I'm not familiar with AIM, someone here said its comparable with our AMEX. I'm wondering how they will meet their guidelines for qualifications since they received the " stop sign " on pink-sheets.com ? Any ideas ?
You say " A poster "december" has posted earlier today on the board a bunch of good stuff is happening with the company, so I would expect to see some prs soon " this poster has done the same on other boards always meeting with management and promising good things. I asked him yesterday WHO exactly he had breakfast with and got NO answer. If you want the truth about some of these posters, check their history, the game unravels quickly. IMO this promised good news doesn't come soon, this sees .10 and you can book it.
Thanks but my question was WHO did you meet with. Was it Nicolas Matossian ?
Thats interesting, who was it exactly that you had breakfast with ? IR ? You must be a big player, not everyone can meet with so many co's, how do you do it ? tia
Rumours will create volume, and thats great should the news arrive...but... its a double edged sword, no news, pps drops, its that simple, rumours are worthless.
Rebelgirl, I apologize for the eag reference, that was un-called for. We all have our trades we would like to forget. That was one of mine lol.
A lot of shrs were sold...yes ?
I disagree, this could go either way this week. The acummulation is nothing but a few gamblers making a bet. I am interested in facts, like what news do you expect this week ? Don't get me wrong, I like what I see here, but wishfull thinking doesn't appeal to me. I wanta reason to buy Tuesday morning, I don't relate to mindless pumping,( rampant on these boards ) just make your case...ok?

LCOL - .22 x .23 - cranking into the close here ladies and gentlemen.
Big moneyflow and momentum spike in the last hour and news is expected next week.
JUst wondering, what " news " are you expecting ?
Most pennys are dead, especially pinkys with a stop sign affixed to the symbol ( pinksheets.com ) traders have wized up to these scam co's, get in and get out, and hope you don't get stuck... or invest in a real co.
Never
Eric, I see DNNI received the coveted " stop sign " rating on pinksheets.com That is not helping matters here coupled with the lack of any new merger news. Do you believe this ceo will ever get his act together and start providing more co info ?
Its called doing dd and telling it like it is Mook, you call it stirring up trouble, I call it saving my $$. To each his own I guess.
And how would you know that ? Scare tactics are for the weak and they're long gone, why don't you join em ? Pathetic you are...
Try that again, this time with a little EMOTION ! lol Only thing this week that puts some life into this one is the resignation of the CEO, one can only wish......
Makes sense to focus on new investors, most old longs are tapped out. ( finacially and mentally ) this co will do that to you lol These interviews seem to be a waste of time and money, I would hope they are at least bringing in interest of some traders, even if they aren't buying now. I think its a double within 2 months, that will be realized in due time. jmo
Got a link for that Frank ? tia
Give it a break pal, todays pr was ignored because it contained nothing new. You say " if nobody buys SIVC stock...it will not go up " lol When the right pr is released, it will go up...might not stay up but it will go up from this level. JMO and one more thing, most pink sheet traders could care less about co fundamentals, they board the train and jump off asap, that will happen in due time with sivc, the trick will be getting off when the doors open and not getting trampled. Investors, if their really is any, don't want to hear this, but J.B. has created this situation, you have to deal with it. glty also
I'm just checking your pulse Robert, its good for you to vent once in a while....you might try it out on the ones holding your money. I think a disclaimer should accompany your opinion, something like " I've haven't been right about this stock ever " instead of constantly giving others false hope, you know, tell it like it is for once. My condition is one of honesty, not a shell-shocked long who can't face reality. Thanks for the medical advice though, I'll file it with all your other pumps.
That medical experience and license doesn't qualify you giving stock advice either, try to separate the two. I don't care if your Chinese, live there, visit, or anything else, it doesn't mean squat as far as trading this stock. NOTHING!
So don't bother now Doc. I'm worried Holter takes your comments way to seriously, you like to paint a pretty picture, trouble is you're batting 0 with this co. Get your new seih license plate yet ?
The truth is everyone's getting paid, except the poor shrhldrs. As far as " working so hard " ....its amusing to me that anyone here seems to think they " know " the individuals running this co. or how much their income is. Its this kind of blind faith that costs investors dearly, you think J.B. isn't making a healthy living ? Think again.
