CBN Cashless policy worldwide-known is already IHUB posted, an agency of Nigerian government.
African app acceptance is federal policy, in comparison with the US experience.
And so: The Tech really works!
MECINCORP in Africa, 15 months. It is a player already with customers seeing it at Bet9ja, UBA Emailmoni, UBA Internet Banking, now at State of Lagos, lasg-ebs-rcm.com. It is already completely in the cashless tax payments policy, a major player. It clearly took a CE0--if maybe with a team of lawyers, (Maybe as far as the eye can see(?). Expansion plans with basis in Financials is announced "Pending" in SEC approved and regulated channel.
--Back in the USA, Banks got TARP, C @ $0.97 per share at one point, with Citigroup then at 1 for 10 reverse split. That only took less than two or three years(?). USA Citigroup does have 171,000 plus employees. Nigerian GTBank has about 10,000--about half of USA Capital One, GTBank would be thought comparable to USA Citizens Bank. UBA is 5th in Nigeria, with 600 branches, ongoing since 1949, or so. It was never in TARP(?).
--MECINCORP is a player in Nigeria after only one year, at 15 months. Anyone sees why(?). Nigeria needs MECINCORP Technology. They are not a US Bank--whatever that now means. Nigeria has 190 mil. people, total banking services badly needed.
US banks at P2P; UBA & GTB Cashless. The banking environments are clearly not comparable. GTB is Nigerian Bank #1, typically, and UBA #5. State of Lagos cashless payments features UBA Emailmoni. State of has monthly payers, 8 mil. advertised.
MEC in cashless Nigeria is not USA. USA banks have no comparable tech or even the cashless policy in place. Cannabis in the USA, for example, was even thought bogus when I was little(?). . .in the countryside(?) above the Hollywood Bowl. . .in a manner of speaking(?). MECINCORP does have US revenues, but against a lot of odds. The light-years difference in financial environments, between Nigeria and USA, is the monster investment basis by itself. Fintech is welcome in Nigeria. There are hosted conventions, even: Drawing worldwide participants. The planet is different, in the different space(s)(?). The King of Jordan has acknowledged the progress in Africa--which is about 40% Moslem, 50% Christian, 10% spot-right-on(?).
Profit & Payroll Expansions Expected, can be said(?). Those are still conjecture.
Numbers From nowhere, or wrong board. Clearly not from Facebook, or sourced from Facebook.
"Tight Money" means higher interest rates.
Financing for business is $6.0 tril. That financing is about to be no longer cheap. The total US debt is over $60.0 tril. An increase of interest to 5% from effectively--0.0% per year--is $3.0 tril., less the 1/3 held by the federal government--which is $20.0 bil. If the USA puts itself into near default again: Then it's back to the $3.0 tril. of interest income--being created from the tax cuts--for all credit debt amounts. That would be the prime rate income, not the credit card and homeowner's rate. MECINCORP likely wants to be in a position to be eligible for a prime rate loan, instead of putting it all on high-risk credit cards, with rates in excess of 30% or more, like for many consumer. Mortgages at 10-12% can happen.
Now that there are tax cuts, then soon there will likely be interest rate hikes. Finance and expanding now, while there is time, can work.
Sorry(?)! Post 287405 Surprise! 1st announcement of cashless website is not in post 287552 after all. Oh Sorry, Oh Sorry, Oh sorry(?)!
Online payments only: At Lagos State! Post 287552 first noted that means UBA Emailmoni at lasg-ebs-rcm.com. 8.0 mil. taxpayers now have the online choice. It is now official, like CEO announced. That adds to UBA Emailmoni app, upwards of 50,000 downloads, and likely on multiple devices per. That adds to Emailmoni on UBA Internet Banking, upwards of 500,000 downloads, and likely on multiple devices per. That adds to Bet9ja emailmoni processing, and added to that the Naija247 state regulated gaming websites using UBA technology, MECINCORP enabled.
