Anything 'could' happen...
That twitter feed tweets something like 30-40 penny-stock 'rumor pumps' every day, similar to a bot.
And each of the tweets includes #hashtags of a dozen or so unrelated penny stocks.
The purpose is purely designed to show up in twitter feeds & searches, google searches, etc. These are typically paid-for PRs & pumps, that individual companies can claim to have no knowledge of.
I'm guessing you ALREADY know this. For those new to these things, I suggest you read thru that feed, and look at corresponding stocks to determine whether it's effective or not. How many times does it say "such and such garbage sub-penny is gonna be on cnbc, or mad money" etc? Does that ever happen. Actually no.
But HEY! We know rumors make the BEST PUMPs, and are MUCH MORE EFFECTIVE than the years-old 'news' and websites and reviews small shareholders often post here, so bulls have that going for them.
Anyway, as mentioned here & previously: Anything could happen, and while $dollar-volume & trading volume have fallen to new lows, ONCI could be RIPE for some kind of bounce.
If it happens, I highly recommend folks have a plan, and trade 'em well.
Good luck.
Check your buy-in date(s). Read msgs from around that time.
If you like charts, look at msgs at various interesting times to see what opinions were being provided to you.
We can all learn from this; I know I have in the past. [For ex, one thing I learned is once I'm IN, it's ALL ABOUT PRICE & VOLUME ACTION and NEVER ABOUT the "company", or fundamentals but you may learn something different]
Stocks get hot, msg boards get hot. Something gets a new buyer's attention. Go back and read what got YOUR attention then.
Look at what your favorite or least-favorite posters were saying.
Try to figure out who cost you money. Where did that money go?
Unaudited John, we know that.
Berman made a big deal about having EOY audit 2017. Then he pulled the rug and made excuses why he couldn't complete the audit.
Possibly been promised again since then, but to be honest I stopped paying attention to Berman's promises.
If he hasn't made a claim yet about 2019 being audited, I expect him to make that claim eventually.
I'll believe it when I see it. I may even re-join the longs if I think there's a legit reason to.
Just waiting for any reason to appear.
"Message Boards are not due diligence."
STICKY PLEASE!
Consider adding:
"Buyers should fully understand companies that report unverified financial statements prevent ANY PROPER DD being performed. Buyer Beware!"
That would be good, and helpful to folks who confuse trades with long-term investments.
"it is not audited - at least i know were they stand"
well that's the rub isn't it?
HOW DO YOU KNOW ANYTHING IF IT'S JUST BERMAN'S WORD? You can believe him, apparently everyone here does.
I'm kinda curious why you believe him.
ANY STOCK can go up or down, regardless of verified financials or good or bad business.
ONCI can clearly go up, & maybe it'll have another monster run. Doesn't have to have verifiable financials for that. No stock needs them to run. But to be a sound investment, you kinda gotta know what's real.
So, the ONLY argument you can make is: Steve's a genius running a highly profitable but highly secretive enterprise w/ monster potential that only a select few know about here on this board. Sure he's made a few communication errors... but 'genius' & 'highly profitable' and we're the 'select few' so 'slap the ask here at the cheap'.
Believe what & who you want, and be happy w/ your decisions.
But lack of any real buying of ONCI shares when everything is supposedly SO GOOD should make new investors think twice.
We have NO WAY OF KNOWING whether it's a good investment here. I know I wrote alot and my msg may have been muddled. sorry.
Unverified financials means everything in your post is possibly true, or possibly make-believe. You CAN'T KNOW. Daily $dollar trading volume indicates NONE of it is anywhere near true, but we just can't know.
But of course you can still trade it; buy low and sell higher, or however you trade. But don't buy it, and then let it take your hard-earned money, and then bitch about 'bears', or 'bashers' on msg boards.
WHY DID YOU BUY IT? For an investment, based on un-verified numbers some anonymous poster on a msg board convinced you to believe? Because they claim to have some kind of inside-knowledge of Berman, or his past?
An interesting 5 min exercise for longs would be to go back to when you first bought shares, read the msg board then, and try to understand why you listened to some folks and ignored others.
Why move to Colorado? Can't find it
Going thru filings again, looking for the REASON to move, or re-domicile in Colorado.
I know it has been stated many times, why ONCI hasn't been able to execute this plan, and also that several important items might DEPEND on this plan, but I'm trying to figure out the importance of it?
WHY does Berman want to re-domicile in Colorado? What advantages does it offer ONCI?
Anyone know, or can point me to specific page number in a filing?
