Accumulation on ask has been strong today...
Seems like ~3.9million ask slapping, 600,000 bid slapping?
A couple more of these days and WHAMO. No more shares to be had...
Still no word on housing contracts for the 25,000 people they are going to try to place in permanent housing. There are another 600,000 people who need houses as well after that. There seems to be a lot of focus on natural disaster housing. All of the pieces are lining up for a dream scenario in this stock...
This is not the titanic...
This is the next world-wide green reconstruction company in due time. Tim Algier has not been responding because they have been busy working out the details before the big announcement IMO. Nothing besides the share price is wrong with this company. Most people would take that as a blessing, and not a curse... but I guess a lot of people who have been burned in the past...
Welcome guys, I think we are about to go on a WILD ride very soon in MSMY. Focus on the fact that if this company is backed by the world bank or the IDB (a subsidiary of the world bank in all practicality)... it will cause a squeeze on the shares... these low prices will only fuel the fire with outrageous gains and greed overtaking all common sense. I think we may see shares trading at 100-200x market valuation based on hype and speculation, especially in this market climate where everything else seems to be so shitty.
I am expecting a BIGGGGG payday ;)

Haiti/WB: 2012 Strategy Focuses on Disaster Management, Infrastructure, Education and Jobs
Kelly Dunst on 12 2, 2011
The World Bank Board of Directors today endorsed a new 12-month strategy for Haiti that will help protect the country’s population from natural disasters, support the return of 22,500 people to safe housing, improve neighborhoods for 75,000 people, finance tuition for 100,000 children and school feeding for 75,000 children. In addition, the strategy aims to revitalize the economy, improve conditions for investment, and strengthen the productivity and sustainability of agriculture and rural development. The 2012 Haiti Interim Strategy Note (ISN) programs US$255 million in grants from the International Development Association’s (IDA) Crisis Response Window.
“The new interim strategy underlines the World Bank’s commitment to Haiti’s ongoing reconstruction and longer-term economic recovery efforts,” said Pamela Cox, World Bank Vice President for Latin America and the Caribbean. “The strategy is closely aligned with the Government’s priorities and designed to provide substantial support for physical reconstruction and institutional strengthening in order to deliver concrete short-term results, while increasing the country’s capacity to rebuild itself.”

Haiti - Reconstruction : $55 million for roads in Haiti

Haiti - Reconstruction : $55 million for roads in Haiti
The Inter-American Development Bank (IDB) announced the approval of a $55 million grant to Haiti to help upgrade key highway sections and pave streets. The investments will improve transportation among urban areas and with the neighboring Dominican Republic, as well as generate temporary jobs in several cities.
The projects, which will be executed by the Ministry of Public Works, Transport, Energy and Communication (MTPTC), are part of a broader program agreed with the government of Haiti after the 2010 earthquake to repair and improve its transportation infrastructure, including the roads network, ports and airports.
IDB resources will finance the rehabilitation of a 33-km (20-mile) stretch of RN8, which links Haiti's capital, Port-au-Prince, with the Dominican Republic and is the most heavily used road to transport cargo between both countries. The European Union is slated to finance a 10-km (6-mile) section of the same highway.
The project to pave 15.5 km (10 miles) of city streets using paving stones will be carried out by UNOPS, which has done many similar projects in Haiti employing unskilled labor. The goal is to provide temporary jobs to at least 2,500 people in cities in the departments of l'Ouest, Artibonite, Grand'Anse, Sud and Sud-Est.
The new operation will also provide resources to complete the paving and civil works on RN7, which links the southern cities of Les Cayes and Jeremie. The IDB and Canada financed an earlier project to upgrade this 90-km (56-mile) highway, cutting travel times almost by half.
In addition, IDB resources will cover two years of maintenance of recently upgraded highways, the design of a national road safety strategy and institutional strengthening of the MTPTC.

You do know every investment is disclosed with some variation of this warning? Jeeez a bunch of bitter investors here...
Thanks for the reminder...
This share price is a bargain for anyone who has the balls to put it up...
A 1000$ here goes a long way... these prices are seriously a steal...
Casually 3.25 Million shares traded today so far...
Most of these shares are being bought at the ask...
That is 3% of the public float!
But only $10,000 worth of cash at these current levels.... think about it guys...
They are looking for long term reconstruction and economic benefits.
Both are what MC Endeavors brings to the table...
He will be chasing at .03. I have tried everything to tell him how good of a deal it is at this price. That is fine, everything is always as it is suppose to be.
Welcome guys & gals, because this is actually the evolution of consciousness going on :)
Momentum Shifting...
Increasing buy orders coming in right at all time low support.
This is as good of a bottom as any....
Level 2 looks ready for a charge!
Touche, well just watch...
I think the stock just bottomed.

