Good post Bitter, I agree with all points. Its the " unknown " factors that keep pulling me, like Abaxis approval, otc reinstatement, the shr count, and any other surprises that might pop up. Then you have the er, if its as bad as the last or worse, who knows what it could sink to..... the potential is here, its just a matter of timing now ( and a little luck ) lol (I look at it this way, if I miss the next run-up its better than getting tied up here for another 6 months, .01 is surely compelling though ) gl
I think you should re-read my post. I did not say the person or persons selling at a loss was " smart money ". I said do they know something ?.... probably not. IMO smart money, and by that I mean the patient ones who have NO emotional ties to sivc will wait till the er to invest. As far as a co's " fundamental " value ? Thats a word that can't buy you anything, the only value that matters is the real value which is what someone's willing to pay for the stock. One must know the history of this co and its management to understand why its been beaten down. I know it do you ? And I wasn't comfortable with my investment and bailed @ .021, and according to some " newbies " was a big mistake lol I plan to buy back, just waiting until I think the time is right, and I won't get off this board but thanks for asking. gl with your investment
Just wondering, if you are so confident that this is true, why did you pull your buy order of .012 ? Seems like a bargain.. ...no ?? What you hope for and what you really think will happen sometimes gets blurred..... can you read this ?
A little advice, and its free, do your homework before you start pumping, the last pumper lasted 3 days here never to be heard of again ( frankiy ) lol Seriously, whoever dumped today must have taken a loss, you have to ask yourself...did he know something ? My guess is not, but smart money says wait until the er, this thing could go either way, my money says they disappoint, again. That'll be the time to buy. gl
lol On the playground maybe, I'm a little past that stage. You ask if its worth it ? I can't place a value on the anger felt when one is lied to and cheated. I do know that experts say holding your anger in is not healthy. You have a check-up lately ?
The " taking my gloves off " is just an expression of someone thats angry about being ripped off. The only thing that was shoved in your face was the truth, but since you are wealthy and don't need the money it doesn't seem to bother you as much. Good for you. The fact is, and always will be that Jim Bickel, a 69 yr old man who's been in this biz for over 40 yrs knew what the r/s would do to us and did it anyway. He did it to benefit himself, and I believe that will be verified very soon. The so-called LONGS are what killed this stock anyway, most of them bailed and took their lumps. But you guys go on blaming the flippers, lol most flippers won't touch this for obvious reasons. Stevie Wonder could see whats going on here.. really. And this statement, " The market does what the market wants to do and nothing that you or I can do will change it " doesn't even apply here, the market is booming and sivc would be too with honest management.
I don't want to put you on the spot, and if you don't respond I fully understand but here goes, Did you get a response yet ? I just wanted to see if all the " responses " jived. gl, I know you're one of the " honest " posters here.
Scoobey, thats one way to look at it. Another way would be to stand back and look at the " whole " picture. I don't really think there's 40 old longs that can afford to track s3 anymore. As far as the flippers, I guess you're refering to me. lol IMO the sooner some of you guys wake up to what the reality of s3's history is and trade it as such you'll be a lot better off. BTW, you welcomed ole Frankiy to the board, might as well say good bye cause he's off pumping somewhere else already. I personally think its pathetic how a few of you guys treat the posters here, its almost funny....if you think being taken is funny....just remember, co's that operate like s3 create this atmosphere, some win and some lose, but LONGS don't have a chance. You can mark this post, just like frankiy boy marked my other one, and watch as I slowly take my money back......it was stolen ya know.... THE GLOVES ARE OFF.
I haven't heard those rumours, I was just wondering what you expect to see in the 10k ? I see another big disappointment, I also see the stock tumbling. tia
Well, you got your price BG, quicker than I thought. I will wait a while, I'm thinking .01, trouble is the upcoming er, their had better be some improvement or it tumbles again. I'm not sure the gamble is worth it. gl
You'll get your price imo, the fluff today, although its is rounding up a few more sheep, won't hold. The agreement is nothing more than " intent " it could still fall through as other candidates did. I'm not implying it will, I'm just saying a lot can happen in 4-6 months. Getting this done will be a big plus, the potential is there, patience !
