I'll say this, that once I meet with management late next week, you won't find me posting again. As a shareholder and one concerned about those who want to create havoc, it ain't gonna be at my expense.
So the cry babies looking for a sleeve to slober all over, well, you'll have to look elsewhere. That includes those who group easily with likes and demeanor of INSANEeconomicprofit.
Call and do your own DD, I did, and look what happened... good things do happen for those who are patient, persistant, and persevere.
Sir and Highest-Temp'
No one should make a big deal out of me regarding an outside consultant. I am also a shareholder, so as a consultant I am under law as not to trade on information, and especially a news day. Call if you like, they'll confirm it.
I'd wait until early next week, as they won't be back from Cal.
Temp'
Everyone needs a presence, and now that MB has the time, and considers his personal-stock-portfolio, SFNN to be gold. He's determined not to rely on his $180k salary, but to create wealth from his stock.
Given a number of issues presented to him, we can also expect a great IR link once a new presence is underway for sfnncorp. Everyone expects it, it's required, so something along these lines would be great; don't you think?

Temp'
Americano... just in case it hasn't been posted, a new link is being established combining
http://www.realtyskyline.com/
Realty-Skyline Research service in the title insurance industry, with Title services in New York
http://www.barrettaresearch.com/affiliates.asp?p=a
Barretta Research municipal and tax information to the title and real estate industries in New York
http://www.brsonline.com To be combined [under construction]
On top of that, both MB and JB made the statement on record, no exchange of shares transpired, and didn't realize PGNF still had this in their stuff. I brought that out quite a few weeks ago, sorry you missed it.
Temp'
If you understand the attorney jargon, and if you are referring to PGNF, that never happened. It read within the 8k this part "The Exchange was never duly authorized and approved by the parties thereto". Meaning, it-never-happened... so there is nothing to resend, but a necessary statement of "and each of the parties hereto desires to rescind the exchange", which happened in the same sentence, latter part.
So, your statement has no validation.... "ust wondering if all those thares have been rescinded and returned to the company and taken out of that figure".
I don't plan on taking part in this much, nor what I said to said disgruntled "part", but like most, yes I get tired of it and always want to look here to get the overall "emotional value" from said posters.
Have fun in what you are doing....
SirTemp'
Thank you, thank you... kindness is well taken...
Temp'
What I meant was those who watch the minute by minute action, and post as a hit or miss, not taking into consideration why they bought in the first place. I can understand venting in a way that shows "dismay", but as with everything in life, there are those that go overboard.
As for a timetable, I'm only an outside consultant, but I feel confident we'll all have a better taste in our mouth by the end of February; how's that?
st
Rhap and all... both MB & JB are in Calif this week, the entire week. We as a group are working on a 90-Investor Plan, already in progress, so everyone get a grip and be patient.
Remember, how long has it been since the last 3 acquisitions? Has it been long enough for MB to compeletly tie-in and make everything gell? Not hardly! This is his forte and has been for over 17 years. He's relied heavily on current IR and positive earnings to sustain a decent pps, but it hasn't worked. Is it totally his fault? No, but at least he know's it's time for major changes from IR, to his front door.
I think it's funny, and speaking to all here... that when a person watches a stock trade daily, it is a bit to much. Just think if you would have purchased GOOG in early May of 06 at $450.00 a share, only to see it drop to $370 within the same month, and watched it on a daily bases... sheesh!
My point is find something else to do[speaking to those who can't take the heat] instead of bashing your head against the wall each minute with inconsistent thoughts of why you bought in the first place.
Cheers all...
SirTemp'
Ya'll, I heard this was a place to VENT; is that true? Well since I have nothing to complain about, even though I'm down $25,000 on a $62,000 investment, I'll just say>
we-be-n good-hands with sfnn-allstate-n-companies...
Keep smile'n ya'll!
SirTemp'
Oh my.... EOM EOM EOM
Totally Chapt-11 EOM
So running a CEO/Founder campaign 'seeking interest' is much like a campaign for the presidency?
Temp'
Whatever fits the mitt EOM
Wheels, surely with all your years of experience you don't follow Barchart as part of your strategy?
News will make a chart, but a chart won't make news... which drives the pps either up or down.
Charts are about as useless as house-slippers on a coonhound!
Temp'
Teamvegas, from what we discussed, his approach to leverage current assets and entities? Yes.
Temp'
Something else that is very important, and that is MB will at no time, nor or in the future... NEED to raise the O/S.
Because of the way MB is structing SFNN, that part of "risk" is eliminated.
From his mouth to my keyboard!
Temp'
If I told you that, those here short? Well, it would play into their hands. At no time [with all due respect] will I never divulge information that would lead to either a buy or a sell.
I just hope everyone here is pleased with the plan being laid out, both long term and short.
What I can say is... that what I like about Mike especially is that he knows his place. For 17 years now mortgage interests is his forte, not IR, not bean-counting, nor whale-watching. He's an entrepreneurial type that hires folks [smarter in specific areas] than he is, more experienced in selected areas, thus it will make him look brilliant overall down the road.
I plan on bringing out his brilliance in a way that pleases those around him in both a higher-pps, and long term TRUST that HE [MB] can deliver on what he promises.
So that means to keep expectations low but pleasing short term, build from there, and deliver…. through a higher pps each quarter.
Is it possible? I think so!
Temp'
Lucy, that sentence structure is the value-proposition, [90-day IR plan] we are currently undertaking.
