I am not a businessperson but the way i look at it is a company with substantial money is willing to fund us millions of $ in exchange for 10% of the profit and 500,000,000 shares which are worth less than 1/2 cent per share. Seems to me they feel that this stock has a lot of potential otherwise they wouldnt have invested in us and taken stock for collateral. If the effect hits us a year from now when the stock is a lot higher who cares?

absoultely correct. they know the price is heading quite a lot higher and in exchange for funding want to make lot of money. smooth move on their part and no complaints from me if this all works out which it hopefully will.

gentleman, regardless of this compared to other pink stocks imho we are way, way undervalued. we have products and commitments . There are so many more stocks that are higher with nothing , as Mr T pointed out spng being one. time will take us higher. today i hope is just a preview of where we are headed. all this news gets us in front of people , some flippers , some putz's but others willing to take a chance on a stock under .01 - good luck to all

so, we knew that would possibly happen by reading the pr about yamani. if they hold on to them hoping the game and movie will do well then it makes sense to me ( I am certainly not as astute as Mr Tony I am sure ) however, as for today so far, no complaints and look forward to a profitable year ....
