I'll be back when news hits... EOM
Somehow when a poster makes a point, and does it say 50 times? Anything above that should be deleted. Enough is enough... as I too agree cotton made his point, some here agree, most here don't. That doesn't matter... What does matter is that everytime each of us come back after a day out, we have to sift though cotton's posts [which have become redundant] again and again. If I put him on "ignore"... I can't read other posts.
I agree that this place has become a sounding board from a few who love attention, love to create a negative environment, and seem hell-bend on making his post until everyone agrees.
It ain't gonna happen!
That's why I refuse to post anything I've learned from management....
Sorry cotton, going back to "iggied" status. I've read, re-read all your statements, but wanted to "uniggie" you and see what has transpired....
Best,

Apparently... dar cotton, they know who you are! Wonder how that might be? hmmmm
That is not prevy info, only info available to true-acknowledged shareholders.
Don't have a fit! hehehe

No reply from JB yesterday, I'm assuming he's completely out-of-pocket until first of year. Rest needed for a great beginning in 07.

OT: not sure who's watching USXP, but it is fun with SFNN lagging today.....

Corrected English Hey rap.... I would have posted it here if I had found out there was an ugly-est. I know there isn't from previous calls, but, I'm going to cal anyway to discuss other matters. So I'll ask about any and all dilutions, large or small, and from any and all sources!
Yeah, I'll give ya'll about 30 minutes after I've had my 30-minutes!
Joking of course....
I'll be in meetings all day so about 5-6pm cst, being about 4pm vegas time I should return here.
Temp'
Cotton, I will have an answer for you tomorrow, good, bad, or just down right ugly, and post it here.
Regarding AJW that is...
Temp'
thanks cotton, you the same EOM
know about the email, thanks EOM
That's a lot of stuff cotton... No pun intended. In my past I was known as "dishmaster" and "simpletemple". The first as a premier domistique in bicycle racing, one who could put a lot of pain on competition in a short period of time then fall back into the pack and let the sprinters take over. Simpletemple for all the times I refused to decypher what seems to be an endless unknown.
It's good to do so for some, but not for me. Truly I don't want to understand something I can't put my finger on and call it absolute....
I do however appreciate all though who dig into a perverbal rabbit hole to see how far she goes.
When you say falling-bids, in-betweens and such... I'm lost, and on purpose....
I'll buzz Joe later this week if news doesn't hit and ask again...
Thanks!

Cotton, maybe you weren't here when it was posted that the institution [forget the name] had about 11.5mil shares got out. I for one suspect they didn't get to sell all of it. But it was a driving force in why we went back to sub .03's. Now that we are above .03? Don't know... but I do know for sure that if they have any left, it's few. That may be one reason.
Temp'
insane... I appreciate your enthusiasm regarding a dividend of .03cents. But after doing the math, SFNN can't afford it, not now, and probably not for quite sometime.
What I tried to draw up was an incremental plan to promote investor awareness regarding MB's thoughts long term.
If SFNN was to offer was you prescribed, they'd be broke in a heart beat. What I suggested they've seriously taken a look at.
What we want is investor confidence to stay the course. Does SFNN have that from MB to investment community at this time? NO.
If MB came out with a mission statement along the lines of "we the investors first", then MB... that's a start. But few realize he's on our side wanting a higher PPS instead of a higher salary down the road.
To gain investor confidence we don't need to sell the farm, just entice slowing, buildling a reputation of trust.
If MB offered say .01cents for every 1000 shares? Would that be much? No, but as SFNN's rev's continued to build, net income continued to rise... MB "states" a plan to build a dividend base per a % of net income.
So MB offered say .01cent for every 100 shares 8 months down the road, then .01cent for every 10 shares 16 months down the road. As rev's continued to increase, do does the dividend. If MB's mindset is to create value for himself within the confines of his own stock and not a higher salary, therein lines [future confidence] we as investors need to stay to course and not sell everyone we have once a great profit comes along.
What we truly need from MB is to publically make aware he's set his mind to retire on the value of the PPS... and not an increase in salary. Once we start to see him display this attitude? Guys like Sentinel [just as an example ] and myself included... will stay the course.
MB and JB both listen, and that's a GREAT thing when ego's are extremely high among entrepreneural types.....
Temp'
Since I seem to be one of a few that has actually called and talked about this subject... I for one don't believe "new shares being sold". If you or anyone else know something I don't, constructive and concrete... give me a PM shout.
I'd love to take that up with Joe on a one-to-one-bases...
Temp'
Correct me if I'm wrong, but I have yet to see a company with 96mil or less on the float trade as this one did today.
With buy's pouring in late, we had a .0328 by .0329, then all even... so in all fairness to sensible-logic... SFNN is trading like a company with 500+ million shares on the float is it not?
So being from the old school, what am I missing here?
Temp'
Hey Sen... was gonna compliment him on that strangle thingy, so glad I didn't knowing it was yours....
Temp'
Yeah.. a pre-weeee "interesting" EOM
cotton, thanks EOOM
Largest single buy today? EOM
Sentinel, saw that while out and about today. Things are brewing so I hope that when news hits? It'll be along the lines in support of, and boost... investor confidence for the long haul.
It's time to load up the war-chest!
Temp'
4.6mil and only up .00001? what up with that... EOM
Sentinel... news will move this, but until MB's convinced outsourcing IR to a well established firm is essential to vastly improve investor-confidence? We may lay stagnant within a few pennies.
MB needs to visually and vocally though media lay out a plan for the future of SFNN shareholders. My advice was very simple. To seek and fulfill a dividend program in incremental steps.
Everyone has confidence MB has an entrepreneural spirit, and probably surrounds himself with those smarter than he is in certain areas. But who has he hired to impart his vision to investors overall? He doesn't even have a mission statement on his website... We can't expect MB to be great at everything, thus the importance of getting those who communicate well with the public onboard.
I believe we'll see some major changes before the end of January, and incremental steps towards a dividend payout plan. Baby steps that is... but a plan to boost investor confidence long term knowing positive cash flow equals money in the pockets of those who stick around.
My replys regarding a dividend have never been about sending cash out the door immediately, it's about a vision in which MB/JB plan their future around SFNN Stock as a retirement plan, and not draining the coffer with elaborate salaries.
Right now the $180k that each get is doable, but once they start [if it happens...] to increase it? Watch out... that signals they don't have confidence in a higher pps, therefore their stock is secondary to their retirement plan.
These guys aren't spring chickens... so we'll see how things pan out within the next 30-45 days regarding [IMO] how serious they are about taking care of their stock buddies, US!
Temp'
Sentinel.. so you're saying "go sell crazy somewhere else, we'd be all stocked up here?"
Yeah, think I'll call Joe Barron on his cell phone whilest he'd be skiing off the ramps of Valley-Of-Fire there in Vegas!