I want to understand the sound business logic behind it so that I don't jump to some stupid conclusion (like, if it were invented as an excuse to prevent things from happening, or held out as a marketing carrot to excite investors that 'things were happening' or whatever).
Thanks!
"Stock prices respond to supply and demand."
How is it possible, that a company with so much going for it, only traded $10,000 worth of stock today?
HOW IS THAT POSSIBLE, if anything the bulls say is REMOTELY true.
How is it possible, that ONLY folks on this msg board are smart enough to 'see the future'?
Where are ANY of the folks who do 'real business' w/ the company? Why wouldn't ANY OF THEM INVESTIGATE and buy the hell out of shares, if they know that based on actual recurring business this stock should be selling for 10 - 20 times higher?
Why isn't there ANY SMART MONEY IN THIS? All these supposed deals and partners and blah blah blah but the 'word on the street' appears to be, 'no interest'. Why?
THIS is why I find it hard to believe anything positive about the business. Sure the stock may have a run. Geez I hope so, for those who have been duped into believing.
"You CANNOT DO DD on UN-verifiable financials."
Just to finish that thought:
Stocks w/ unverified financials, AND stocks w/ VERIFIED financials that are losing money CAN AND DO GO UP. They can have monster runs, based on hype & hope.
You can trade successfully all sorts of stocks, regardless of their sketchy financial reporting or current business prospects. Many do.
Stock prices respond to supply and demand. My arguments re ONCI, made repeatedly on this board:
1. Believe nobody who claims 'inside knowledge' - they may not be lying, just passing on somebody else's lies.
2. You can't perform real DD on un-audited financials. You JUST CAN'T.
3. doesn't mean ONCI can't have runs, sure it can
4. if you understand 1 & 2, and you want to take advantage of 3 then wait for ANY SIGN of a run occurring. THEN pile on, and have an immediate plan to scale out as it moves in your favor, or cut & run before the bastards take too much of your hard-earned money.
Or 'just slap the ask' and 'buy more here at the cheap' while 'confidence is at an all time high!' and hope for the best, because 'christmas is coming soon!'
Ahh... thanks.
Wonder why they would get a 'lawyer letter'? Does it get addressed to your screen name, in care of IHUB?
That would be fun, because then your lawyer in Defense could demand some verifiable proof that you're wrong.
'Discovery' would be eye-opening.
2 things I've learned while studying ONCI.
Accounting & Law just don't seem to be taught much in school nowadays.
"Also the bears..."
I've said several times, I know it sucks to lose money. I've been there.
But if you EVER find yourself believing the guys who blame 'bears', or 'bashers' or 'shorts', then you make yourself an easy mark for pumpers, and promoters, and amateurs who bull sub-penny garbage on msg boards.
Clearly nobody listens to me, or any others who have attempted to warn folks off this stock. They listen to those who hold themselves out as EXPERTS on ONCI's business and future.
Berman, and his apostles. Repeated daily calls to trust Berman and buy more, because of their 'DD'.
You CANNOT DO DD on UN-verifiable financials.
If you are long, because somebody convinced you you should be, ... well, maybe it's time to stop listening to them.
Trade your way out of the hole best you can, but don't put emotional effort into BELIEVING the bull story, at least until there's a reason to believe.
Good luck.
"still green... and still adding." Green at 2 yr lows? AND still adding? Nice, tho nobody believes it.
"Christmas is not far off and I expect Santa will be generous this year." Xmas is actually quiet a way off, but nobody's surprised you think that or that you believe in Berman, I mean Santa.
"Ever heard of buying the dip? Not every week. Take a look at the chart history."
Many of us here actually DO KNOW how to trade, and I thank you for your tip. But I was replying to the guy who claimed to be up 3% which was clearly impossible as he's ALSO claimed to be buying nearly EVERY WEEK since he joined the board when share price was well over .003
That's why I suggested you take a look at CHAT history, not chart history.
Keep buying that dip on false or unverified info you see on msg boards.
It IS POSSIBLE ONCI will possibly have another run, as sub-penny garbage stocks occasionally do. I hope you have a plan in place when it happens.
"By my estimate..."
Well that's GOOD ENOUGH FOR ME!
"The lawyer letter warning went out last week to PC and his zomby."
Does anybody understand this? Who or what is PC? Is that an ONCI competitor or something?
Why are some posts on this board so difficult to understand?
How can I make any informed investment decisions on ONCI if the board is full of these random 'coded' posts?
Where's the beef?
Can anyone point me to some verified financial data on ONCI so I can attempt some actual DD?
Thanks!
"STEVE BERMAN is not gonna have any 'verifiable deals' unless it's his plea agreement with the SEC and DOJ for securities fraud and wire fraud."
