Well, let's see. He has the right products out. at the right time and placed with national brand companies. Yup, I guess he hasn't been doing his job. Have a couple of other products in the pipeline that if they pan out out I think could be explosive(esp. Flashguard) Financials have been slated to come out within the next few weeks. Really, what more can the guy do in your eyes?
Also please don't be disappointed in the 1st batch of financials as the products just hit the stores at the beginning of the year. The next Q will present a clear picture. I can appreciate your frustration but the PPS will not move without news. Next few weeks will start the ball rolling and a few months down the road the PPS will reflect the information released. If not much sooner.
Thx for the update. Nice to receive some information even if it's informal, at this point I'll take it. I notice how it does dovetail with the time frame of those notes being due in the fall. So it seems like DTRO will be ready to hopefully start to payoff debt, report revenue and have a corresponding PPS increase sometime in the fall. I guess I'll keep taking little jabs at this to slowly accumulate more. At these prices there is little risk.
I have provided a history of people who seemed to initially struggle. Review post #2401 If the CEO can accomplish a quarter of those individuals success, investors will be extremely happy. Go USRI
Just check out the fourth name down in post #24071.
Multi failed businesses and even went bankrupt. Of course we all know how it turned out for him now.
That termite company if that is what you are refering to is just starting to expand. I do not expect big numbers YET. A buddy of mine owns an exterminating company. It's a 3 man shop here in New England and he does very well with only seasonal work.
But I like to lower expectations as they said they are just starting to really expand operations and those numbers won't really reflect until 2nd set of financials.
Just like on the Bed Bug spray. I anticipate some really strong numbers on 2nd set of financials.
Of course I wouldn't complain if blow out #'s come out on this first set of financials too. ha
Ok, I am patiently still sitting and twiddling thumbs as I do not expect much movement either way until financials come out. Another thing for people to consider, do not raise expectations on huge numbers as placement into stores and websites of major chains I believe came too late in process but there still should be some good preliminary numbers. Lastly, I have to admit querty as a moderator is great as I do not think I have ever seen anybody be such a DD animal as him.
I would check out post #24071
Of course Voyager did not perform as expected hence the merger with Scrap. Concept was good but execution was not done. Now the new USRI has an existing base of 3-4k clients. Which they already deal in scrap and will cross sell the oil recycling to their 3-4k already existing customers. Who also happen to deal in a ton of batteries and tires. So yes a great fit. Throw in nationwide export capabilities due to the recent acquisition of Earth Metals and now international presence I would say things are looking pretty good.
Disclosures should be out I would guess within the next 30-60 days if not sooner.
Sure does seem like a big push all of a sudden to knock the stock. Some great news must be coming soon. Since the bashers repeat hemselves over and over I guess I'll have to repeat what is positive and why this stock could move to the upside shortly.
Existing client base of 3-4k from Scrap USA
(this does not include any from Voyager or Earth Metals could be another few thousand)
$1mm in cash and a $10 million line of credit
Acquiring controlling interest in a multi-national company Earth Metals with millions in revenue and long established client base
Cross selling of Voyager recyled oil, Scrap USA metals and also Earth Metals
Licensing in place to export from all major US ports
Plans in place to expand into recycled tires and batteries and I'm betting even more
I'll take a divi afetr an R/s, how many companies do that?
With the combination of Voyager, Scrap and Earth Metals and I am pretty surs more to come there is a good possibility that USRI could reach their stated goal of listing on Nasdaq within an 18 month period.
Great to be in on the ground floor of a soon to be major company.
It appears some posters don't realize that some of the most successful people in business at first may fail, struggle etc. But pick themselves up, learn from mistakes and go forward to creat hugely successful companies. Here is a partial list:
Henry Ford- started and failed at 5 business ventures before starting Ford
R.H. Macy- started 7 business ventures before making it with Macy's dept. store
Akio Morita- started with a rice cooker , only sold 100 units. Went broke, then he and his partners started Sony.
Walt Disney- number of businesses that failed and even went bankrupt before starting Disney.
Bill Gates and Paul Allen_ first formed a company called Traf-o-Data that failed before coming up with Microsoft.
Thomas Edison- fired from his first couple of jobs, struggled with all his at the time unrealistic ideas before successfully invented the first light bulb.
The list goes on and on. So based on stated company it is not such a bad thing to struggle initially and also based on current moves re: Earth Metals acquisition, $10 million credit line, established 3-4k client base, now international outlets and expanding product lines than I would say Vince is starting out with a pretty good jump start. This is just the early stages of what could be a HUGE conglomerate.
Wel, well it has finished green for the day and up a smidge for the week. Basically holding it's own from the pre-split.Add in the closing of the acquisition on Earth Metals. All in all a pretty good week. This is looking stronger and stronger. Also I liked the interview today with the CEO, especially the 18 month projection for NASDAQ listing.(which means they anticipate a $5 share price in that time frame) Will it happen? Earth Metals is a 1st step. If they have a couple more in the works then who knows, this could maybe list that fast. Hell I'll even be ok if it takes 24 months. ha
Yes, they won't say anything when you get specific. If you call again, next time just ask for a possible time frame for any anticipated announcements. Next week, next month next quarter, end of year.....next decade ha. Maybe you'll get a glimmer of info.