This is truly a mortgage play, pure... and simple. With mortgage plays [par for the course] dividends mean everything. Check out NASD and Dow mortgage companies and when you check out the majority... you'll see, along with others here who have yet to see... the only way for this to be a huge hit, major home run... to dividend.
Give this about two months, and if SFNN hasn't declared a dividend, we won't see anything above .10 cents.
Mark this post.....
Everyone have a safe one...

I track a lot of stocks, probably several hundred on a daily bases, and thought I've slipped SFNN among my Bio Companies just to compare earnings on Yahoo. SFNN is the only company among many here with positive earnings. .01 Of course that could be said as others have mentioned here among 90% of penny's.

This is no more than fluff, right? hmmmm NOT! We just need to be patient until next quarter or the next acquisition + qtr.
Again, unless MB see's the potential of dividends sometime in the future, this stock won't ever be where it should be valued. So if that day comes, watch out... great things unstead of good things follow. If not, expect a nice 200-300% gain and take your profits accordingly.
I also hope you guys are right in that raising the A/S would be devastating to the maximum!!

I'll go back to lurking now...
americano... as you said and you're right... management is good, only we as shareholders will need to wait another few months too is if they are "good" towards shareholders. I feel good about these guys, but not "very good"... pertaining to shareholder value. If they get a new IR guy, that will definitely be a big leg up. Then follows a few more steps so I personally can see this as a long term investment. I'll wait til the end of January to re-evaluate the value-proposition for SH.

Would that be comparible to an obtuse triangle, which can be dissected into no fewer than seven acute triangles?
Time to take off I see......

No one here should get the wrong idea between verbage of "addressed" and "get to it". I am very confident in management, and what they'd accomplished so far. My big question is what direction MB is heading to instill investor confidence from all areas. As others here have found out, this guy hasn't much time to talk on the phone, that's ok. But from what areas of media is SFNN building investor confidence long term?
Across the board.. that's the big question!
Patient Temp'
Indy 500 area... you? EOM
I'm guessing they are extremely busy or maybe IR is on the last of their list. I have a number of issues I want to bring forward, including goods which should have already taken place. If SFNN doesn't get a decent IR firm, to me that's about 25% of why I wouldn't continue to invest in SFNN long term.
Does SFNN have a IR Icon on either web page? No.
Has MB address shareholders on any level regarding a shareholders letter, etc? No.
I sent a letter to JB making the below statements, and will stick to them. If SFNN hasn't addressed these issues outside a dividend [not necessary to stay the course], I'll revaluate my position by mid January.
Joseph...
Time is money, right?
I'll return in a few weeks and see what's been addressed though Management. But to sum up feelings of most investors, SFNN isn't paying attention to investors though a host of avenues addressed below.
I'll be back around about Jan 15th to see what transpires... but unless these issues below are addressed, none of our millions of shares including your 12mil with be worth much.
Enjoy your next few weeks leading into 2007....