Hah... the internet is crazy! (This is not today's forum, this is from the website pictures from the hotel booking website).

Found the event info:
So... the event has been going on for 3 hours now.
We are not on the same wavelength...
Lewis Lucke is the man that is selling MC Endeavors idea on the world stage...
You know that Lewis Lucke was at a meeting in New York hosted by the IDB (the same bank that is hosting today's conference in Miama... which just so happens to be where Lewis Lucke is from and works from). See the program schedule for yourself of the Haiti Investment meeting last year...
I have no idea what you are talking about.
I just was mentioning that a similar type of company tried to get in this niche.
I think there will be only 1 housing reconstruction company... as in MC Endeavors may get ALL of the housing reconstruction. And they have mobile medicine units. Great for the communities in the now as the chlorea outbreak is still out of control in Haiti.
Level 2 - Market Maker Action
From what I can tell, the market makers have turned and become net buyers at these levels. I see trades on the level 2 and the way that it is setting up on the ask side which tells me we now will have buying pressure from the market makers. Just my observation.
**Edit**
We may have 100,000 shares at .0025 to hit before we move up actually. Paintjob down to get a nice candle? Who really knows or who really cares. Big things abrewing :)
Tim Alger can speak later...
If MC Endeavors is at the party in Miama, this stock may go viral in a hurry... Especially given the extremely undervalued stock value right here.
This stock is valued at under a million dollars when we are talking about possible government contracts.
Holy smokes what an opportunity ;)
Another interesting snip-it...
Where does the bolded concept sound familiar?
Things are heating up in Haiti!!!
Haiti: Martelly-Conille Appoint Michel Brunache Minister of Justice
Thursday, 08 December 2011 09:47
by Samuel Maxime
Pierre Michel Brunache
PORT-AU-PRINCE, Haiti (defend.ht) - A Presidential Order appointing Pierre Michel Brunache to the positions of Minister of Justice and Public Safety was signed by President Michel Martelly and Prime Minister Garry Conille.
Reported by Le Nouvelliste , Pierre Richard Casimir was named the new Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs.
Essayist Pierre-Raymond Dumas, who was proposed by Senator Joseph Lambert (Sud-Est/Inite) to become the next Minister of Culture and Communication, is also included in the order.
The Le Nouvelliste article said that according to a source at the National Palace, the presidential decree will be published in the next 24 hours.
The source told Le Nouvelliste that President Michel Martelly and Prime Minister Garry Conille have already signed the order.
"The order will be sent on Thursday morning to the National Press for publication in the Official Gazette of the country, Le Moniteur," they were informed.
Prime Minister Conille has been out of the country in his hometown of New York since November and President Michel Martelly will leave Haiti on Thursday for the 4th Caricom-Cuba Summit in Trinidad.
Michel Brunache, 40, was until now the Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs. His previous work in politics was as the Chief of Staff to former interim-President Boniface Alexandre, 2004-2006.
Brunache previously worked as a lawyer for the Bank of the Republic of Haiti and for the Cabinet Lissade Law Firm. He graduated with law degree from the University of Haiti in 1995 and a human rights degree from the University of Fribourg in Switzerland in 1998.
The previous Minister of Justice, Josue Pierre-Louis, resigned on November 22nd before facing the Senate of the Republic for his involvement in the arrest of a member of parliament.

Bill Clinton "Investing" Speech - 11/29
Sorry, not trying to be critical of others myself... just frustrated because the opportunity here is so wild in my opinion and I just don't get why others don't see it as well. Hope people do as well as I think they are going to do... it would definitely be a merry xmas as this may get way over-valued... in which I would look for an exit point up top if this was to get super hyped.
Why not?
Maybe they are tired of playing to the stock price and are just trying to do their own thing which they know will fix the stock price. Maybe they have better things to do as in prepare for this investment meeting? Maybe they are just focused on doing their work which will speak for itself?
These guys are not the type of people that are catering to a bunch of investors in a company that hasn't really even gone public yet. They have done MORE THAN ENOUGH to try communicate with us. The share price is not their fault, it is obviously shenanigans.
Seriously, you guys are all so critical when most likely you are just upset with your own investment decision to a certain degree. Learn why you are in a company otherwise why are you investing in the first place?
My Take on the Miama Investment Forum Today:
Why would I delete your post? We are all learning here...
I don't get why people would rather bash me than try to work out exactly what is going on here.
Obviously it is not a normal situation...
I think people may not be as focused on this as I am... I am expecting this to be a keystone company in the green industry. I have spent a lot of time researching public policy/the markets (and the algorithms that run them), participate at tfmetalsreport.com, and run an independent blog.
I am all about honesty and communication, so the fact that you think I would remove your post when it adds to the conversation is weird. I used to be angry, but I have gone through quite a journey in the past several months.
Not worried about this stock one bit...
Let's see what happens today shall we?
Tomatoes Tomatos.../I Don't really care at this point. The long story made short is that this price has nowhere to go but up... and the more I am reading about this Haiti Investment Forum in Miama today.... the more I am feeling an MC Endeavors update. Over 1000 investors going to be there from 29 different countries....
Today should be interesting, that is for sure.
I Repeat...
The 2011 Haiti Reconstruction Forum Thursday in Miami features representatives from the Inter-American Development Bank, the U.S. State Department and private sector leaders. They will discuss current projects and future possibilities in Haiti.

