I think there are a few flipperes here who will say bad things to scare people into selling
so they can pick up shares at a lower price
its a bad way to do business and I feel sorry for those type of people

but as you know very well there are all types on this planet


this now is looking like a no brainer

lets hold for the good stuff
whenever it happens

this is simply a wait and see it get better situation now.

It's practically a no brainer at this point

but if you are a nervious type and can't deal with the PPS movement
especially on days like today

then you should walk away and come back in a few weeks or months

this is now getting exciting

sad for the guys who have to say bad things

I am one of those guys who believes the glass is half full

but when will we start to see positive things happening
when will we see a press release with the names of the companies

the PPs could keep going down but if the company still exists there is a chance of something positive could occur

I see today's Pr as meaning the good stuff(mineseeker) is not going to happen too soon if at all

The Company is actively pursuing alternative funding sources, including a possible financing transaction involving $300MM in unrated corporate bonds with a 6.5% annual interest coupon rate and a maturity date of October 2018. These bonds would be secured with $450MM senior life settlement policies issued by "A" rated or better insurance companies. We have presented the financing transaction to a number of different financing sources, including a major bank in the UK.

I really wonder about this?

We believe that the Company's acquisition candidates remain in place and remain committed to being acquired once funding is in place. We have invested in excess of $2.5MM between three of these acquisitions in order to keep them closely allied with the Company.

For how long can this go on?

The Company is continuing to operate its flight school and aviation repair business and is taking other appropriate steps to manage its cash flow position pending completion of a successful financing event and subsequent acquisitions.

I hope bradley , dilution monies and his partner investors have deep pockets

I'm certainly not saying that QASP is a scam.
If i believed it was i would have sold many millions and unfortunately i believe the PPS would be alot lower.
In fact I believe there are many investors who have more shares than I do and if they sold the same would occur.

what I said was that Bradley defended QASP as not being a scam

however
he has yet to deliver on much that has been in press releases

and i am not referring to the loans

but for example a week ago he said that he would release information on 4 companies

were is that?

there are a lot of examples such as this here

I agree it has always appeared that it's Bradley life long dream
except
if the banks won't lend him money
then he will survive on the dilution money and his own and friends investments

we will see how long that will happen until he has to give back or lose some of the companies he has acquired or partially so

i only know what the tape tells me
and its down day after day

i have lost total confidence in a company that can't follow through on press releases
i feel like i have "EGG ON MY FACE" and that i got sucked in to this.