[Investor Long Term Strategies]
If a company is willing to pay the shareholders a dividend, then they must actually have the cash in the bank. To investors that means you can trust the balance sheet, and, you can trust the earnings statements.
Incremental Divided Strategy 3 Year Program
1000 shares of SFNN = .01 cent dividend
[next 6 to 12 months]
100 shares of SFNN = .01cent dividend
[next 12 to 18 months]
1 share of SFNN = .01cent dividend and beyond
[next 18 to 24 months]
Increase shareholder value, how?
Decrease number of common shares, how?
Distribute preferred shares for future acquisitions?
Shareholder Letter, when was the last time management addressed shareholders? Vision Statement?
IR Personal Change for the better?
No IR Icon on main web page, very unusual! Investors are not addressed on either website, i.e. sfnncorp nor shearsonhomeloans.
If investors sense management is not centering their strategies or value-proposition on shareholders, it doesn’t matter what earning are, the pps won’t move upward.
Defined strategies to bring long term values to shareholders?
Mortgage Investor Relations Business Model “Dividends” this is an industry standard, is it SFNN's?
There is nothing yet to drive investors to SFNN…
We'll see what transpires within the next 60 days to conclude whether SFNN's relationship strategies are centered on investor interest.
At this time shareholders are completely in the dark!

no call needed, back around mid January, email me if you have any questions....
So I'll be patient for about another 30 days....
No need for a reply here by anyone, it's a waiting game to see how MB/JB addresses shareholders within the next 30 days or so.
Now I can see why I had ignore on, going over your past posts... you have nothing to say.

I understand, it's fun, and a great way to pass the time as we await news. But seriously guys since some of us have a ton of stock, has anyone else spoken to our two top management guys as of late? Chart-Fart-Guru's? Bad Temp EOM
How many weeks can one show a break-out regarding a chart trend? Would that be up until an actual PR, then take off? If a stock takes off when news is released, are we to say the chart proved it so? There is absolutely no discussion on company strategies, future prospects and such... but much to say about charting.... hehehe I for one over the past 14 years now say charting is absolutely POO POO.. Don't mean to rain on your parade, but charting has absolutely nothing to do with fundimental sound reasoning on why someone would hold, buy, or sell a stock.
I post this knowing I'll get hammered a bit, but at least those upcoming posts will reflect something different than that 40 posts daily on how magical-charting-guru's hold us in suspense....
After 14-years, and this bunch is a great bunch of guys at Ihub SFNN, I've never seen so many chart-fart-guru's in one space.

I hope what we'll see from MB in the next 18 months or so is to build a 1-billion dollar revenue company, keep salary's under control, and his personal outlook on stock-wealth... and not incremental salary-gains. This is not easy to do when your stock languishes in the gutter and your mindset could and does easily change from long-term stock-values, to, the value of your paycheck.
In the mortgage industry it's difficult to find one-lender who doesn't give a dividend. This industry is set up [long term investor interest] unfortunately... on dividends. There are those here who could care less about a dividend, but have you really checked other public entities and see what they are doing? This is a dividend industry, and investors who know... understand this!
I think we all understand this is a very boring no frills, 10k after 10k type of industry. What type of news does other public entities have in the mortgage industry? 10k after 10k, no sizzle, no frills... it's a boring industy to investors. Thus investors expect, and even demand a dividend.
This is what I'm pushing for in incremental stages.
Let's say MB can build to $ 1-billion over the next 18 months in revenue's. I know of a company with those type of rev's in the mortgage industry with $250mil net income, only they have 40mil on the float.
Bottom line for me is that what I want MB to envision is a long term strategy for personal and investor stock value. Not to give up and create the mindset that the stock is going no where, so in order to have more personal wealth> I've got to increase my salary and everyone else's.
If MB sets his mind to it, he can create a long term strategy by setting goals [letting us know though PR's] in which his plan is to incrementally add value based keeping expenditures minimal, and as net-income increases, increase the amount of dividend.
It may be .01cent per 100 shares at first, or maybe 1 to 1000. Then over the next 18 to 24 months, closing close the gap based on the company's proforma. But if he keeps this in mind, and we know he has our best interest at heart? This company could easily be above a buck in the next two years....

Bill, early you made this statement... "On Aug.5,05 Crusader Capital Partners bought almost 12 mil. shares at .05 per share."
Fortunately for us, they'd sold out completely, gone Ka-Puts! Not sure what they're squabble was, nor do I care... though it makes you wonder why they bought in the first place.
Clear sailing ahead regarding any dilution of SFNN, PERIOD! That's why a .03avg is rock bottom as we will continue head north!