USA, since you seem to be a large shareholder, have you had any contact with the company? Has there been any indication from them that there will be some sort of announcement forthcoming? Or a time frame when one could be expected? I doubt you have inside info but sometimes companies will let some general info out to large shareholders on timelines and such for possible news.
Great, so that means he will have a vested interest to bring the share price to a much higher level so that his kids will be set. Great point sc300.
Geez Smit Dog, now why did you have to lay out a plausible and kind of make sense scenario. Now you've put a justified dent in my confidence. I think you may be right about them dumping shares.
I'm guess-timating they raised probably over $250k. I'm sure they probably needed the money for sustaining operations (hopefully for short term)Typical pink move but also many times needed even in midst of starting to execute business plan especially with no line of credit established. Also, they do have product with major brand chains, more in pipeline and I believe will show some numbers within 30 days. Yup, my rose colored glasses are off. I thought the price was acting a little funny even for the usual MM games. I still like this but will definitely be a little more sharp eyed as to what is going on and be prepared to act accordingly.
Smokestack said it best. Sometimes it's best to just let a stock percolate on it's own. Don't check it hourly. Basically don't sweat it. If you like it just hold on, if not then sell. The products are there, the national brands are selling, mngmt. is solid. I know it is hard for some but just wait. The key is financials which should be out within 30 days if not sooner.
I was thinking the same but this is pinky land and god forbid if no info out by divi time, then there will be all that negative white noise here. So I allowed for a few more weeks just in case. One thing I will say I am impressed that the CEO responded to your first email. Can't see him bothering to respond to a strongly worded blunt email like that. Then to do it in a professional manner that he did shows me that this stock could be in the right hands. If they come up with some positive #'s in the next few weeks then it's off to the races.
Carnac, nice work. It is always said if you have questions then do your DD and question key executives. He's laying out the game plan for the short term. Seems he responds to you and not to flood him with questions but see if you can try one more time to get a response in regards to time frame. I'm guessing this info will be released within 30 days as he has indicated the outline on what is coming out and he wouldn't be so specific inlaying it out unless it is close to conclusion.
Taki and I went at it a few times. He's kind of a character & doen't hold back but his style kind of grows on you. But if you notice he is taking a wait & see attitude. He is wary of what's going on and keeping an eye on the whole situation. As he said, once he sees or thinks he sees some deliberate games I think he will rattle the tree a bit. I cannot speak for him but it seems he at least will see how this plays out for a bit. I can respect that. We'll see what happens tomorrow.
Actually, I'm fine. At EOD I'm a smidge in the red. I don't try to pick absolute bottoms. I have a position in the 5 figures. I'm still good. Keep up your guesses and assumptions, if it goes down I'll just pick up more no biggie. If it doesn't drop then I am good. I don't sweat it. Just not cool with someone trying to scare people into dumping and realizing losses so you can personally benefit. Funny thing is that you basically admit it. But have a nice day.
What math are you using? The math of assumptions, guesses, maybe and I think. Where's the link? We all know your agenda.
Ok, I know what you are saying. You like the stock but you just want to buy it lower. So you will continue to assert negative connnotations in hopes that it will go lower so you then can buy. But why would you want to buy a stock if you have all these negative assumptions and unanswered questions?
At least now everyone knows where you are coming from and can judge your posts accordingly.
So basically you are saying that you like the stock but not enough to pay this price. So you will try to beat it down a little(or should I say a lot) to get a better entry price otherwise why would you be here.
I loaded 3 times and at this level am actually in the green and am satisfied as I thought it would open at .24 Will it hold who knows but like I said once disclosures and financials come out this is going to move. Also do you realize that the 1st set of financials will not even include Earth Metals numbers? By the way the bid is off .10 and up to .11 Cheers
Then if that is the case then you must not be long and you have an agenda to drive the price lower. So what if some are enthusiatic, that's why they are long. After the last 2 weeks it is nice to see it up a bit. Regardless if there is still a Seller or not if financials come out positive this will move to the upside. Also, though this stock has performed like most pinks there are defintely some differences that lead me to believe this could be the exception that actually follows through and makes it ...and possibly makes it big.
So lowman, what is your point? You've stated it a million times. Repeating it over and over doen't change anything.I think we all understand your point of view. You're becoming like pep, singing the same song over and over but like any song when you hear it too many times it just becomes old and you tune it out.
