Any uptick on low volume here is unusual and means the converters have haunted until the PPS gets higher. IMO

The DTC is listed as owner of over half of any pink sheet stock. So you could probably double that number.

That is never an accurate number.

I did a test buy at 18000 at 3 to see what would happen and it was immediately followed up by a 10000 buy at 29. MMs want this to stay down!!!

I will have some dry powder soon. If nobody clears out those 29s and 30s I will.

The company wants the converters to convert at a higher level. Since there is a good relationship with the converters I See the conversions stopping for a little while. This good for us because less shares will be converted at higher levels.

The last run to .01 was when most of the conversions took place. If we make another run to a penny we could end the conversions for good.

The company want conversions at higher levels so there is less dilution. Maybe the good relationship with the converters is paying off. Seems like the sell off has halted.

It was my conversation with Paul. He said the conversion rate is 100 million per quarter.

Sellers are gone now we need buyers.

We average one green day a week. We need to break that cycle.

An auditing firm doing an inventory on 7 location throughout the country sounds expensive to me. At this point I would rather see them focusung on growing their business. I think we are going to be just fine.
