
Brain and computer both working slow and forgetful.
Can't remember why or where, maybe tweet, that Walmart delayed until Oct. Could only be Florida and Georgia stores. Those are Gold leaf territories don't get much info out of Gold Leaf./
Have to get new computer 12 years old programs and drivers decaying.
Walmart was posted a a hold, but what about Winn Dixie stores.
The Company’s 12 oz Sparkling Ooh La Lemin Lemonades, available in 6 flavors, will be sold in various stores across the state of Florida starting in Q3 of 2022. The Company will announce the approximate number of stores and the dates as it gets closer to launch. This marks the second major Grocery/Supermarket chain the Company has announced in 2022 where Ooh La Lemin will be sold.
This is almost mute" I remember pre-covid moving to that range on KONA products alone"
I also remember the good old days when I was at .15 and Hemp,CBD, were hot items. But just like the PPS they died on the vine.
A change had to be made so entered Lemin line. This time starting in a big hole.
It's going to be one heck of a hard climb back out to even a glimpse of strong progress.
Kona products need help from the FDA and Gov. with approval all out with no gimmicks or side stepping.
JMHO
R.C. does especially when you count the convertible shares..
Look it up in the fins.
closure is not a strong point of our sales team. Follow thru is farther behind,
Seems like same-o-same-o
take one or two steps with something and then dropped like a hot potato.
3 or 4 store down the street (walmarts) from either headquarters in my opinion is not a break-out. More like dipping your toe in the pool to test the water..
Can't tell much when there is'nt NEWS
Maybe it's a case of like the little ant and that rubber tree plant.
They say he can't
But he has HIGH HOPES!
Maybe there will be an "Oooops there goes another rubber tree plant!
I like HIGH HOPES
EXACTLY
Looks like CFGN is having a field day dumping
Not till Aug 15th
O00'P'S one too many "0's"
my bad!!!
16:0356 adjustment @ .0104
could be he was waiting for the big dump of the week to be done.
well it looks like it came at the enf of the day. 27350000 shares today.
that might lead to an update next week.
I also sent a request in for an update. Lets see what happens
I think his prediction of 8-10 million this year was way over done.
From the speed our sales dept works at a figure of 6 million would have been sufficient.
I believe that the biggest positive for KG will be when the last payment is made on the LEMIN Project. Afterall $2.00 per case is a hefty chunk of profit.
jmho
That's what I'm referring too. We get a lot of "we're doing this or that and then nothing is ever said again or referred too.
In the past when kona was silent. Things were not turning out well.
We need our own NEWS and update!
Not too shabby
Winn Dixie count in Fla.
Florida 356
Interesting !0Q
Lot of Mumbo Jumbo about past performance besides financial numbers.
Not very good at reading those things takes a long long time
Yes it was great sale\
If you calculate 2000 cases at 60 cases per pallet, you get 33 +pallets of product. Not shabby at all.
I believe there are 100 pallets in or so in a production run. So about 1/3 of run.
It must have cleaned out most of the last of the last run because I went to Walmart store on line an checked for free delivery and got notice of OUT OF STOCK. Deliveries I believe come from KONA itself.
If out of stock SALES MUST BE GREAT!!!!!
6-8-and 12 packs are exactly what they are called
A case is and always has been 24 cans bottles or whatever. Beer, Pop, Water, or Lemin
It's going to need a big inventory for next months Walmart roll-out
Just looking to spread out the news
April numbers this week an then in two weeks Financials
Amy day now we should get April sales!
I like this paragraph"
$1.1 billion of cash, marketable securities, and long-term investments, $558.3 million of unrestricted cash and no outstanding debt at December 31, 2021. $377.7 million of unrestricted cash and no outstanding debt at April 25, 2022.
Good News today.
Looks like RC is going to use Walmart store entries in sales pitch to New distributors
What gets me is the lack of communications from KGKG
it is apparent that we have added quite a few new WAWA stores since the last notice of 150 stores in the southeast region. noting they carry 2 flavors.
Now we are in Maryland, Pennsylvania, and who knows where else.
