Chrisbaskett: I think Ice was referring to DNAP R/S 1:20 instead of 1:10(though that wasn't much of a surprise to me), what are you referring to?
Real nice end of day comeback..considering the earlier steep drop.
Ha! Maybe you're right chrisbaskett. (EOM)
Wow...I'm like such a psychic. NOT!!!
I wondered if they were wording the R/S of 1:10 vs 1:20 to try to dangle hope that if we thought 1:10, it wouldn't hurt as much. I mean, why couldn't they just say 1:20, since we all pretty much figured it would be that much.
Question: Shouldn't there be a PR by now stating how much the R/S is going to be & a target date? I think at the meeting they said around a week they'd have the paper work ready to go. Then again we did have the holiday. Maybe it'll come out later this week...hence jever00's wacky NEWS predictions...*LOL*.
Could the 350K be leftover from Friday's last minute purchase?

That's good to hear. Do you carry Nicodrops at any of the actual stores?
Hee jever00...you need to quit! It is amusing I admit but I can see how quick your so-called NEWS announcements get annoying.
The Walgreen's I frequent always have two boxes on stock. Everytime I go in it's always two. Today I go in and there's only one box. I know it's not much in the grand scheme of things but it was cool to see a visual that maybe a box was sold.
What I'd love to see is a customer actually buying the product. I'd definitely engage in a conversation with that customer to find out if it works for them. But that would require me to hang out at Walgreen's all day. That's not realistic, obviously.

The article is from March 17th of last year but Chicago local news passed the story tonight. They may be one step closer to making this a reality, though it's getting lots of opposition. All I could think of after listening to the story and reading the article is that if they pass this law in Chicago, Nicodrops would sooo take off!
On the note of whether I got personal confirmation for myself that it works, unfortunately neither of the people I've given the product to have reported anything yet. I don't want to be pushy about it but it'd be nice to have personal validation that the product works.

Greg,
Thank you for your response. I'm curious. What would it take for Wal-Mart to consider adding a product such as Nicodrops? I'm sure there are other folks like myself that would be interested in purchasing it if it were readily available. Thanks in advance!
Done times two! (EOM)

I saw the OT: basher game at Raging Bull and participated by sending an inquiry to WalMart. Interesting idea! We'll see if anything comes of it.
Ah well, I'm off to Florida tonight so I won't be around until Monday.
I was wondering if anyone saw the Women's World advertisement. That's cool to hear. I was mixing it up with Women's Day. I looked through that magazine yesterday while trying to avoid anyone seeing me pick it up.
Regarding the info on that site, it's up to individuals to decide for themselves whether to venture into any given stock or not. A person should be able to read the information, do their own research, and then decide whether to take a chance or not, which you do even when purchasing MSFT. Nobody is putting a gun into anyone's head to buy any stock.
stakddek: Agreed. I'm curious about the math behind this deal. What is Trace bringing to the table? Any revenue stream? That'd be nice.
Wow...that must be quite exciting knowing that a simple email query is potentialing leading to a major relationship. Thanks for taking the time to be proactive.
Incidentally I split my box of Nicodrops between two different people, both non-smokers..*LOL*, who plan on giving it to their smoker friends. I hope they follow through and I can know for myself that the product actually works.
Wow. Hudson Group would be a huge coup if they indeed form a relationship with NCDP to sell their products. Hopefully it does come to fruitation.
Well tomorrow's the big day! Hopefully there are some good things going on in the pipeline, including talk about taking us off the pinks. I can't wait! Good luck all.
loch3: ITA. Hopefully management will at least wet our appetites with what that "SUPER NEWS" will be. You know, throw us a bone of anticipation.
altarboy: Umm, Nicodrops!! Just joking..
chrisbaskett: If I understood correctly, my impression is that the R/S won't happen for a few more months after the official vote goes through on the 23rd. If that's the case, there's still time for DNAP to release some blockbuster news to at least propel the stock to a quarter before then.
I'm trying to stay optimistic by the way. I admit it is a bit discouraging these days. But I'm in till the bitter or sweet, err bittersweet end.
Wow stakddek..very good question indeed.
Cryptic is his M.O. But it's cool...
From perusing the site ann provided, I concluded that it doesn't indicate in any way that DNAP is headed towards NYSE. See my previous post.

DNAP was listed on the New York NASDAQ list, which makes sense because even though it's on the OTC, it's considered part of NASDAQ. As to whether or not, the Iwebsharedealing folks recently added that stock as one their group can buy, from what I've read, I'm not sure.
The plot thickens... EOM
I finally saw the National Enquirer Ad. I think it's very noticeable right next to the Russell Crowe article. The nice thing is that the AD is near the front of the magazine as opposed to the back where all the quack psychics and other 1-900 crap ADs reside. I wonder how much NDCP paid for the AD and will it appear in subsequent weeks or just in the Cruise/Kidman issue.
Either way, I'm really excited about this investment. I can't wait until this time next year.
Is this really our CEO?

A link to the Nicodrops product on the weekly Walgreen's circular. It appears on Page 18:
http://weeklyad.walgreens.com/walgreens/default.aspx?action=browsepagesingle&storeid=2430241&...
Thanks kinger13! I'll be on the lookout for that issue.
The Enquirer that featured new AI Carrie on the cover didn't appear to have the Nicodrops AD.
I confirmed for myself that the Walgreen's near my job has Nicodrops. There were two boxes left. For the heck of it, I bought a box. I don't smoke myself but I'll see if I can convince some smokers I know to try it. Sometimes smokers (at least the diehard ones) get offended if you tell them of such products.
Thanks Chucker! Hee...I wish it were Florida. It was in a Chicago suburb. I was surprised to get just the warning. I figured the ticket would be $130 or something for being in a construction zone, not $375. Though we had a case last year where a worker was killed by a speeding driver, so that could be why the ticket prices were raised.
I was so grateful after the warning, I even shook the cop's hand.
OT:Totally unrelated to NCDP but I was pulled over by a cop today for going 12 miles over the speed limit in a construction zone area. Anyway a few minutes after he pulled me over and pulled my license, he came back and told me it was my lucky day! I think he was being called into something else. He added that the ticket would've cost me $375 (this is almost the same amount I later spent today on NCDP). Who knows? If this thing takes off, maybe the cop was right. Though I'll take not having to pay $375 for $200 dollars, Alex! *LOL*.
Ok. I'm in. Even though I don't like that it's in the pinks and the company hasn't mentioned any resolution plans, the potential seems huge. Plus they have a contract with Walgreens and the product sells cheaper than Nicoderm. Good luck all!
Ooops, I did mix those two terms up...but you guys got the gist of what I was trying to say...
I ultimately voted NO for the R/S, even though it's going to pass anyway. My main reason for the NO vote is the fact that the number of OS will remain at 1.5 billion and there's nothing to stop the co. from issuing more shares to further dilute stock value and almost bringing the AS back to the level it is today.
I am hoping against hope though that there is some blockbuster news in the works that'll make the inevitable R/S worthwhile. We shall see.
GTEL did a reverse split..1/15 I believe, effective today. It's now GTE. It may be a good model to see how DNAP might do after its inevitable R/S.
"Heart pumping...feeling faint...oh, it could be the big one!"
Woo Hoo!
