Tires
Well it seems magnum is starting to get things going again 2 shipments of tires this week, i guess they had to pay for shipping so with funds i presume this will accelerate at least i hope.
MAGNUM NOW GIVE US 3 SHIFTS at MAGOG
winningstock
Whats your take?
Does Mdor have more contratcs pending and that is part of the reason why Simco deal was finalized, basically Magnum has shown these guys they will be able to pay back?
Do you think Magnum will continue to issue more consulatant shares going forward?
TIA
Yesterdays News
Simco group must have did some research , visited the plant etc , Magnum must have presented them with actual projected numbers of production and no doubt a discussion was had about contracts on the table and status of NSS contracts.
This is a good sign for Magnum
The Govt has yet to speak up via $$$$$, i presume they will be next to speak
Its now time for these boys toearn all those shares they got and make this happen
Hey Richie i was just about to copy the same thing here!!!
This means the company plans on following through on the Nov 11 NR
Surface Activation System
1. Work is underway on initial production trials of the surface activation system which allows for the effective processing of large and cost effective production batches. Modification and fabrication is being carried out to increase the production capacity to commercially viable capacities in excess of a quarter ton per batch.
2. Due to the unique nature of the process system employed the heat generation is minimized while a substantial proportion of the work is done in the machine itself, this enhances the recovery of properties and allows for the balance of work to be done via single pass through a series of refiner mills. This significant combination of factors allows for 40 to 60% reduction of energy cost per pound processed. It is also the only system that can effectively process cryogenically produced ultra fine powders. Work is underway to fine tune these process parameters and production flow characteristics.
3. The full production unit is expected to go through its process evaluation using specific North American produced crumb stock during the first quarter of 2009 followed by installation and fine tuning at the Magog facility sometime toward the middle of the 2nd quarter of 2009
Processing Aids & Custom Compound Process
1. Proprietary equipment and processes for the most sensitive and important Magnum/SRI processing aids is currently undergoing modifications. They will go though further evaluation and customization trials in January of 2009. The target is to have it in production providing the requisite processing aid in time for introduction into the initial production of activated crumb by the 2nd quarter of 2009.
2. Highly specialized processing aids will be reformulated to modify the viscosity of the activated material, greatly improving its processability and flow in virgin compounds that it is blended into without proportionate loss of properties. This is normally impossible as proportionate loss of properties is a reality when using alternative viscosity modifying materials such as reclaim rubber.
3. Other processing aids and additives are being tested for the specific needs of various compound applications. The efforts are geared towards ensuring that a total system is customized so that the production can be re-compounded and modified into a full range of superior custom compounds covering a wide range of applications.
4. The Magnum/SRI R&D Facility unit is expected to have the system set for at least 2 grades of custom retread compounds ready for implementation around the end of the first quarter 2009.
5. The Magnum/SRI R&D Facility will have 2 grades of Natural Rubber custom compounds for both extruded (tire tubes) and general molded goods.
6. The Magnum/SRI R&D Facility will have at least one grade of EPDM generic custom compound ready for evaluation by potential customers around February/March 2009.
7. The Magnum/SRI R&D Facility will have one grade of Butyl custom compound ready around the first quarter of 2009.
8. The range of custom compounds will be introduced in stages to compounders already contacted in advance in Magog, and elsewhere, for specialize application evaluation. This will provide end users with sufficient time to get comfortable with our products and incorporate them as one of their standard raw materials for their operations by the time full production capacity is reached at the Magnum / SRI Magog facility.
Custom Compounds
The compounds produced will be blended with various modified formulations of virgin compound (all raw rubber content) which will be available to manufacturers to use as a virgin compound substitution material. Some of the products for which they will be utilized are as follows:
1. Truck Retread Compounds (Very large volume and value added application)
2. Natural Rubber Tubes
3. Butyl Rubber Tubes (High Value added application)
4. Natural Rubber Automotive Components
5. Car mats (low end but volume application)
6. EPDM Automotive Components (High Value added application)
7. Marine Products – Dock Bumpers
8. Industrial Shoe Soles

Mdor web site shows a few pictures of some large tires being received
i don,t believe thats how it works in the Great white North
No 30 days to pay as far accounts i have held and its been awhile for margin for me more like 2 days, maybe wrong that was TD
oh yea
and i suppose the pictures at Magog are fake and the GNR web site is fake,
You got me wrong , i want Magnum to succeed and believe they just may
Mdor has been touting alot of things and delays have happened , i,m hoping no more delays and they will execute on all the things they are trying to do.
I posted Our Planets web site and it shows Gumbel as Host, email them and they will tell you they have contracted by mdor
Mdor has been touting this for awhile lets hope they actually go through with this
This is the actual site
http://ourplanetstories.com/
i agree mdor is a buy, but
that report is a joke , relax otc!!
If i was the comapny i would distance themselves from any reports next NR put something on end that they did not approve that report
otc
I for once will agree with the basher , this report there is no need for its strictly a duplicate of the weii report,i hope the company did not pay for thsi and if its 3rd party they should put a stop to it
possibly within a month but 2nd shift than 3rd, admitted things have not progressed as fast as they had planned but things are okay going forward
when i called the company they said there were just some adjustments made to amchine not sure if minor or major adjustments but no equipment was returned what so ever. Everything is good to go and they have every intention to go to 3 shifts
fsmith i realize your disenchanted and rightfully so you were a big beliver and a big buyer in the .70 range, i recall you put it all on mdor.
lets wait and see how this plays out some folks have put alot of time and money into making sure this become a success , only timew ill tell
If this is true, than SRI technology must be moving ahead hopefully
as per Jan Nr
In regards to the Company's current status, Magnum continues to add equipment and ramp up production activities in Magog, Canada. Funding is currently underway for our planned expansion projects, and research activities are progressing according to schedule with SRI.
Heres the schedule for SRI technology