Thanks for that, whether it happens or not you got big LOL out of me.
No way no how .0014 basis.
I've gone thru 1 yr of posts, some guys have claimed to be buying every week since May '18, starting at .0037
I believe the initial buys, I don't believe all the subsequent buys, so I repeat: no way no how .0014 basis.
Clearly nobody is 'up 3%' when they've claimed to be buying every week over the past yr as mentioned...
Seems some folks figure if Berman can get away w/ saying anything and folks believing it, maybe they'll try it.
I'm pretty confident this board sees thru the growing lies here.
"The bears were fooled big time...Hopefully lesson learned...LOL...The longs are the big winners here!"
Yeah, clearly.
Seems like a LOT of folks got suckered into this beginning May 2018 when one of the biggest posters on the board started promoting the stock here and all over IHUB.
You can go back to May 2018 and see those posts like:
'glad I got in today at perfect timing'
'this will skyrocket soon. BUY AND HIDE!'
'now the time is right to get in at the cheap'
Etc, all from May '18, starting when price was .0037.
So, bulls and promoters have been playing this game for a LONG time.
I know I'd rather read posts that try to get to the heart of the issues here.
I'd rather NOT read posts that make every effort to get newbs and others to throw good money after bad.
Why NOT WAIT for a sign that ANYTHING is real w/ this company? Alternatively, why not wait for share price and volume to prove itself by moving in the right direction?
Remind me the name of the accounting firm that's had a good look at the latest financials.
I can't find it. For some OTC companies I couldn't care less - hell if the share price is moving in the RIGHT direction then it's all good right? I mean who cares!
But when share price can't get off it's ass, while Berman tweets MONSTER revs and profits and deals and contracts and blah blah blah that suggest if ANY OF IT WERE TRUE then there would CERTAINLY BE SOME SMART MONEY BUYING THIS, well then... you understand my concern, right?
Penny scams run up and down on hype & msg boards.
BUT ONCI IS SUPPOSED TO BE A REAL BUSINESS; why isn't SMART MONEY [don't make me explain] ALL-IN on this stock?
Why is daily $dollar-volume so pathetic? Is it because only a select few really clever retail traders on this board know about this hidden gem? Is that why we need to make a 'hot board' - to attract more retail dupes?
OK... if that's your thesis
Mostly I just post replies, in an effort to clarify whether ONCI is worth buying.
So many promotional posts = so many replies & questions.
I'm glad you find my posts interesting, there's so much garbage & promo and repeated copy/pastes on this board I try to keep it 'fresh'.
I'm aware Berman has tweeted that there's such a thing as 'paid bashers' on this board, and more than once somebody has insinuated I personally am part of some 'team'. I'm highly doubtful of anything Berman tweets ever, and I can assure you I'm not part of any 'team' here.
Penny stock scams are nearly 100% of the time on the part of promoters. Now, those who promote ONCI appear pretty amateur, so I'm guessing they're not professionals.
Regardless, just yesterday it was suggested [again] that somebody thinks the SEC should be involved.
I'd welcome that. An SEC investigation would force an audit, and answer EVERYONE'S questions, so sure, let's do that.
Who's discussing share count? Nobody even mentioned it as far as you know.
I asked when is the move to Colorado?
Don't forget:
"It's the OTC, everyone knows to only invest what they can afford to lose!"
[if only]
#teamBerman
"Cool off and take it easy. Things will be just fine here at ONCI. There is no place to go but up from this bottom level. Just buy and hold and let it ride"
There it is, if you're considering buying, or unsure what to do with existing shares: Cool off, no place to go but up, buy and hold and let it ride.
So nice, so easy. Comforting to hear it again and again.
Oh c'mon, half of that is just made up.
Can you go line-by-line and explain what he's put on there? Nobody can. It's in his head.
Why would you sticky it? What is factually useful about it?
Inb4 somebody says, "it's in the fins!"
"If it go up i will stop saying SCAM"
Well you said it WAS a scam so if it goes up would you call it a "successful scam"?
And because it has been going down, does that make it an "unsuccessful scam"?
You're not being very clear: it's either a scam or not a scam.
Honestly I think it's VERY HARD TO KNOW without some kind of verifiable info - A REAL AUDIT by a REAL ACCOUNTING FIRM would settle this once and for all.
Just imagine how rich Berman would be if his numbers are true and he was able to prove that, rather than just tweet it, or get his lawyer buddy to wordsmith some slap-dash paperwork for him?
How much higher would ONCI share price be? 10x higher? 20x higher? Gee, he'd sure be doing his shareholders a MONSTER solid if he just expensed a few bucks on this ONE ITEM.