State regulated gaming in Nigeria also uses street sub-contractors, aiding in getting Nigeria out of the recent recession. So Omni-channel MECINCORP technology likely has all kinds of new transactions developing. Now there is likelihood of additional clients.
"Next Phase" in Lagos 2/19! SEC compliant, CEO Facebook announcement to investors: Is now official, regarding the positive cash flow basis Starting today, State of Lagos no longer accepts cash for tax payments. See post 287552 for first notice of new payments link, lasg-ebs-rcm.com. UBA Emailmoni is a featured payment process.

Nigerian economy expanding helps, too! After 25 years, there had been a recession in Nigeria. That stopped about June of last year, too. "Recession" had been a "What?" word for about 25 years, to end of 2016. The head of OPEC was then a Nigerian. Nigeria is English-speaking, civilized with a large Moslem population. Any rebels tend to be a tiny minority.

$3k/mth X 4000% is $120,000 credible. Facebook posts have called that approximate break-even in the past. The Facebook reporting of revenues increase was end of June through end of November last year. Something major happened just last October, about the one year anniversary of the UBA license. Even that made sense, whatever it was(?). There is no report of what happened last October.
For more credibility, there are potentially 8.0 mil. or more tax payment transactions now on board, just at State of Lagos, shown just last week. Then there are other Nigerian states, and the pan-African nations. With court-ordered share reductions and easily $36.0 mil. annual earnings--there not being much expense--then the oft-posted $0.15 to $0.25 per share is also credible, near term. Since this is speculative OTC, The noted pps could happen with only $15.0 mil. earnings, near-term.
SEC is not open. Revenue-tech is open. That can be corroborated worldwide.
Penny-per-second is not SEC-shown in filings at any rate. MECINCORP has posted audited filings in the past. Company totals are shown worldwide, generally quarterly.
SEC Approvals are worldwide recognized.
SEC Facebook OK 4/02/2013. Fraud Not OK.

FB posts are SEC OK.
Google Play exists, UBA exists, Bet9ja exists, State of Lagos tax collections exists, Audited Financials exist, Facebook page--SEC approval as a communication methods--exists. IHUB corroborations exists. Lots of pennies clearly exist. No links showing they do not exist are posted, anywhere. Posters claiming SEC does not exist are bogus.
65 mil. Co. FB's, IHUB Corroborates all kinds of information with posted messages. The count of the Facebook business pages is from 2017, start of year. The millions of business Facebook pages clear tends to reduce any impacts on price per share, of public companies.
4000% Revenue Link is IHUB, here: Not Bogus. Multiple posters created the computing last year from the FB posts. Revenues were confined to Africa. US revenues are separate, Facebook. There is nowhere reported zero African revenue at Facebook, during last year. Even audited financials have shown US revenue in the past.
CEO brought Africa & powerhouse clients in Africa. Not even Nigerians, however, likely follow along MECINCORP Facebook. There is no Emailmoni stock ticker. The posters aware that any market needs information are the posters to follow along. The 4000% plus revenue increase of last year is likely about to recommence: The Lagos state payments site, UBA Bank, Bet9ja, other state regulated betting sites. Mostly, Nigerians directly engaged in the use of the new transaction capabilities--are the relative few, (in an otherwise monster pps mass market), who know at least about Emailmoni. The money settling all the problems is on the way.
What if UBA gets an award for Emailmoni(?)! Indirectly, it already has an award for Emailmoni, just last December. The company product is mentioned in an UBA Bank award. So can UBA or the awarding authority: Point with pride to something as bogus as a Nigerian check-deposit scam(?)! No way that easily advances product marketing.
Maybe at least Interpol, or something, could locate Brit, and the State of Lagos tax money(?)! Possibly the Russians could identify a "Brit?" They could claim that the money belongs to them(?).
For Now, MEC can't find Brit(?)! Brit apparently disappeared, who possibly has a company name that can be identified, noted, and reported--maybe to missing persons(?)!
