I've mentioned it in the past, that SFNN doesn't have an IR firm of any count. You can't even find the guy on the map, so, as MB steers his ship forward, we can expect a port or two between acquisitions to replenish his crew, namely us.
I hope you didn't mean "exodus" as in a personal nature
Temp'
imoney, no I wasn't in any way referring any date nor amount in ref to conversion. What I said in general was the MB wanted the stock to be well above, needed to be well above .04. Which IMO makes perfect sense to what both you and mj1 are discussing.
What I get out of it is that "none" will be converted based on good business sense for the future of each company though SFNN.
Temp'
no particular date EOM
mjc1, that's one of the most logical posts I've read yet, and other reason why MB emphasized that the .04cent and above range.... is very important at this stage.
st
mjc1, CFO is excellent choice EOM
Lucy, that's right as his expertise is legal-council regarding acquistions not investor-relations. As council in my book he has no business discussing IR to shareholders. That's why IMO, he JCB referenced latest PR filing. If he made statements along with MB as too what's being filed, this too isn't ethical. A good friend in the business for 30 years made the same statement. The company can't or shouldn't comment 'personally' on sec filings.
This is why I asked mjc1 about JCB's position.
st
mjc, do you understand Joe's position? Tell me what his title is?
Temp'
littlejohn, you buying up to .029? EOM
Vinn, unless MB takes a drastic 180 degree turn, nothing has changed. So let's understand it like this... If I came on the scene, or anyone else for that matter and had an idea or set of ideas leading to a plan, how might that fit into a schedule already in progress? Maybe their plan, MB/JB for the coming months was compeletely filled expect for a few days. When those days came up, they were delayed because of an over-stay, thus over lapping [investor plan]. That said, I/We must be patient to work with current plan of MB's into the investor side. We would like MB to work maybe more for the investor right now, but not know their schedule, I/we must be patient.
Understand I'm not correcting you in anyway, just making a general statement from what I know as of today.
Cheers,
Temp'
So how's everyone holding up today? Just returned from pushing 12 inches of sand under my feet, to now shoveling 12 inches off the drive. Not a pleasant welcome along with our pps. I received an email from JB, MB is out until next Tues, conference Weds with both of them regarding the plan. I had a few questions to ask JB [ref to last 2/A], but will have to wait until Weds.
As most here no doubt agree, this puppy is taking a lot of patience. But I like who we are working with in ref to management.

Americano and all... things are good, and my reference to "not believing" as in MB or SFNN management was a bit off key I see. I just find myself having a very strong conviction, one in which I seldom do in penny land. So I try and will try... to stay neutral regarding what being said on SFNN Ihub as much as possible.
What I would like to see, something done in prior years, and that is to link the best-of-posts [meat and gravy] to an area so that newbie's to SFNN can reflect on what's already been said. Of course it would be good for us too.
For instance when we talk about calls made, float, A/S, comments on latest 10Q, etc. Have the-best-of-posts linked... somewhere, separated into topic's discussed. I realize this may be to much to ask for, and not sure how long most are going to stick around; so it's just an idea.
I have a call into MB on the 16th after I return from Tulum, which will set up a meeting for the next week probably the 22nd and 23rd.
So those here understand, MB-Mgt and I are going to set up a 90-day strategic-investor-plan, [details and timing], once we get together and refine the outline.
It's good to see all these comments on the SFNN board.
SirTemp'
ps... go Colts!
I think I'll stop posting here now, even though my times are few. I remember, and maybe a few here too... that MB, that is Michael Barron [stated] he will NOT increase the A/S. Now, how plain and simple can it get? What part of NOT-increase doesn't any and all understand? Are those who posts here for the first time or near first too lazy to go back and check the board a few weeks back. Maybe just see the first sentence highlights as they pan down?
It's one thing for someone to post here and say, It's a probability, SFNN will increase the A/S. But it's a totally different story for those here who DOUBT MB's word.
Dah dah dah

Correction: Sounds about right smartmoney, and given the fact that our once friend [CRUSADER CAPITAL PARTNERS II LLC 16,156,463] ARE NOW GONE>>> the next leg up won't be temporary, jmo.
temp'
Well I hope you guys make some money, I just don't see an entry point due to the unknown share count.
Best,
Temp'
Has anyone ever talked to someone from the company? All I get is a recording....
t
More like 112-billion? EOM
Yeah, 112 million and we've already seen 106 million, yeah right.... [laughing]
I'd like to invest, but....
Temp'
O/S? EOM
Zillions out on this one? EOM
Really guys this is all very simple. As an example, has anyone here called MB and asked him to buy shares on the open market? Probably not, but what would it do for the pps? Probably nothing. But given a long term plan enabling trusted increments, the guy delivers on what he said, and over a long period of time; what then might happen to the pps?
Most think in increments, I think looking at an overall industry strategy, not company strategy.
An industry strategy....

