Today is last day for ReBuilder 2407 sale, hopefully that means we might have some news coming out soon that will have punch bring in strong investors.
DR.Phillips, we are ready for that exciting ride....
We do have a plan, and our future looks bright. We decided that in light of the national economic downturn, it would be a waste of money to fund news releases for the last few months, but we feel that we cannot hold back any further, so hang on for an exciting ride!

Someone got this reply from AgFeed today...
Dear Sir,
As far as AgFeed is concerned things are going quite well with the
company’s business.
1. Revenues are up over $100.0 million in one year.
2. Cash flow is positive.
3. Retail distribution now extends to over 1000 independently owned
stores and over 650 wholesale channels.
4. Pork production is vital to China’s political, social and security
issues and that is important to our long-term planning.
5. Our pre-mix business is doing quite well and our 5 manufacturing
units are quite busy in the production of animal nutrients.
6. We are building a strong business with a solid financial
foundation and our 2009 strategic plans will be divulged sometime in
mid-March when we report our earnings for 2008.
The global market is in a rout across ALL markets and AgFeed is
suffering as well.
Sincerely,

Taking the time to respond shows your concern for shareholders.I am hoping this stock will show new life and survive this downward spiral that many other stocks are stuck in..Looking forward to upcoming PR'S hopefully they will come soon. Many of us shareholders have been patient but we can only wait so long.. I didn't like the word "hunt" being allowed in a post on this board. Dear Dr. Phillips:
The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has reviewed your website at http://www.ReBuildermedical.com for the ReBuilder® and ReBuilder® EMS devices and learned that your firm is marketing the ReBuilder® and ReBuilder® EMS devices in the United States (U.S.) for new intended uses without marketing clearance or approval, in violation of the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act (the Act). These products are devices within the meaning of section 201(h) of the Act because they are intended for use in the diagnosis of disease or other conditions or in the cure, mitigation, treatment, or prevention of disease, or because they are intended to affect the structure or any function of the body, 21 U.S.C. § 321 (h).
The devices are adulterated under section 501(f)(1)(B) of the Act, 21 U.S.C. § 351(f)(1)(B), because you do not have an approved application for premarket approval (PMA) in effect pursuant to section 515(a) of the Act, 21 U.S.C. § 360e(a), or an approved application for an investigational device exemption (IDE) under section 520(g) of the Act, 21 U.S.C. § 360j(g). The devices are also misbranded under section 502(o) of the Act, 21 U.S.C. § 352(o), in that a notice or other information respecting the devices for the new uses listed below was not provided to the FDA as required by section 510(k) of the Act, 21 U.S.C. § 360(k), and 21 C.F.R. 807.81(a)(3)(ii). Your promotion of the ReBuilder® and ReBuilder® EMS devices for intended uses that are not consistent with those cleared in your 510(k) Premarket Notifications represents a change in the intended therapeutic effect or a major change or modification in the intended use that requires the submission of a PMA or a 510(k), respectively. For a device requiring premarket approval before marketing, the notification required by section 510(k) of the Act is deemed satisfied when a premarket approval application (PMA) is pending before the agency, 21 C.F.R. § 807.81(b).
The ReBuilder® was cleared under K874085 as a prescription device intended for the symptomatic relief of chronic intractable pain. The ReBuilder® EMS/TENS was cleared under K882980 as a prescription device for the following uses: relaxation of muscle spasms, prevention or retardation of disuse atrophy, increasing local blood circulation, muscle reeducation, immediate post-surgical stimulation of calf muscles to prevent venous thrombosis, maintaining or increasing range of motion, symptomatic relief of chronic intractable pain, and post-traumatic and post-surgical pain relief.