From pic on Facebook it looks like they are stocking all 4 flavors.
Anybody know what's up? Are we in all 300 stores now?
We should get financial statement tomorrow
Found this interesting
"Marihuana seed that has a delta-9-tetrahydrocannabinol concentration of not more than 0.3 percent on a dry weight basis meets the definition of 'hemp' and thus is not controlled under the CSA," Terrence L. Boos, chief of DEA' s Drug & Chemical Evaluation Section wrote in the letter, dated January 6.
"Conversely, marihuana seed having a delta-9 tetrahydrocannabinol concentration more than 0.3 percent on a dry weight basis is controlled in schedule I under the CSA as marihuana."
What the DEA agrees upon is that people can possess cannabis seeds no matter how much THC the resulting plant might produce, as long as the seeds themselves have less than 0.3 percent delta-9 THC.
"In my view, the letter is significant because we continue to see confusion over the source rule—the argument that the legal status of a cannabis product hinges on whether it is 'sourced' from marijuana or hemp—influencing legislative proposals even at the federal level," Pennington told Marijuana Moment.
Nice read on tomorrow's m.j. vote in the houe

My bad
Should have said 4th quarter and annual due now.
1st quarter and annual due 15th of April
could happen earlier or get a late filing
we'll see. but should be on time
Too exspensive for my blood.
$2,67 a can is a lot of moola even if it does include delivery
With the last tweet photo, Walmart has it for $1.89
BIG BIG DIFFERENCE
My bad!
Got numbers mixed with reading and writing. 110 stores in South Carolina is correct. But got the 4 mixed in with the store number instead of keeping it with the additional flavors to be added along with the Sparkling line. For a total of 10 flavors of OLA LA LEMIN LINES.
But still 1600 plus stores is nothing to sneeze at!!!
GO GO GO Gold Leaf
I don't have accurate figures, but with an additional 410 outlets, that should bring Gold Leafs store outlets too around 2000. They had over 1500 earlier this year!!
With the addition of 410 Walmart stores in South Carolina alone. The following sure looks like a shoe-in!!!
The Company recently announced it had beat its February Revenue Projections. The Company forecasted $325,000 in revenue for February and closed out the month with approximately $345,000 in revenue between its two subsidiaries, Kona Gold LLC and Gold Leaf Distribution LLC. Kona Gold Beverage is on track to having its first quarter with one million plus in revenue.
For those too lazy to click I say THANK YOU!!!
And so it begins. Our distribution company, Gold Leaf, just sold our Sparkling Ooh La Lemin into the first of many Walmarts!! This one in Simpsonville SC! We are authorized nation wide!! $KGKG #OohLaLemin
The previous News about Walmart entry's was for june and it only mentioned the Original 4 flavors
So this is totally different and should be a nice juicy PR.
I'm satisfied we finished at .01--
great gain so far this week!!!
after hrs 27256776 shrs @ .0108
NOT SHABBY AT ALL
Good to see this part in the NEWS today:
The Company recently exhibited at the 2022 SE Petro Show in Myrtle Beach, SC and the Sparkling Ooh La Lemin Lemonades were a huge hit with buyers, store owners, and distributors that sampled them at the Company’s booth
has anyone checked GOLD LEAF'S store locator lately.??
ALL I CAN SAY IS WOW WEE!!!!
Most likely MM-0TCX or NITE bought them from CFGN an will sell them during the next few days.
That's where those big drops go after hrs.
jmho
I think this is just the start back to copper.
Next week we should get another P/R with follow thru about where this piece of NEWS ENDED.
Kona Gold, the Company’s other wholly owned subsidiary, recently announced it has developed and will be launching a new line of beverages, Ooh La Lemin Sparkling Lemonade, with all six flavors going into production next week. The majority of the first production run of Ooh La Lemin Sparkling is already presold, going to distributors and retail chains. The Company has secured an additional, larger production run in March in order to stay lock stepped with demand for its new healthy line of beverages. Ooh La Lemin Sparkling will be available on the Company’s ecommerce website along with Amazon in February.
