Sitestar Pursues Planned Spin-Off
ENCINO, Calif., May 7, 2001 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- Sitestar Corp. (OTCBB:SYTE) today
announced that it is continuing to pursue the spin-off of Sitestar Applied
Technologies into a separate, independent company, per the previously announced
resolution of Sitestar's board of directors.
Sitestar wishes to update its shareholders, in response to many inquiries, that
it will attempt to bring the spin-off process to a successful conclusion in the
near future.
"Sitestar is continuing to act on its plan to become two independent public
companies, with shares of the spun off company to be traded under a different
symbol," commented Clinton J. Sallee, president and CEO of Sitestar.
"This move will create an independent public company focused on content
development, and will unlock value for shareholders. As we face continued delays
from the regulatory authorities, and in an effort to expedite the process, we
are reviewing potential merger partners that will instantly provide trading
status, in addition to pursuing the regulatory process.
"The board is committed to bringing the process to a successful completion and
will pick the alternative most advantageous to our shareholders."

Basic Earth Reports Record 3rd Quarter Results
DENVER, Feb. 14 /PRNewswire/ -- Basic Earth Science Systems, Inc. (Basic) (OTC
Bulletin Board: BSIC - news) reported net income of $274,000, approximately one and seven tenths of a cent ($0.017) per
share, on oil and gas sales revenue of $764,000, for the quarter ended December 31, 2000 (2000). For the quarter ended
December 31, 1999 (1999), the Company reported net income of $20,000, approximately one-tenth of a cent ($0.001) per
share, on oil and gas sales revenue of $539,000. The $225,000 (42%) increase in sales revenue was due primarily to an
increase in oil prices.
Ray Singleton, President of Basic, commented, ``We are pleased to report that this is the highest quarterly income the
Company has reported since the current management team took over in 1993. While certainly oil prices have aided in these
results, the Company continues to move forward in restoring production, enhancing growth and controlling costs. Responding
to increasing competition in the acquisition of producing properties and Basic's strengthening balance sheet, the Company
anticipates modifying its approach, on a limited basis, to include exposure to drilling opportunities. While we focus on these new
opportunities, we do not intend to neglect the strategies that got us here.''
Basic is an oil and gas exploration and production company with primary operations in south Texas and the Williston basin.
Basic is traded ``over-the- counter'' under the symbol BSIC.

BB a few buys on DCTG and she looks good to go
BWAYE popping a bit, come on lets see that E fall.
Hope she rocks for you...
BB,
Do you trade Calls or Puts?
My TERN Calls are looking good. I got the Oct $7.50 when the stock was at $5.00 a week or so ago. Now $6.15
Well done!!! I don't have level II for full Nasdaq just OTCBB
I picked up 5k VWLC at .65 yesterday horrible spread, but hearing the Ear Bud technology is close to coming to market. Last year I bought at $1.50 and sold at $6.25 it then went to $8.00. Horrible spread, but when buying comes in it moves like the wind.
UDIG just keeps sneaking up, hearing next week could be good (I repeat could) if all comes together.
Read the last PR and look at the technology from the Scanline web site
Adding 25k CPVD here
Happy anniversary Patsy all the best!!!
Thanks for your comments on Post 3664 I guess I missed that post somehow until now (blushing). I like and respect you two as well.
14 million in the float
Patsy, I think we have a winner there. I added 70k from .035 to .039 yesterday it does seem to move on every buy.
LOL Maybe some touch but some luck too. When I first bought CTDH when it ran fro .50 to 4 5/8 I bought because I really liked the CEO and I knew he was honest and would do right by shareholders. So when it fell back and I started buying again from .438 to .22 I was buying not because I thought the company was that spectacular but because again the man in charge I liked and I knew he would make me money someday. Know he is doing just like I expected, he has stuff coming IMO
CPVD is looking good today, now if we could just get that DCTG and KWNK to wake up.
CTDH .43 x .50 now...sweeeeeet
BB
Going in for 10k MYCO right now...
I think you will be happy you got in, just give it a little time water and fertlizer and it will grow.
There goes CTDH, climbing again :))
Man, I don't even have any yet.
Thought you didn't like that one? lol
Already in...yes
Let me get this straight...
Did I just see the MM's lower the bid on DCTG?????? Now .036 x .06 was it not .038 x .06 before. WHY???
Are you guys watching UDIG?
As MM's tend to do, they put up phoney walls (in CPVD's case .04) to bluff people, well I called there bluff and they ran like the rodents they are. 14 MM float
Bought BMII at .08 last week sold @ .17 thanks for the memories
Keep an eye on UDIG over the next three days
Doing some K-Mart shopping last two days
Picked up 2 10k blocks of MYCO at .13 look at level II
A pile of news is coming and the new CEO in charge has a great past history