These intended uses are significant modifications to the cleared intended use of your devices and require submission of a new premarket notification submission under section 510(k) of the Act, 21 U.S.C. § 360(k), and 21 CFR 807.81 (a)(3)(ii).
Your devices are also misbranded under section 502(f)(1) of the Act, 21 U.S.C. § 352(f)(1), in that the labeling for the devices fails to bear adequate directions for use for the purposes for which they are intended and the devices are not exempt from the requirements of this section under 21 C.F.R. § 801.109(a)(2).
Your establishment registration for the above devices is not current for 2008, and there is no device listing for your devices. Consequently, your devices are also misbranded under section 502(o) of the Act, 21 U.S.C. § 352(o), in that they were manufactured, prepared, propagated, compounded, or processed in an establishment not duly registered under 21 U.S.C § 360; were not included in a list as required by 21 U.S.C. § 360(j); and a notice or other information respecting the devices was not provided to the FDA as required by 21 U.S.C. § 360(k).
You should take prompt action to correct these deviations. Specifically, FDA requests that you cease dissemination of promotional materials for the ReBuilderTM and ReBuilderTM EMS devices that contain new intended uses, as described above. Further information regarding the requirements for 510(k)s may be found at the FDA website at: http://www.fda.gov/cdrh/devadvice/314.html.
The violations discussed in this letter do not necessarily constitute an exhaustive list. It is your responsibility to ensure that your labeling and promotional materials for the ReBuilder® and ReBuilder® EMS devices comply with each applicable requirement of the Act and FDA implementing regulations. Failure to promptly correct the violations discussed may result in regulatory action being initiated by the FDA without further notice. These actions include, but are not limited to, seizure, injunction, and/or civil money penalties.
Please let this office know in writing what steps you have taken to correct these problems within fifteen (15) working days from the date you receive this letter. Please include a list of all labeling and promotional materials for your devices, the same as or similar to those described above, and explain your plan for discontinuing use of such materials. We also ask that you explain how you plan to prevent this from happening again. Please direct your response to William C. MacFarland, Acting Chief, Cardiovascular & Neurological Devices Branch, HFZ-341, Office of Compliance, at the Food and Drug Administration, 2098 Gaither Road, Rockville, Maryland 20850, facsimile at 240-276-0325.
Finally, you should understand that there are many FDA requirements pertaining to the manufacture and marketing of devices. This letter only pertains to the issues of premarket review for your devices and select labeling issues and does not necessarily address other obligations you have under the law.
Sincerely,
/S/

Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Principal Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Principal Officers
On November 4, 2008, the Inova appointed Mr Alex Lightman to the position of Independent Director of Inova.
Alex Lightman is the CEO and chairman of Innofone.com, the first public company focused exclusively on developing applications for Internet Protocol version 6 (IPv6), the new Internet. Innofone’s customers have included the US Dept. of Defense, NATO, Microsoft, Intel, IBM, Nokia, ATT, and NTT. Lightman founded IPv6 Summit, Inc. and was able to grow the company its first two years with zero equity or debt raised, running the company entirely out on revenue derived from customers. IPv6 Summit, Inc. acquired the Innofone shell and went public via reverse merger in 2005.
Alex Lightman has nearly three decades of experience in technology and energy, starting in 1980 as roughneck in the Austin Chalk fields of central Texas for a Fortune 500 company, Mitchell Energy and Development, and including pioneering work transforming financial news provider Reuters shortly after it became a public company from a 19th century journalism business model to a 21st century digital market creation business model. He has given over 300 industry and government speeches and published over 750,000 words, including the first book on 4G wireless broadband.
Over 125 government officials from 20 countries have spoken at conferences and summits Lightman chaired, including the Coalition Summit for IPv6. Speakers included the Vice-Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of State and the CIOs of the US Department of Defense and the Joint Chiefs. Over 3,000 government appointees and employees from over 20 countries have attended events he organized between 2003 and 2007. One of his accomplishments was to be the sole advocate for the US government to mandate a transition to the more secure 128-bit Internet. He accomplished this via his writing, speaking and lobbying, culminating in the only US Congress hearings ever held on Internet leadership, which Lightman helped organize and at which he testified, leading to a requirement on Aug. 3, 2005, for all US government agencies to be IPv6-capable by July 2008, and changing procurement policy on over $90 billion a year worth of federal Information Technology spending.
Lightman is the author of the first book on 4G wireless, Brave New Unwired World: The Digital Big Bang and the Infinite Internet, published by John Wiley and has published over 100 articles for technology, business, and political publications including Red Herring, Chief Executive, and Internet World. He is a Civil Engineering graduate of MIT (’83) and attended graduate school at Harvard’s John F. Kennedy School of Government, where he studied negotiation with Jim Sebenius at the time he was advising the then-start up Blackstone Group, and comparative analysis of public policy in developing countries.