For the most part, few here know what I know, jmo. That said, SFNN needs an IR Consultant, or maybe one might want to call it counsel for investors between them and management. Neither MB or JB have the background nor the time to address a tremendous amount of issues that need both immediate answers, and long-term solutions.
One of 32 things I hope to accomplish, which will fall in line between 25 & 30 [that is --- stages of progress...] is to get SFNN on board with the likes of or equivalent to> http://www.wisdomtreeindexes.com/index-details.asp?IndexID=9 smallcap 'dividend' fund.
If we get to this stage, well, I think you get the picture.

painted 1500 EOM
Lil'John;
Hmmm, let's see, what do you know about the company?
Hmmm, let's see, how many shares have they paid to consultants?
Hmmm, let's see, the less someone knows about a company, the more general nonsensical [jumble of words] comes though?
Yup, that pretty much say's it all
Temp'
I don't see why there wouldn't be news by or before the end of Feb; why is that? Cause we need news!
st
If the guys are out there for two weeks instead of one, do the math. He also has important things to do back in Vegas, right? So it is a good thing....
You know as much as I know
Temp'
Mgt is in CA until late this week. They haven't been able to finish up on business at hand, [don't ask - but it's good]. So, that means I won't be able to meet with mgt until about the week of 19th thru 23rd sometime in Feb. I'll be on vacation between the 8th and 15th.
Not that it means that much to anyone here.... so we be patient little pups, right?
SirTemp'
Here, nothing new :-0 EOM
Interesting posts, but what's the excitement about? No news, no subject matter to work from... at least from what I can find. Surely there must be something out there...
Temp
Wheels; N/A EOM
Hey you guys are too much here, it's just me buying before I can't buy anymore...
SirTemp'
Funny Rhapso.. ha! EOM
Anyone know who Dave is? EOM
Opp, I think it goes back to my original statement a while back. Can we all imagine how busy MB has been regarding the acquisitions, what they entail during and after completion? I would estimate that about 25% of the work is done when papers are finally signed, but that still leaves MB about 75% to complete what he feels the company/companies need after that.
Not a completion as we know it, but one that requires a solutions-after-next approach, proactive and continuous. So that means he's had [at that time], no one else to help with other projects. JB is his legal-council.
Since I've been working on creating a new industry from the ground up, and in both traditional and digital markets, waiting for the start of a [realized] paradigm-shift. I believe I can be of real benefit.
One of the main reasons why I'm doing this is because of the flexibility I see in both JB MB. Not bending, but flexible.
Besides, would one rather trust [in a startup relationship phase] someone who's already bought into SFNN in a big way? Or someone who thinks inside-the-box persay regarding what's already been tried?
Good to hear from you Opp
SirTemp'
Before my visit I ranted a bit about the page before, so this is a step up, but by on means is it legit or professional. They know that, so given the proper amount of time to digest all their web apps., all generated websites, those combining into one... nothing will look the same in the near future.
The shearsonhomeloans was a quick fix to something that didn't work at all.
Best,
Temp'
Let's say I hope this "out of a can" web-page-front wasn't on their agenda, better said, I seriously doubt it. This area is not one of their strong points.
Temp'
OT: americano, I heard you're a night owl, so for one to barter say eggs in exchange for a few SFNN shares you would need to get up early and catch the Hen napping to heist a few. Sounds like the guy getting the eggs made the better deal today, but if one looks at this on a daily bases, it would make sense.
Looking forward to next week...
ST
Wick, thanks, no one said anything about 6 months too see results, so [what] results remain to be seen.

Vegas, sounds good to me.. EOM
smart77, thanks EOM
lj, don't know those specific's, but I do know as others have posted here, about 290mil shares afloat.
Since SFNN has be acquiring, maybe that's it, don't know and couldn't comment if I did know.. that is regarding what the other 50mil were/is being used for.
Thanks for asking though