" The way I see it the problem is not the reverse splits but that companies of this type are usually worthless " True, all I'm saying is the two come hand in hand, especially in penny-land. I agree the pr's were misleading, I'll also add that the pr dept. is and has been worthless. I think J.B. has to realize by now the damage that has been done by all the b/s to date.... question is does he care ? I think in the next month or two that question will be answered, the real problem now for most longs is you have to double or triple down to have a chance of getting even... and its hard to bet on these guys. gl
I'm not sure what we disagree on, the r/s is the kiss of death to 99% of otc or pink sheet stocks. Thats why timing is so important when trading these cash burners. Its also the reason I don't want to be in any of these stocks longer than I have too. To be honest with you, you and several others on this board seem way to intelligent to even be messing with these kinds of co's, but I'm betting it won't happen again. I'm just betting it goes up from here... we will see. glty
Here's a pretty good explanation of the dreaded r/s. Just the mention of the word can ( rumour ) tank most of these " quality " stocks. http://moneycentral.msn.com/content/P32972.asp Holter, the trouble started when seih slipped to pink sheets. That could have been cleaned up with a return to otc in a timely fashion. Many otc traders, believe it or not, won't touch pinks. Say what you want about flippers, but you take them out of the equation and it just makes thing worse. " How do you spell relief " you say. They have to shore up the financing and somehow quit the dilution. Then complete the first of 3 rto's, that will do wonders for investor confidence AND give hope that the other 2 are alive and well. Throw in a abaxis announcement and you'll soon see these internet pump-a-thons spring up. You have to start somewhere. gl
All this is true, the funny thing about pinkys is that all it'll take is the long awaited abaxis deal to finalize and just one rto to close, and you are looking at an easy double @ todays sp, jmo
" The problem is not the reverse split but the fact that many companies that do them continue to dilute " I think its a perfectly rational reaction, 90% of the time the two go hand and hand. The other 10% are co's using the r/s to stay complient with board regs, a sure sign of weakness. Either way the r/s is going to cost you money, that combined with all the other hoopla surrounding this stock was fatal. There's an old saying, buy it when nobody wants it.....well ,I think we've arrived. gl
I think its time, so I'm buying @ .0055 , why ?? I think its bottomed, this time for good. gl
My, my... I think you should take your own advice, and quit flip-flopping. Why does everyone blame the negative sentiment of shrhlrs for the sp tanking.... the sp tanking CREATES negative sentiment, and J.B. and his management team are solely responsible for that.
I wonder how many were sold ? Since he very easily could have said the amount and didn't , I would guess its a lot, and soon will be ALL. Scooby will have to update this " Redwood Capital currently holds 90,722 shares of Fushi Int'l, Inc. as an investment:
It didn't open untill 6/6 << EastBridge Investment Group (OTCBB: EBIG) announced today that the National Association of Securities Dealers (NASD) approved the Company's common stock for trading on June 6 on the over the counter bulletin board under the symbol "EBIG." The stock traded 63,697 shares yesterday and closed at $.20 per share >> I think it opened at .25, it couldn't have tanked that much in a day, unless they announced a r/s already lol
I can see the similarities, since 6/7 ebig has tanked 0ver 65%, I think it opened @ .25. Aside from that it reminds me of sivc, minus all the baggage. They do pay a dividend though, you need it with that one. lol
You forgot one - " I AM STARVING FOR ATTENTION " lol you're welcome for the $20.00 , go somewhere, get out of the house for a bit...
It seems to be good policy when this co doesn't provide the details to assume the worse. Same when they don't answer tough questions in a timely fashion. ( scoobs list - post 4865 ) That way you won't be disappointed, and might get a bonus should they actually do something to benefit the shrhldrs.
Its these kinds of statements by IR that simply amaze me. " The company plans to release its third quarter numbers, and they are expected within the next few days " this was on the 21st of May, 1 month ago. I wonder what the holdup is ? No pun intended.
You must have one h-ll of a hangover, or you were typing with gloves on..lol
What I'm trying to figure out is how low will it go ? The key imo is whether or not they close the second rto, ( Dalian Chuming or Shandong Green Paper ) Should anything fall through, it'll send a strong signal to " beware ". They close an rto, and its off to the races. Its that simple. I'm thinking .005 , because of the time frame.. you guys crunching numbers, that phase is over, everyone here knows the bum running this show has no heart and sold us down the river. But every dog has its day, this pup is close to the bottom imo , now , can they close # 2 ? Thats the million dollar question. I'm going to really have to think about this..... gl
Now who would be dumping shrs at this price ? hmmm Must be someone who didn't pay for them. Any guesses ?
Nothing is wrong with that, I said once and for all it would be nice to get it ALL out. With a list of concerns like you sent in the longer they don't get answered the more the suspicions grow... something this stock doesn't need . So , did you get a response yet ? Whether you believe it or not, a post raising those types of questions , especially if unanswered by the co , could put a red flag up to potential " new " buyers. And that is the problem right now..." new " money coming in here. jmo
This was a very good list of questions, I was just wondering if you got a response yet ? Once and for all it would benefit every long here if some of this was put to rest. You say " see if I get an answer to my questions " If you don't , aren't you in a way helping to further the sp slide ? tia