Contracts
Last year when they announced the NSS contracts this stock spiked, it would be great if they could announce another Big contract at some point for this fine rubber
On a Positive Note
The company has not come out with any news for the longest time , no fluff news which is a good thing, they have had news out , or updates every week so there must be alot building up i would hope.
Hopefully solid news going forward
Does anyone if there is an official short position on mdor?
I wonder what he has done criminally

Joe the CEO
What has JOE Glusic done that is criminal?
ok
Why are they after Chad, what did he do this time?
Thanks
Could mdor today be a scam, i guess we wait and see.
Has management given themselves an abundance of shares i think they deserve their fair share have they given excess to themselves i,d say so.
Richie brings up a point working hard, some of the folks in Magog have spent 12 to 14 hour days to get that plant right, lets hope they did it right.
As for management i believe Chad has been here for 2 years he could have abandoned ship awhile ago , as per Q statements someone from management has been putting in their own dollars
Well Richie
I think its part of what you are saying here too, no more dangling carrots at us just give us the news , they are telling us we will be surprised by the growth in Q1 well were almost half way through and no surprises, so i say don,t promise growth just give us actual news when you have it done
Things could change in a big way here its just a matter of $$$$
Its Time
For Magnum to start to deliver on this!!
The recent ramping up we've done to increase production will not be apparent until the first calendar quarter of 2009. I think this is important for the public and the market to know, but I also believe the market will be surprised with what the company has in store for the 1st qtr of 2009 and beyond."
Going forward i hope they don,t put this kind of stuff in Nr,s rather just come out with news and surprise market with good news if they have it. I think were on the verge of a turning point which way it goes we soon will finf out
I believe this is how much equipment is worth, Richie we were mis led abouy that 18 million # i think not sure
December 31, September 30,
2008 2008
Equipment:
Production equipment $ 980,210 $ 675,719
Office equipment 1,153 1,325
Leasehold improvements 11,387 10,807
Total equipment 992,750 687,851
Less: accumulated depreciation (9,379 ) (222 )
Equipment, net $ 983,372 $ 687,629
Richie youa re right the company in the past has thrown out many carrots for you guys who have not been around for awhile, they have thrown out lots of carrots and no follow up.
This 1 example ans we have not heard anything, sept 28 NR
Chairman Joe Glusic stated, "Magnum has been in discussions to enter China over the past year and we are excited to finally see the light at the end of the tunnel. Mrs. Holly Chan had previously flown to Germany on behalf of Magnum in late 2007 to formally introduce our technology and know-how to both Government Officials and a world-renowned recycling company that has shown some serious interest in working with Magnum. We look forward to updating our shareholders in the near future
Richie on a positive note lets hope all the infrastrucure is in place at Magog, so no more consultant shares have to be issued ,my guess all work done at Magog was paid for with shares, the next crumb rubber plant should not be as complex to install.
This plant in Magog is huge and was put up prett darn fast, several folks there worked 12 hour days to get it done , but it was done with a long term strategy, lets see if it lives up to its potential
most brokers will not allow online trading of otc stocks
Magnum Chairman Joe Glusic stated, "We have recently reached a significant mile stone event and look to release details on this matter on or before September 30th 2008."
The major milestone was the non dilutive financing nr,d two days later yea i was hoping for more too
The float
Stockhouse shows 45 million shares out now.
The dilution is alot , but they kept it in check to date hopefully some of the insiders will not mass dump, you never know.
All cash to date has been non dilutive can they continue this trend only time will tell, but if they can and revenue flows in the float may stay in check to a degree
Why are white buffings a Surprise to anyone!!!!!
Its on their web site Nov 29 where all pictures are it shows a picture of white buffings produced at Magog.
These must be sold to a garden center or retailer such as Home Depot.
Magnum facility must have a packaging assembly uni this tels me on site
i can,t see much revenue next quarter also which endsDec. and even the Q that ends in March will show little revenue hopefully Q3 will show potential
Lets see if the company can execute going forward now alot of infrastrucutre is in place and lets see if production ramps up so they can fulfill NSS contratcs
no lawsuits pending
1.5 million in liabilities thought it would be more
MDOR Filed
Just saw the filing is done, did not look at it just saw now
No Volume
Is agood thing if we ever get volume theres only way to go and thats up, just have to remain patient. Or if we get terrible new re no e off than we go down
