i apologize to you. the problem is the way you present it is like so many other people who just pump. without any real substance and it is meaningless. however, in this case i was wrong and inpatient but certainly for good reason. still not sure why good pr's arent put out there in a timely manner. hope the stock goes up for everyone . would love to see the audited results but one step at a time.

have no problem with vacation. everyone deserves one. as far as communicating i called twice last week and left a message to have someone from public relations call me back. answering machine and of course no response. i may be wrong but it appears several people have tried also with no response and if my memory serves me well ( which isnt always the case ) i believe a great list of questions was put together by people on this board and unless i missed it was never answered. At least the chimps respond as the amoeba appear to not be to interested.

are you guessing? where do you get your information? or is this just another case of wishful thinking. if they bought every share sold today ( which i doubt ) it comes to $16,0000. If this is a buyback, why wouldnt they announce it so that the stock moves up once they have done their buying.? yes, i know if the stock goes up they cant buy back as much but based on what they hold , that would make the most sense, and that is probably the problem.

couldnt have stated it better. you should be hired to take over the ceo position as obviously ken DOESNT HAVE A CLUE OR DOESNT CARE about the people who trusted in him and this company. Someone wrote he met Ken in 2008 and found him honorable and he appeared to care about the stockholders. what a difference a year makes - so what happened? an honorable person doesnt ignore those who have faith in him with silence. As far as I am concerned and until proven wrong he is just another 7TH CLASS PUTZ - who cares nothing about the hardworking people who invested in this company.
If Ken can read and does read the boards PROVE ME WRONG AND PROVIDE THE STOCKHOLDERS AND THE FINANCIAL WORLD WITH FIGURES or at least take 5 minutes out of your precious time and say , gee sorry stockholders , pretty busy working on things because of ( whatever bs reason he has ) cant divulge figures until they have been finalized but i ( we ) are working on it. if i read the comments correctly those of us who are questioning some facets of how the company is being run still say we have faith in the product and the ultimate stock price. it is not being negative it is just being curious and questioning what doesnt make any business sense. maybe if the good news was put out it wouldnt be that time of the month and maybe contrary to other stocks that are getting beaten up we would rise......i am positive this stock will rise but that doenst mean i need to ignore what appears to be lack of skill on managements part.

i have been holding for almost 2 yrs. it isnt a matter of trust in ken , it is a matter of is this person doing a good job of running all facets of the company and would someone who was more understanding of pr and finance have helped the price of this stock.. my answer is unqualifying no, he isnt the fiscal/pr person. this is a business ... trust ... i only trust the truth and the figures ... we have been patient and i still expect this stock to do nicely but because of ken's lack of knowledge in some areas the stock is not doing as well as i had hoped.

agree, but would like to see some investor savvy and just plain common sense. let's face it, if you or i ran the company we would make sure that good news is out in the public's face and not whine about ' gee , gosh, wonder why no one know's about us.. OK that being said , enough beating of a useless ken... i am sure this stock will rise regardless of inaction on the pr and fiscal side.

for me the frustrating part is we only know about sales etc because of the people on this board and not because of the company. i too am willing to wait but that doesnt mean i cant express my total frustration with what seems like incompetant management regarding what should be good news. i hope ken is paying the people on this board who are doing the company's work for him. They deserve it.

yes, but that still doesnt excuse the people who run this company from doing the best they can with what they have. i am sure there would be lots of young whipper-snappers in the bay area who have excellent referances in finance/pr who could do wonders. Ken may be a great engineer /software type but in my opinion the man knows nothing about finance . He needs to get rid of his ego ,delegate to someone competant and just let it rise.

if i am not mistaken there have been some outstanding companies with incredibly competent head people who started on the pink sheets. It shouldnt give anyone an excuse to be a fiscal and public relations disaster. We have a pink sheet company actually selling product ( and it sounds like quite a bit of it lately ) yet there are stocks with trillian dollar contracts ( according to them ) whose stock is a lot higher. No, dont fabricate, don't bs, but good gawd man if you are going to run a company using the excuse it is a " pink company" to not better the price of the stock and hence the value of the company is abhorant. Yes, we take our risks based on our due diligence and whatever means we have at our disposal to make a decision but totally incompetant management can't be perceived until down the road.

i just called the company and left a message to have someone call me back. i am sure that will happen right away. the man is a disgrace, another typical head honcho who doesnt give a rats a.. about people who invested in this company. it is the ignoring part that is so absolutely insulting. obviously doesnt care to mingle with the lower classes.

i have been watching this board for about 5 months and have held the stock for about 1 1/2 yrs. am down quite a bit but certainly better than several months ago. in my opinion it boils down to : GET SOME EARNINGS AND NEWS OUT .