fwiw I've sent numerous e-mails asking questions, the " TOUGH " questions. One being why they decided to go with the r/s, especially after you reported back from the shldrs meeting it was a non-issue. I have gotten NO responsible answers. Another was regarding otc reinstatement, which was promised, again NO answer, I even tried to no avail to find out if they even filed to reinstate, I got NO answer ( really don't know if that was sent to the right agency ). The motives you say, as if your some kind of moral authority here, is simple in my case. I'm going to try to get my hard earned money back that I feel was stolen, you should feel the same way. As far as " bashing " this co lol thats so lame its pathetic. This co bashes itself, it doesn't need any help. Seriously, read this quickly because it'll get deleted, it seems you can insult me but any rebuttals disappear, learn how to trade. When was the last time you called anything right about this co ? case closed
That doesn't surprise me, not one bit. You think both ? lol
If you remember correctly I was telling the positives, right up until the r/s. That did it, and if it didn't do it for you, you're in the wrong game. Potential ? yes, as far as trading. Will it go up ? It has to settle first, what will drive it next ? I think I know but since I'm an basher here I'll keep it to myself. The co can have all the "potential" in the world, but once they clip you like they did here, its trading time. I do trade other stocks, what I do concerning this one is my biz. Worry about yours. anyway, gl, I mean that
Thats what you do son, sell on an bogus rally, then buy it back when it sinks. Its all a matter of what you think its worth. Show me ten posts where I said s3 had no booth at the conference. That a lie. I question why they weren't on the list. The co is not hopeless, but you are... you don't have a clue as to what you're doing, you haven't been right about ANYTHING concerning s3 yet. lol It must be hard being you. lol btw, I still have your messages, you know when you bashed the co. Want to read them ? Watch me trade out of this newbie, and take notes.
Its called trading oil, you should try it sometime. I already stated why I sold and that I will possibly buy back once this little snowflake floats back down to earth, and I see its almost there lol so I guess I was right wasn't I ? We were snookered here pal, the sooner you admit it, put the pom poms away and get to trading the sooner you can quit worrying about everyone else. I take it you didn't load up at a penny, why ? Because you are as leery of these guys as everyone else, only you choose to say it in private... don't you ? I might not get out of this clean, but I'll go down swinging... and I won't blame the other posters for my losses, will you ??
You know the old saying " be carefull what you wish for... " lol This is interesting in the sense its holding up this well imo. I've been fooled before though, I will sit tight, better to miss it than jump to soon. PATIENCE !! GL
Well then mark # 4240 too. I saw the bottom also ( finally ), my disagreement with you is whether it continues or falls back. It could go either way depending on future prs, but I'm betting on the latter. There's still some " uncomfortable " facts on the horizon I'm afraid. We shall see. gl
Check my posts, my sentiment towards this ceo and the b/s he's pulled has never wavered. You surprise me with that statement, I thought you had more class than that. I always tell it like it is, I'll pump when its worthy, not to lure people into a stock. But thats me.
The chart ? The chart screams alright. Its been screaming for a while. Fact is the pps didn't straighten up untill the Newsletter was released and a few pumpathons began. Explain that to the herd of sheep you're rounding up when you cut and run. With no follow-up to the newsletter, and I mean soon, it falls down.... timmbeerrrrrrrrr.....
Sorry, but I don't agree. The mistake I made was buying it in the first place and trusting what management was feeding us. Holding was out of the question, you have to take advantage of these little moves, they're far and in between with this baby. glty
I see the potential too, its a shame the co had to rob us blind as they continue to grow. Sorry, flipping is the only way imo to return my money to its rightfull owner. To each his own they say. gl
An honest opinion, something thats rare on this board. You buying at this level ?