This explains what is going on right now i think!!
On September 12, 2008 pursuant to Nevada Revised Statutes ("NRS") 78.320 the Company received written consents in lieu of a meeting of Stockholders from Stockholders holding 18,445,640 shares of Common Stock and 50,000 shares of Class B Preferred Stock (which carry voting rights 500 times the amount per common share) representing 75.39% of the possible votes outstanding (the " Majority Stockholders "), approving the amendment to the Articles of Incorporation of the Company increasing the number of authorized shares of Common Stock, par value $0.001 per share, that the Company can have outstanding at any time from 100 million to 500 million (the " Amendment ").
A copy of the Certificate of Amendment to the Articles of Incorporation effecting the Amendment, in substantially the form to be filed with the Secretary of State of Nevada, is attached to this Information Statement as Exhibit "A" .
On September 12, 2008, pursuant to NRS. 78.315, the Board of Directors of the Company unanimously approved the Amendment, subject to Stockholder approval. According to NRS 78.390, a majority of the outstanding shares of voting capital stock entitled to vote on the matter is required in order to amend the Company’s Articles of Incorporation. The Majority Stockholders approved the Amendment by written consent in lieu of a meeting on September 12, 2008 in accordance with the Nevada Revised Statutes. Accordingly, your consent is not required and is not being solicited in connection with the approval of the Amendment.
The entire cost of furnishing this Information Statement will be borne by the Company. The Company will request brokerage houses, nominees, custodians, fiduciaries and other like parties to forward this Information Statement to the beneficial owners of the Common Stock held of record by them and will reimburse such persons for their reasonable charges and expenses in connection therewith. The Board of Directors has fixed the close of business on September 12, 2008 as the Record Date for the determination of Stockholders who are entitled to receive this Information Statement.
2
You are being provided with this Information Statement pursuant to Section 14C of the Exchange Act and Regulation 14C and Schedule 14C thereunder, and, in accordance therewith, the Amendment will not be filed with the Secretary of State of the State of Nevada or become effective until at least 21 calendar days after the mailing of this Information Statement.
This Information Statement is being mailed on or about October 17, 2008 to all Stockholders of record as of the Record Date.
NO VOTE OR OTHER CONSENT OF OUR STOCKHOLDERS IS SOLICITED IN CONNECTION WITH THIS INFORMATION STATEMENT. WE ARE NOT ASKING YOU FOR A PROXY AND YOU ARE REQUESTED NOT TO SEND US A PROXY.
Purpose and Effect of Increasing Number of Authorized Shares of Common Stock
The increase in authorized shares of common stock is necessary because the Company is contemplating equity financing involving convertible debt and/or stock purchase warrants. Upon conversion of the debt and exercise of the warrants, the Company would be required to issue shares of its common stock. The Company is discussing this financing with a group of investors with which it had previously received similar financing beginning in November 2005. Namely, AJW Partners, LLC; AJW Offshore, Ltd.; AJW Qualified Partners, LLC and New Millennium Capital Partners II, LLC. At this point, the discussions between the parties have been minimal and very preliminary; the reason to increase the authorized shares now is to avoid any delay in the event the parties decide to proceed with such financing.
The additional authorized shares of Common Stock could have an anti-takeover effect. If the Company’s Board of Directors desires to issue additional shares in the future, such issuance could dilute the voting power of a person seeking control of the Company, thereby deterring or rendering more difficult a merger, tender offer, proxy contest or an extraordinary corporate transaction opposed by the Company.
Neither our charter nor our by-laws presently contain any provisions having anti-takeover effects and this proposal is not a plan by management to adopt a series of amendments to the Company’s charter or by-laws to institute an anti-takeover provision. The Company does not have any plans or proposals to adopt other provisions or enter into other arrangements that may have material anti-takeover consequences.
