Huge volume today...rent must be due.
I don't think you will find out any additional information by doing so as insiders are not going to go out on a limb. The current status quo is what they are comfortable saying either through company generated PR or the Money TV spots. It sucks nut they are penny stock and I quess it goes with the scenery
Man...it's getting heavy in here!
Don'tforget your "Darling of the show" Shirt
Again cheap is relative. I think Dominion is a clever device..how clever is what we are talking about. 125 Million will make Dean very rich and even if you bought at the high you still got a double. Pretty compelling...
Agreed...however miles away from $2 a share.
Option 3#
GE buys IMGG for .50 cents share pays Dean 900K salary as consultant for 3 years.
Dean said it himself that they wanted to make these units. Again I think it's wishful thinking that NDA's are in place for a quick scoop up. The day that happens word gets out believe me! This stock will trade 20 million shares
HAwk well I quess we can agree to disagree. I just get annoyed by baseless posts that say we are going to get $2-5 even 10 a share after FDA. I don't think its going to happen. I see 30-50 cents with positive news and a credit line deal.
The thread was on valuation if they got bought out. I was debateing that I don't think a large manufacturer is likely to buy IMGG without a solid record of performance. Do you have an answer to this I'm not expecting to get one until something is announced so sorry I'm not running away because I don't know the end result. The one answer I wish I had answered and one that everyone here should ask for is "how will IMGG meet its financial requiments in the near term? I mean it's obvious another round of dillution is headed our way. I actually think it's important that IMGG get more capital now. It will put them in less of a periless situation and will prevent any rash moves because the cash ran out.
Now tell me do you want to know this info or are u content to have Dean just keep selling his personal shares to keep the lights on?
Well how do you know for sure that no other device with the same capabilites is not under review right now? Believe me if this was a slam dunk this stock would be well north of here and you would be seeing upticks every week on increasing volume. Thats not happening is it?
Anything cam be adapted knocked off...recreated...re-engineered. Your saying companies will pay for that rather than doing it themselves. I would only partially agree with that as the BIG BOYS won't sit back and let the market evaporate. IF IMGG is on the market and customers can't get enough... then I would agree with you. Make sense just to buy the existing company...however given the very limited budget of IMGG don't u think some of these guys will develope similiar approaches under their own brand? IF Dominion is what you think it is then this is happening now. Hopefully Dean has struck a deal already pending approval.
Nice dream but the reality is quite different. IMGG is not by any means emerging technology. The device is clever and if they have enough good customers they might actually have a thriving business. Changing the world is not what this device will do and there fore will never fetch the multiples you speak off.
Kimble,
How do you base your estimates? So you think GE will just payout a 1/2 billion dollars for a product that has never made dollar 1? Comon dude.
If they sold the maximum of what they could produce that would be in the area of 60 million. Lets be generous and say they can sell 100 million.(Actual will be a fraction of this) GE is not paying 9X sales...no way no how.
He did but whats eating at me is the fact that if FDA is close at hand it would seem getting some form of bridge financing would be of high priority. The fact that Dean has to sell at these levels is really a huge negative and while it is the least dillutive it still sends a message that IMGG is still not ready for prime time
Again so much being placed on approval. I honestly think Dean will get it. Whether the financing piece can be put in place is the real question.
10.00? why not say 100 dollars? I mean if your going to pump why not do it justice.
Here my take .50 on FDA approval....$1
after they have shipped at least 3 or 4 units to viable customers and get there cost structure under control.
Hi Dean thanks for the reply. Only you know if these spots are making sense. Really I think what everyone is concerned about is the cash on hand situation. I was pleased to hear you reinforce the statement that you have financing in place but I wish your team would shed some light on your capital needs for the next quarter.
Same message different day. I think if Dean has committed to run a number of these shows he should wait until there something to say before going on. Seem to me like it's missed opportunity...although hearing he has financing in place adds a little sizzle to the steak! Hope that phone rings anyday...
Sonoma,
Just the action of rebalancing I would quess. Somone bought 2000 sharesd at .05 I quess at these levels they figure what the heck.