"What are the Company plans to increase shareholder value short term (1-6 months)and long term (6 months to 2 years)?"
There is a short term and a long term plan under way....
Temp'
ps... to others, we don't need any more impute, the question Lucy raised in dead-on, leading to the restructuring of IR regarding SFNN.
Spent quite a bit of time last night with both MB & JB conference call. We plan a shareholders letter sometime soon with items/goods that are important to all of us, including questions/comments asked here.
That's all I can say... stay tuned...
Temp'
Good one Ms. Rhap EOM
Sen, appreciate your posts... EOM
Disagree, trust methodologies are not better suited for larger corps, it's a core competency in which we base our decisions in all areas of life. You my friend are no doubt a short term trader, and that's ok. But some here are not, and see value far beyond "daily occurrence's ".
For example, would we trust MB anymore if he announced a cash dividend? No, not long term. Would we trust MB if he announced a dividend plan, implemented that plan, then stayed the course throughout each quarter hitting his mark? Yes.
So which is it, trust or no-trust, long term trust or short term trust? Or don't you base your decisions [in part] on trust?
This is the type of mentality that reflects mircocap players, but in this case? The buck stops here!
No offense intended!
Temp'
Thanks vegas, always appreciate your posts. With the 3 offices it's hard to catch MB for more than a few seconds. So I look forward to further discussion only a daily bases.
What I like about vegas the most [since I don't gamble] are the mountains. Valley of Fire was exceptional to say the least.
Thanks again, as I'm sure we'll meet someday.
Temp'
It's obvious to me at least to see where you play, and since SFNN isn't moving in the right direction?
Have fun playing elsewhere!
Regards,
Temp'
Latter part of month, first of next, but.... I won't be meeting with anyone outside of management. Sorry if your next question was along those lines.
Temp'
For the most part if there are those that want to understand why the pps is low with a positive eps, here's a site to ponder.
http://trustenablement.com/ Read a bit and you'll get the picture.
Temp'
By the way... the ph# is obsolete along with the email address...
Just in case...
Temp'
lucy, generate a higher pps EOM
NO PM's, and no I am not on the company payroll. As an outside consultant, my take is strictly on performance. No performance? No gotta anything....
Above .10cents I make some
above .20cents I make more
above .35cents I make more
above .50cents I make more....
performance only.... and I know NOTHING!
Thanks anyway
Temp'
Sorry, no gotta EOM
Management is busy tweaking what they have, and considering the mortgage industry, and the variables therein, that says a lot. Let's see what he does over the next 60 days and judge from there.
temp
Considered, but understand too from an unbiased opinion, I don't know anyone here, nor will ever know those that are long. Long today verses 10 years ago is until the next PR.
All things considerd, I would never post anything to allow anyone to think news in pending, nor what type. Thus when I post, it will always be in general terms.
I see you point and well taken.
When I personally think of releasing news worthy items, there is an order to consider. What I want to also see is a news item as least every 30-days be it a PR or at their homesite.
Temp'
Sen, that's obvious, give me something that isn't. Imagine a host of infor we don't have, which might be combined in a news letter, shareholder letter that is updated at the website on a monthly bases. Yeah, we need a lot of things...
Patient Temp'
You all understand I am not a spokesperson for SFNN, I am a solutionist, business strategist, as stated in a link I provided earlier about my background. So don't go saying "well temp said this, temp said that...". I have only provided information in general about topics that most investors worry about, and that is, can I trust this guy , is he providing necessary info regarding a long-term commitment, is there transparency, his outlook for the mortgage industry, goas, etc.... and so on.
What to we personally know about this guy? Very little so far, but that's about to change including media events. What if Michael did a web-conference the day of the next quarter release? These are things important to investors, and of course.... much much more.
Temp'
Will not respond to PM's EOM
Given recent acquisitions, doesn't it take time to analyze each so to tweak, squeeze out, advance the "best of" for each? Give Michael time to mold what he has, round off the edges, and work from there. He realizes the pps needs to be much higher before another acquistion is in order.
They have like any other competing company in the public eye, a host of companies they are looking at to acquire.
PatientTemp'
Sen, it's not about feeling loved, it's about making money. SFNN is refining what they have, tweaking if you will. We don't need a song and dance, which is totally unacceptable. SFNN is not acquiring another company until the pps is much much higher. Thus it would/will take less in stock to purchase said company.
You are totally right about a higher pps, meaning less shares to acquire. Thus they are taking necessary steps in the next quarter to establish a blue-print of incremental successes.
Temp'
Rap, and for the record, I will be working as an outside consultant to SFNN soon. Therefore it is my commitment to see SFNN grow expotentially between all company stakeholders using Trust-Enablement Values.
One might call me an outsourced Liaison-IR-Consultant between you and them. I will be the go-to guy for the next 6-months or so, not as a spokesman, but as a solutionist.
When we hit .10
When we hit .20
When we hit .35
When we hit .50
My take is solely based on performance!
Trust will be established through long-term solutions, so that a higher pps in incremental stages?
Will creates THE proposed [value-proposition].
What we have now is unacceptable uncertainy, but will have higher levels of trust and confidence in management through sharing and acceptance of information.
Temp'
Yes, things are changing for the better regarding SFNN, home site, investors link, shareholder letter, shareholder meeting, all things considered enabling trust solutions for and between all stakeholders and.... our leader Michael Barron.
Give it about 60 days [continual incremental change] and we'll see a huge difference in the way MB does business on the investor side of the equation.
