Hong Kong is part of China!! Heading to .02 and below once all the hype and newsletters have stopped. So by next week half of these posters will be on to the next pump, the other half wondering what happened.
So the questions around this PR is what is GMEC paying for Cameron Hood, and what percentage of his contracts does GMEC retain. GMEC is only acting as an agent, nothing more. And is this in dollars or chinese currency.
GMEC is not the owner of the movie or getting the 110 mm in sales, they only represent one actor in the movie. And for those wanting to know exactly what this company does:
Great China Mania Holdings, Inc. (GMEC), formerly Great East Bottles & Drinks (China) Holdings, Inc, through its subsidiaries, engaged in the provision artiste and project management services; publication of magazines; retail operation of video games and accessories, and investment activities. GMEC is an electronic content provider that creates and provides leisure and lifestyle-related electronic content to Hong Kong, Macau and China. It organizes artists to participate in movies, event management, and promotion for its clients. The Company publishes eight weekly or bi-weekly magazines that focus on computer technologies, video games, digital equipment, and automobiles. It operates two retail stores to sell video game machines, as well as video games and accessories. On March 31, 2011, the Company disposed of Water Scientific Holdings Limited.
nothing is stated about 110m in revenue, but the film is expected to make 110m in sales, nothing is said about what if any is going to GMEC, only that the actor is associated with GMEC who is in this film. Typical forward looking vague statement.
Where do you see 1602, I see 1600, and the quotes are partially delayed.
Why do they feel that way, insider information or fabricated news without the company knowing about it?? Who are these big players?? Another very vague unproveable information that's covered by their disclaimer. Very Sad
Let's see, Nov 9th report published, 1/3rd of 4th quarter already past and they still had the need for the 250K at the time of publish and actively seeking for capital. Therefore they knew they were not getting the revenue they needed. So to save additional monies they went dark.
Show me where Facebook and Twitter are paying TEVE as part of TEVE's upgrade to allow social networking, It would make more sense for TEVE to Pay Facebook and Twitter to allow teve to have access to these networks. The upgrade was only a software update which added the capabilities to function with Facebook and Twitter. Please show me different.
Because pumps and dumps prey on the gullible, greedy and naive, this is one, too many people getting screwed by these newsletter companies who of course for legal reasons have their disclaimer that says Entertainment only, marketing only, etc but are making hundreds of thousands of dollars pushing the bs, then there are the newsletter employees who follow-up on as many boards as they can pushing the same stock, without any disclaimer but acting as private citizen investors. If I get a newsletter touting a stock I follow it, and 100 percent of them are pump and dumps, all ending at near or subpenny. Yes if you own the stock from the beginning prior to the pump you can make money but for the most part, playing on a person's greedy nature to make a buck sucks, that's why I'm here.
Like this stock, have you contacted the GMEC managementy to see if they are the ones publishing the PR's and why no 8K's filed, why all of a sudden 13 newsletters at once start publishing info?? Who hired them and for what reason??? I bet the answer will be, if you actually get something,, we have nothing to do with the newsletters and haven't hired anyone, so then how did these news letters get this information??? None of the penny market is above board, it all stinks, and people need to realize that. Several companies I've followed the CEO's have been jailed or heavily fined by SEC. Unfortunately, more and more of these companies are overseas, especially in China, I mean who is going to fly to China to find out the truth. MDCE is an example of this, now trading at .0001. You asked, so there is your answer, GMEC is no different.
You forgot the disclaimer which I have below, I also received another email from another newsletter that the disclaimer stated they were paid 120,000 dollars for a one month marketing campaign by a third party. Read the disclaimer on all newsletters, then you will see why you are receiving them. As the one below states, doublepenny is for "entertainment only".

110 million of sales to whom? What is the breakdown to GMEC itself, do not be fooled into thinking GMEC is getting this money. THis is the ploy of these PR's. Most movies after all is said and done costs more to make, market, and show than the sales itself, most money is made in secondary markets and product offshoots. But there are some who believe this will translate to 110 million in revenue for GMEC, this is incorrect.
That was six months ago, and they also said they were looking for 250K by 31 December and looking to get capital financing, they failed at both, then they went dark. I'm not worried, but if I had shares I would be, good luck.
The word basher is only used by those promoting the stock, usually hired by newsletters to keep the interest going and to defend against those who see through the hype and P&D processes as has been seen for decades. If GMEC PR's were so good, why is no 8K filed?? Why only PRs??
and I've heard that before also, "GMEC is different, you can't compare this to others...... The newsletters have to be right this time......its not coordinated pump, its just a good stock......, pr's cost money and they wouldn't release all these unless they were legitimate......., just coincidence that newsletters tout GMEC prior to all the recent PR's, if they knew before that would be insider trading so it must be coincidence......!!!"
No it's not, just wait and see, but I wish you luck. Buyer beware.
I think on this go around the money has already been made, but I agree as long as you own the stock before the pump you can make money if you are not greedy. With so many newsletters and spam going out, I got four notices today from 4 different newsletters I am not subscribed to all in reference to GMEC, yet with all that not much to smile about today for those that bought, will be a lot of bagholders after today hoping for a rise in pps and will be very disappointed when it goes back down to prepump level. There was a reason why it dropped from .65 to .02.
Its a typical pump and dump, now all that's left are those hoping they weren't as wrong as they are,aka bagholders, not the first stock won't be the last.
that's incorrect, its the board of directors and the CEO's decision, only when it requires a vote of all shareholders will it be Mr Lenfests decision.