I don't think there is any question that IMGG will have to issue more shares. Yes Deans selling his shares may work at this moment but I can't believe it will continue for very much longer. Heck at this level whats another 20%... a penny? Let them get 2 million in stock so they can run the company. This month to month crap is not cutting it.
looks like you figured out the caplock key as well..nice going
anyway do you have anything intelligent to add. Where do you think the money to pay this quarters expenses are coming from?
Do you think the 10-q was not an issue? Just another BB stock and therefore all sanity goes out the window?
Again CFO should come out and give us a plan that includes 2 lines:
IMGG has secured capital to cover expenses of X$ which will satisfy our capital needs through Xdate
This would do wonders for the PPS even if approval is still months away. I can't imagine that this would be anymore speculative than then the "hit of the show" and "imminent approval" qoutes we have have all read and seen.
What I would suggest is to cut the monthly nut to a bare minimum so IMGG can be around to reap the benefit of a FDA go ahead. You may even want to scrap the refurb business. It does not look like that business is doing that great. Maybe divest it?
The cash flow situation here is dire. The existing business doesn't even begin to cover the overhead. Realistically they need to sell another 10-15 million shares right now to get some operating capital. That should buy a couple of more quarters. If they don't have FDA by then I think the goose will be sufficiently.
Have more faith in your CAPLOCK key it actually deactivates when you depress it.
500K operating exp per Qtr! 6K in the bank. Holy Smokes Batman!
500K operating exp per Qtr! 6K in the bank. Holy Smokes Batman!
You guys are really touchy. The point is if there is a delay and it's related to software that becomes troublesome. He was making a point that it's a non-issue. I don't see it that way.
Lets pray there NO ISSUE software or other.
So you believe the FDA is holding up the approval because trained Doctors can't interpret the images as displayed by the Dominion software? Let hope your wrong as that may be a
deal killer.
Yes I know. Thats why your here trying to get some bit of info. CFO should step up and say somehting about how they plan to finance the next quarter or 2. My concern is cash flow. When it stops eveyone goes home.
Regards,
Mark
1.5 million whooa..you must be related to Dean? I just dabble. Nothing huge, but does it matter? We are discussing the merits. Theres still no escaping the realities of what still may happen. I agree with you we should see a move up on FDA approval, how much is the question. BTW I hope that happens ASAP. However if there is a delay or some other 6-12 month postponement..well you know, we all get hosed. The float is huge and insider shares hit the market every few weeks!Kinda tough to make any money here until the company pumps out equipment orders. Hopefully sooner than later.
I thinks it realistic given IMGG has never manufactured a new product from scratch. But if Dean wants to step in and tells us what his first year forcast will be after approval...I'm all ears. Is that against the law too?
Sonoma,
I applaud your stab at it...I would say it will take 2-3 years to get to that point so using 80 million for the first year after approval is way out of range. IMHO the company will sell only a 1/2 dozen or so units within a year of approval. The actual cost of these unit will be higher than your 50% profit margin. I'm think 60% with debugging and streamlining the first runs. IMgg will also be promoting much more aggressiviely and if they have the cash they will put that into adv and r/d. SO if they can sell 6-7 in the first 12 months after approval they might see 1-2 million in net profits. 1-2 milion in net profit on 250 million shares is .004-.008 cents per share X 20= .20 to .40 cents range.
THis assume some profitability from the existing business and containing the current cost structure..(which I don't get)
Hmmm so you think this will move 2250% move on FDA approval.
Hmmmm a 330% move ok anybody care to speculate on PPS if the FDA approves?
Heres my quess FDA approval=.35 cents a share
FDA resubmission or any other delay= .02 cents a share
Anybody else?
Then use a dead pig or some other object! I mean whats the point of bringing in the machine if your not going to show how it works in REAL TIME? IS getting it through the doorway and plugging it in to a 110AC the most pressing feature?
I don't get this type of marketing.
Also why would they bring in the device and not show it working? I mean strap a pig to a table and lets see some images on the fly. Thats what TV does best...it DEMONSTRATES.
4 cents! Something up !
Yeah too bads only 60K. OF course 60K is better than 0.
He sold close to 1.3 million shares in Feb.
Kimble,
Nothing sells itself in this type of market. The will need an agressive salesforce and or front man to place product once /if FDA approves. The flood gates will not magically open.