The product is sensational, needing PR. The PR's need to show a stable company capability: Given the national presence of the African clients, and pan-African presence.
MEC African clients have no Stop Signs. Making "Cashless" credible, using MEC Emailmoni. could possibly create CBN intervention: If financial stability perceptions go awry?
MEC Fins for "Cashless" Credibility, immediately required. The newer client base is in Nigeria, famous for its check scams. The bank is Emailmoni credible. Bet9ja is Emailmoni credible. State of Lagos is Emailmoni credible. A new word of mouth credibility marketing--against the backdrop of bogus Nigerian transactions: Can happen. If the Company is not credible--then marketing can only be limited. It cannot proceed. The transaction processor is as bogus as the past, in Nigeria.
Website access to filings working, to April of last year, so far. That filing records an accounting firm. Then there appear to be numerous legal fees paid, with successful outcomes. There is alleged a verification of funds available, even by opposition counsel. The Lagos state online tax payments website has the UBA Emailmoni feature. There is allusion to a particular consulting firm(?). So lasg-ebs-rcm.com seems to like its new capability. People can pay tax at various banks, but can also pay using the online feature--with all the stuff it does. March 31 is the due date in Lagos. Retirement of shares is alleged to happen before that.
"Ford isn't fit enough!" (That CEO!) Expansion into newer Fintech is often about Africa, and the multinational conferences and exhibits in Lagos, Nigeria. MECINCORP is about that, not Ford. The Ford CEO has made his comments public.
https://www.cnbc.com/2018/01/24/ford-has-not-done-enough-to-be-fit-says-ceo-jim-hackett.html
Courts & Accountants know report rules, and the rules of what is kept off-books. The rules are subject to extensive case-law. This was exposed(?) to one of the prolific vanished posters, years ago, in several posts over months. County recorders do not know all those rules. Not even lawyers know all those rules.
Does anyone even believe that, from the CEO? And if that is believable, then by and by: Then other corroboration is easily believable!
CEO announces "Not Current" a lot, actually. "Positive Cash Flow" imminent has, however, been more recently announced. The new link to the Lagos State Government site is basis corroboration. Even going back, CEO would not be expected to be making UBA Bank announcements, or any state government announcements.
If Ford CEO announces a product, even dealers look around for evidence and corroboration. The company CEO, granting the tech license, mainly corroborated the licensee: In even that announcement.
"Not Current" itself can even be corroborated, if not to be expected with a short time-frame.
Months, years and decades ago. . .even I myself was arrested on a federal rioting charge. Now even union negotiators have said it: "And now you correspond with U. S. Presidents!" Maybe not so much in money, but suing the federal government can have outcomes. Legislation has seen the light of day.
Fins Soon! (Lagos MEC Needs to Pay taxes(?)!) Just like on Venice Beach in California, "English-Speaking people step forward. Everyone else will follow!" Lagos is one state, of many. Nigeria is one African nation, of many.
HSK link shows Emailmoni for online payments! I myself just clicked on the payments tab, to see that it came up that way! Government in Nigeria seems on board with MECINCORP!
Bet9ja (w/Emailmoni) #1, Worldwide too! Good choice of client(s)(?), and not a difficult concept!
Naijawin247 link. Worldwide betting is enabled. Payments tab plus others are shown. UBA is noted. It is government-licensed.
https://naijawin247.com/en/help-area/general-help/about-us/
Naijawin247 site looks Open 2/11, PR ready! Seems like only yesterday, (?), the deposits and withdrawals part of the site was still in progress. Today there are detailed instructions for both capabilities, at some length on each page. Jan 17 update of Emailmoni, at GooglePlay, lists Naijawin247 as a part of the program. Now there seems to be such a site, possibly the "Phase," or a part of it: In the recent Company FB post. Naijawin247 is yet another Nigerian betting site, using Company technology.