I think TEVE can't afford to do much other than dream, as neon alley's contract with TEVE is not based on subscribers and it would be cost prohibitive for TEVE to go international competing against google and the like. Not going to happen, expect sale or BK soon. Revenue is in question each day they do not get financing, but then again, no one will know. Look at it this way, if the deals done at end of 3rd quarter were so tremendous, they would have had no need for financing or need to go dark, yet they did. Facts are facts, TEVE dying a slow death until CPR given by another company willing to spend millions to keep it going. Europe? Cost prohibitive!!
No as pennystocks are so easily manipulated with pumps and dumps, newsletters and the gullible public, the chart will never show the pump prior to the dump until its too late, this isn't the first stock to "make us all rich" and it won't be the last, once the pps falls back to prepump level, newsletters will go on to the next "stock of the year"
I already stated that once this starts to dump there will be a cry from people here and the newsletters blaming the shorts, no its not any short activity but those who hired the newsletters to pump the stock so they can dump, GMEC is no different than any other p&d.
charts don't matter in pennystocks, bolinger band doesnt matter in penny stock, spambots increasing as the dump has begun, you've been warned
and yet very little rise in pps meaning, sells from dumpers as those unfamiliar with penny stock buying into hype but the target is reached for those selling to liquidate their stock that they purchased at .02, making some serious money.
its not the mm's its the newsletter clients that are beginning to sell, possibly the start of the dump, now through friday. You now see people who fell for the hype have already bought and money is now at a premium to continue to buy, so they have to time it right to continue to sell before all the naive money dries up
GMEC being promoted, make money on the push but be prepared for the fallout, do not be greedy, once these promotions go away so will the pps if not sooner. The 126,000 paid so far is just a drop in the bucket as you can see on the link below.

And who would that be?
WHAT?? Now phoney trades on Level II, shorts are as much a fantasy as the dividend idea, not to mention the ESPN/TEVE connection
No he doesn't they no longer have to report anything, they are not a fully reporting company, no form 4's no 8ks, 10ks, 10qs etc etc etc. They are quiet, dark, and done!!
Now you know what a short will do?? If they borrowed at 100 dollars right after the split, and now bought at 15 because of need to cover or tired of having money tied up, why not? Great profit for them.
Shorts are a myth, interest is dying, all that received the newsletters have either ignored or bought, be prepared for one last push so insiders can dump their shares.
Now that on paper pps is 15.00 you don't have to wait and submit 12.50 buy orders, just pay the 15 ask and accumulate all you want, come on you'll make a killing in the future, buying now is the best possible scenario, who else is willing to put their money where their posts are.
Since they no longer have to report to the SEC, could be, less shares to purchase later during the privatization or less to pay out during bankruptcy.
You want to point to where Telvue is specifically mentioned??? Watched the videos, format is on adobe flash player and nothing in settings or global settings have anything to do with TELVUE. Stories are about sports not TELVUE, so where did I miss the reference to TEVE??
Not ready for what? someone paying a 97 percent premium on a stock going nowhere? one person sells at bid and half the money is gone, just like that. Or maybe a short just covered 200 shares? 40,000 presplit shares.....oh the possibilities.
DOWN
True, but since this is being touted by so many newsletters at once, and they are all being paid to do so, there is a major campaign to pump this stock, the PR's may be true or may not be, who's going to fly and find out first hand, no one here, it's all a big leap of faith, if you've made money time to take it off the table, and most will raise the pps and continue to pump as long as their are people willing to buy, then the floor will fall off, probably this Friday if not sooner.
Here's a past example: So again, I say buyer beware!!!
Federal authorities have made another arrest and issued an indictment in an elaborate case involving efforts to inflate penny stock prices in a "pump and dump" scheme that operated between 2007 and 2009.
The scam employed botnets to distribute emails pushing stocks on potential investors with the intention to raise the stock's value before the operators sold off their holdings at a profit, leaving unwary investors with a loss.
James Bragg of Chandler, Arizona, was arrested in October of last year and plead guilty "for his role in hiring botnet operators and engaging in mass email campaigns to pump up the value of stock prior to dumping shares."
Bragg named Christopher Rad of Cedar Park, Texas, as a co-conspirator.
Rad, who was arrested by authorities on Monday and charged with securities and wire fraud, faces a possible $500,000 fine and up to five years in federal prison.
The indictment asserts that "Rad acted as a middleman between stock promoters seeking to pump shares of stock, and computer experts located inside and outside of the United States who used various means, including 'spam' email campaigns, 'botnets,' and hacking to pump the stock."
Two other non-U.S. residents were also indicted in the case, though they are not currently in custody.
Have you noticed something strange about their PR's. Always on Market wire, no point of contact by name is ever listed, only a phone number, January's PR's have quotes from "ROY", GMEC CEO, yet in Decembers PR the CEO was someone else, what company or PR uses a single name on a quote from their CEO. Now on Yahoo in profile tab of GMEC it has one CEO name, on the PR in DEcember it was another and now the PR in January attributes the ceo to "Roy". Beware of spambots, many emails or messages may be put out, ask for a reply from them and if nothing probably a computer generated message not from a real person. Buyer Beware.
With the dump around the corner if it does hit double digits it will be back into single digits or lower within a week. As many as 13 newsletters touting this stock all for a lot of money, the money paid to these people is just a drop in the bucket of what the bag holders will lose once this campaign is over meaning some entity will make a killing once again on the backs of the naive and get rich quick hopefulls.
and the dump is also undeniable, just wait and see