As you say, 9/10 it's bad news. BUT it is never 100% 10/10. There is always the one stock that does peform and shareholder value is created. Now I'm not saying this is the case here but usually it is all bad news when these r/s type situations occur. Again BUT it is rare to actually have positive news such as exisitng co. already established with customers and revenue(how much? we'll soon find out), controlling interest in another established co. with revenue, another pipeline to be added into the existing client base (old Vygo customers) with cash and credit line in place and yes more shares for expansion. How it all plays out is yet to be determined. There's no point crying over the spilt milk. This is pinky land not blue chips, we all know it's a legal casino. I still think USRI has a shot because of the factors I listed that make this somewhat different from most.
Ha, probably the only time I will agree with you. But absolutely those assets are old too. The way I look at it everything to do with VYGO is now history. Doesn't matter, it's done and gone. USA picked up a shell and found that old management I'd guess gutted the company of most assets, gave away all the shares etc. Hence why USRI had to do the r/s to clean up all the old crap and create some leverage for expansion. Too soon to say if it all will work out. I still like most of the moves except for the r/s(which probably had to be done), and still some questions. But going forward when disclosures & financials are released that will tell the tale. I can wait a bit and we'll see.
Old outdated news and now that is an old outdated company. But keep up the positive commentary.
LOL, the assumptions made by you and pep are negative in every aspect and ongoing non-stop. Time will tell if this plays out negative or positive. But hey, it's free country keep blowing the smoke.
This just needs the filings to be put out and some revenue numbers. Like all stocks just need news. it's coming and when it does TTIN will not be looking back. Something will be out within the next 30 days. Just patiently twiddling my thumbs untils then.
Not to be positive or negative because however it played out wether intentional or not it came across poorly. However, 1) when has there been a company that did a reverse split yet gives back a bit almost immediately(not that it's a lot but hey it's something)2) Scrap USA is a productive company with an existing client base of 3-4k customers 3)Earth Metals with USRI a majority owner is a large company with US and international offices and clients 4) there is $1mm in cash from debenture with a $10mm credit line(no need for dilution) 5)a business plan that if continues to be executed will ignite substantial PPS gains.
Not saying I am happy but when you stop and really reflect on the situation I cannot remember where there was a pink that did a R/S but had all the positive factors above going for it. So this may well be one of those 1 out of 10 that actually makes the transition to be a homerun. We'll see.
Well. one thing that I would say is having a 51% controlling interest in Earth Metals is an asset( a large ongoing concern) plus I believe Scrap usa has some assets also.
Metals, I have to give you props. You have presented reasonable, rational info in a manner that does instill a little confidence to me that this could still go and go big. It is tiring reading the same old same old on the r/s. It is what it is. This is pink land. Is the info and conjecture you are presenting accurate?
Time will tell and I'm guessing sooner rather than later. I'm in so we'll see how it all plays out.
Metals, I can appreciate your faith in this but the one point I think that causes the most questions in my mind with regards to CEO culpability is the timing of the PR. It has been brought up, but to me having that great PR re Earth metals one day and then the next the r/s. That sure does seem like a set up for a classic P & D.
Now maybe rookie mistake or not intended to play out as it did but..... just sayin. I think some sort of reduction in a/s and some super news on financials , revenue etc. will help restore some credibility in co. and a little faith in the CEO. The next week or two will be interesting.
That will be key point if this is to play out in a positive manner. If a/s is not increased at all, with total shares under 5mm, if business plan continues to be implemented and if financials come out positive this could actually really move. BUT that's a lot of if's. We'll see.
Acquiring controlling interest in a company with established international trade and offices constitutes some great news. I guess the sky is not falling ...where are pep and sc? The better news is that the first financials out which will reflect revenue from USA Recycle should be nice, then throw in Earth Metal #'s on next quarter financials. I think I am going to be a long term investor here.
Excellent point. I have a good size position and was contemplating taking just a little off the table to free up some cash for a couple other opportunities. But when someone suddenly pops up out of the blue to start the ole bash routine when things have been quiet, well that tells me something may be percolating with regards to DTRO. I think I'll just hold on to all and even add a few more next week when I have more funds.
Nice to see a projected business plan actually moving forward and executed.New management is performing. Note the f/k/a designation. Voyager and all its old baggage is being left behind.
USA Recycling is taking steps to be a major player in this industry. This is exciting to be on ground floor.
Well, I would question wether there would be any increase in a/s. Most pinks do increas a/s so they can sell so as to raise money since most do are not yet in any strong revenue phase. But 2 things here are that they have $1mm in hand from sale of debenture, plus a $10mm line of credit. Lastly this is an ongoing business with thousands of clients that is bringing in revenue also. Not to say they won't ever kick up the a/s but based on the parameters stated I would say there is a minimal chance as I don't know if there would be a need. But this is a pinky. We'll see.
It goes against the grain as an investor to think that way but at the same time it does make sense in a starnge way. But if someone is dumping than eventually they will run out of shares to dump either way. I'm in for the long haul and the PPS will move to the PPS level that earnings and contracts bring it to. This is short term turbulence that will eventually subside and the PPS will progress to the upside and hopefully in a major way. We'll see.