Until then, we can't do anything that approaches actual DD, so calling ONCI a scam is just a guess.
I'm disappointed I haven't made the top 5 pages of posters yet, but hey, as is so often said on this board...
"there's nowhere to go but up!"
"SCAM will never change"
Can you explain why you think ONCI is a scam?
There are a TON of promotional posts on this board that clearly make the case that Berman is a brilliant businessman and needs to be listened to, and believed. We should ignore share price, and "buy at the cheap" because "confidence is at all time highs!".
Oncifuture, I think you should believe in onci's future.
Many posters have been claiming for a long time that share price has nowhere to go but up! So I'm confused, what is the scam?
"I don't know who stickied Dewms post ... Good point tho"
Should sticky the one that explains why the share price got cut in 1/2 recently.
I don't understand that particular post, but it sounds knowledgable, and I think it would help shareholders going forward to understand why price moves as it does.
[it's possible I don't understand it because it doesn't make sense, in which case maybe don't sticky it - I sometimes can't tell what's considered important here]
"You also forgot to mention it’s down 50% from 3 months ago and you forgot to mention it’s down 99% from two years ago. "
But that's silly, who would continue to hold a stock that craters anywhere near that much?
"How did the Tag Team do today!!! LOL,,,,,"
Does everyone on this board speak in tongues, or code or something?
Plain english on the board please:
What are you referring to, exactly? Why not just be clear?
Hard to discuss the company or stock price performance with such varied language, plus it gets weird if everything is an inside joke or something.
Please clarify your post, rather than just posting more of the same and filling the board w/ nonsense.
Help me John: what's this post about?
Uhhmm... so that explains share price movement during that period?
Is there a different theory to explain share price movement from say May 2018 when that poster joined this board? Or say from the climax move in Sep 2017 until cratering in early 2018?
I guess I still don't understand, but I thank you for your efforts again John.
I do understand the 50% down requires 100% up to get back to even part.
Pump was running strong May 2018 above .003, I remember it well.
To be fair those who suffered thru last fall have had opportunities to correct any mistakes made previously, but amidst all the hype I think maybe greed kicks in, and folks start believing they're awesome stock pickers rather than just lucky.
I've been there. We're all just lucky. And when you get some good luck take it when it's offered and don't look back.
Can somebody who understands this post please make the point more clearly for the rest of us please.
"This SCAM will never break .004 for next 2 years"
Never say never. I don't recall ever referring to ONCI as a scam, tho I've made it clear I'm unhappy w/ opaque nature of the business and financials; we're all supposed to 'just believe' Berman or those who tell us constantly to buy in the face of declining share price.
But some of the biggest runners on OTC have been scams. So whether ONCI is legit or not, anything can happen to share price.
In the absence of verifiable financials, I'm forced to wait for some other sign of life.
Of course we could all just 'buy at the cheap' while 'confidence is at all time high!' but those who have been around, have seen 'cheap' get cheaper, and 'confidence' disappear, so we wait for something to actually happen...
Well, if it's going to .01 by 'end of summer' don't you think there might be a 'buy-signal' of some sort along the way that might bring in "those who aren't buying down here"?
I've posted multiple times what signals I use, here and on Mary's board,
I have no idea what buy signals are flashing on ONCI here, but would be interested in hearing your opinion:
What signal do you have? Anyone else feel free to chime-in, possibly we can all learn something.
"Would these be considered abusive tactics under Rule 10b-5?"
I'm familiar w/ 10b-5, but no idea what you're referring to w/ this? This is typically used to prosecute insider-trading...
"After the DOJ finishes the criminal case, the SEC files a civil suit."
Who do you think would fear a 'criminal case' here, or SEC investigation?
What's your point in re to ONCI? Please clarify for all so that we can understand your cryptic posts.
Any kind of SEC investigation wouldn't bother me in the slightest, but I can't imagine how that would help the stock?
Again, please clarify your point, otherwise why even post?
John I nominate you to update the INFO page on this stock. You appear to make an honest effort to provide info.
I don't think the job would be too big, as most of the stuff posted above can be tossed-out as it's either old & out of date, or just factually incorrect.
Posting facts should keep it pretty concise.
And this one looks like a typical Berman enterprise...
But again, how could we POSSIBLY KNOW? Geez, even the folks who SPEAK TO BERMAN and share all their inside-info and post sticky's and craft the ENTIRE FRONT PAGE (all the 'info' above) can't post the correct sites...
Again John, thanks for your efforts. It really shouldn't be this hard to find FACTS, and I'm guessing you'll agree.