imo there's more investors wanting out of this that want in. Its the changing of the guard, a new group of potential bagholders. I'd be carefull pumping at this point in time. gl
You need legs to run Dealer, I didn't think they were there. Keep an eye on this, I think the Abaxis approval is very close, I want to try to be in before they announce. It moved to .000166 pre split, then fizzled, but at least its starting to be noticed. I'm ready for round two lol gl
I bailed @ .021, I wasn't impressed by the newsletter, nothing but rehashed news once again. I will buy back hopefully @ .01, and soon I think. glta
Sloth, why do you think they changed their mind regarding the r/s ? tia
You never know Holter, he's going on 70 yrs old, its a stretch but I'm thinking he's getting close, seems as if he doesn't care anymore..... all the signs are there. gl
Holter, what is done is done. What happened here would have never been changed by " talking to management " Had they cared about the shrhldrs we wouldn't even be discussing this. IMO certain posters here have been used by sivc's pr dept, and I think they would agree ( since their correspondence resulted in them buying more shrs ). Our only hope is that they can eventually fool new investors just like they fooled us. Its a vicious cycle, I just hope it keeps going lol Flippers don't want it, it doesn't MOVE, investors don't want it, YOU CAN'T TRUST MANAGEMENT, longs don't want it, THEY KNOW MANAGEMENT LOL This will take time, a long time, a change in management is what we need. GL
Although I think the answers won't be what we all want to hear, its time to get all this out and behind us. Its painfully obvious why the 150/1 took place, and it wasn't to attract new investors lol Talk about insulting ones intelligence, that was lame. Bickel sure seems to be totally disconnected with investors, or he just doesn't care. Too many of these kinds of co's depend on drawing " new " money in and the h with the longs. Timing and LUCK is crucial when playing these stocks, most of the dd you can throw out the door. Thanks for your effort.
I think if the answers you seek were favorable to srhldrs, the volume would already be there. The fact that hours are spent trying to uncover the " good " news speaks for itself. I pulled my order, the selling might be over but I don't look for any real upturn until some major news is released, one of which is otc reinstatement another would be a change in management. The tough questions still haven't been answered, and probably won't. Some of you say " I don't care that we are on the pinks " thats a foolish statement. OTC reinstatement will double or triple this, just as pinkys crippled it. jmo
" Oh btw buster. Great DD in getting a response from Abaxis. They are actually involved with S3 " I think you're being sarcastic, but I was beginning to wonder as abaxis never mentions s3, sino, or China. I still find that strange. I stand by my statements too, Jim Bickel killed this stock with all the b/s he pulled and thats a fact. It will take some time to bring flippers, traders, investors ect back into this stock, and that timeframe could be greatly reduced should Jimbo retire. I think a retirement party is in order ? btw, my order is in for .01, I think we've actually bottomed, and there's only one way out of this.... PUT YOUR MONEY WHERE YOUR MOUTH IS.
Have another cup and look it up, you obviously need something to do. lol
Don't you know a joke when you see one ? I do.
Its not all Bickels fault, the negative sentiment on this board is responsible for about 60 % of the slide lol I'm still waiting for the otc update, the co doesn't seem to want to address this......that and the r/s accounts for the other 40 %. You reap what you soe lol PLEASE RETIRE MR. BICKEL
One can only imagine where we would be had it not been for the two major setbacks ( I won't mention them by name lol ) I really wish Jim Bickel would retire, that would be the quickest way to give this co a fresh start. Hot dog stir-fry anyone ?
Ameritrades streamer doesn't show the correct bid/ask. Check pinksheets.com to see whats actually going on. Another fringe benifit of being on pinks. ( I think Ameritrade's working on providing level 2 for pinks )
Its been said here and on other boards that, in order to obtain sfda approval in China, one needs a local face. I've often wondered if Sino Uje is considered that in China. SINO UJE, Ltd. is a multinational company founded by Masamichi Tamada of Japan and Chris Bickel of the USA. SINO UJE, Ltd. distributes high technology products to the China market that are designed and produced in the USA, Japan, and Europe. Founded by an American and a Japanese, not exactly the " Chinese " connection that we think......could this be holding things up ? I think so.
From now on I don't believe anything until I personally check it out. Another fact, Abaxis products were shown at the cmef show, I still don't understand why abax didn't pr this but I'm now a believer. Subject: RE: cmef pharm show
Dear Mr./Ms:
Yes, Abaxis products were shown at the China International Medical Equipment Fair. Sino Uje is the Abaxis distributor for China.

I had to hear it from Abaxis, I was beginning to doubt everything this co has told us. Subject: RE: s3/ china
Dear Mr./Ms.
Please refer to the Abaxis website and select Investor Relations for assistance with buying stock. You may also find the latest Abaxis news by reading the press releases here. I believe S3 Investments & Sino Uje are joint ventures. However, our distribution agreement is with Sino Uje. You may also log on to www.sinouje.com Are you familiar with the requirements for doing business in China? It is quite a cumbersome process.