MC Endeavors!!!
All the pieces fit. Tomorrow shall be epic.
IDB and Miami-Dade sponsor Haiti forum
The Associated Press
MIAMI -- U.S. companies looking to help Haiti rebuild and develop new business opportunities can get advice from some heavy hitters.
The 2011 Haiti Reconstruction Forum Thursday in Miami features representatives from the Inter-American Development Bank, the U.S. State Department and private sector leaders. They will discuss current projects and future possibilities in Haiti.
The event is sponsored by Miami-Dade County, Enterprise Florida and the IDB. It will be led by the IDB's U.S. executive director, who represents the U.S. government at the bank.
The IDB approved grants for a total of $251 million last year. It expects to provide about $200 million for Haitian redevelopment annually over the next decade.
Haiti has suffered countless natural and political disasters. In 2010, a 7.0 magnitude earthquake killed hundreds of thousands of its citizens.

Debunking The Myths (1):
"Pump and Dump"
Why would this company be a pump and dump all the way down here at these prices after the selling has all but stopped on the market maker side, after some lousy marketing to get this company noticed. The levels are already depressed and the public float is 103million, with a market cap currently of just under a million dollars... It will be pumped, but not dumped...
The company owes the CEO and President $53,682! And they have $11,000 in cash on hand.
The company owes the president and CEO $53,682?
So... let me get this straight... previous fortune 500 employees and esteemed professionals within their respected fields invested their own money towards their own start-up company to be paid back later is a bad thing? Seriously who makes this shit up? This shows they care about shareholder value by not diluting to raise funds.
And a side note... only $53,682 to get this company off the water? Umm... these guys must be really smart and have a really good product... oh wait they do.
Haters be Hating... But Holders are about to be Golden
I am predicting the most epic 2 days you have ever seen in your life with a penny stock with a company update possibly tomorrow and contract news Friday per one of the news articles I posted recently talking about details of projects out by end of this week.
That is my call. Let's see what happens.
At the current moment. Just wait until tomorrow.
I think its turnaround time...
From what I am seeing in the level 2 the buys on the ask are increasing...
The market makers are now buyers...
GOOD GAME!!!
I have nothing but time to wait for this one...
But I think time is on our side now ;)
Chargeeeeeee!!!!!!
No Worries...
I have a feeling we will be hearing from MC Endeavors tomorrow, or at the latest Friday...
I think we have an inked contract coming based on the news I am reading and how I am interpreting the situation.
There we go, a 500,000 slap at .003. Let's see if the volume closes strong into the close. A break over .0044 will trigger a run.
For the last year, there was a 3rd party seller, the clearing house. Since this stock was only registered on the pink sheets in October 2010, and registered as MC Endeavors during November with the 11/30/2010 4:1 share split, ever since then the public float has been being sold onto the market through the market makers. Anything that was not bought by the public had to be absorbed by the market makers (which then was inappropriately diagnosed as "selling on the bid").
Because there was not enough promotion, the buyers did not outweigh the amount of shares that needed to be distributed to the market to fulfill SEC regulations. That is why when we got to 10/17 we reached a critical point of break-up or break-down... and the result was we tumbled on huge volume, it was more a representation of the end of the public share distribution. If you look at the $ amount it has gone anemic.
Now since it has been a year, this share price is sitting at all time artificially depressed lows, with not a lot willing sellers on the ask side once we churn through the initial resistances, as there is no more "required selling."
Look at the facts of why we are down here. The share price is only a representation that people are not buying this stock.
Positive news from here or just initial momentum buying will trigger a huge-run up. Combined, it will cause for an epic explosion into dollarland.
I consider this a pure arbitrage situation given the reason we are down here in share price.
